Been there perhaps a total of five times. Last time, no one was waiting, no one on the board and one customer in a chair who was obviously close to if not actually finished and the system said I had a 33 minute wait time. So I left.Time before that, there were four or five people on the board ahead of me and one of the stylists announced there was at least a 55 minute wait. I could not wait that long, so I left. About 5 minutes later, I am across town and my cell phone rings. Their system says I am up in ten minutes.The hair cuts I have had were nothing special at all. Definitely not the best haircuts I have had. I miss my now retired, old barber. Not only did he give a great haircut but when he said how long you had to wait, he meant it.

This place is horrible. I went here to get a nice cut before my 8th grade dance. But they screwed it up. They gave me a bowl cut with out even trying. A caveman could cut my hair better with rocks. If you want a good haircut highly recommended going as far away from this place as possible. If there was a 0 star review they definitely have earned it.

I walked in with my fiancé and son for haircuts. We weren’t greeted but sat down to wait because the woman was combing a kids hair. We sat for a little over five minutes and another man walked in to get his hair cut. He was greeted, and told to sign in, and then we were told we should have signed in on the computer. So we left. I’m disappointed and we definitely won’t be back.

Ive been going to Sports Clips since 2017 and generally had a good experience. Today, I checked in online and they said to arrive in 55 minutes which I did. Upon arriving, the stylist I use was still cutting someones hair so, I patiently waited. About 15 minutes after I arrived, a man walks in and Denise said to him that she already put his name in as if he was there. When she completed the cut of the person who was there prior to my arrival, she said the man who came in 15 minutes AFTER me would go first and she would be ready for me in another 15 minutes.I realize that they do not take reservations but I have always checked in online. Today, upon arrival I understood I had to wait for her to finish but to take someone who arrived 15 minutes after me whether he checked in online or not is not only rude but completely unprofessional. If thats the way they choose to run their business, there is no reason to check in online and I will find another place for my monthly haircut.

After donating to the Red Cross I was surprised to find out I was receiving a coupon for a free haircut. I made my way to Milford and was pleased as soon as I walked in, it was so clean and they were practicing social distancing. Nikki was super friendly and did a great job on my cut. An added plus was the neck and shoulder massage with their massage machine, definitely a must! Will surely be a regular from now on.

Nikki did my 6 year old sons hair cut. He has a fear of getting his haircut after a different place cut the back of his ear. Nikki was so patient with him and did whatever she could to make him comfortable. She was awesome! 100% recommend

My son made a bit of a last minute appointment on line and was able to get in unscheduled. Staff was very welcoming and professional. Price was reasonable too. His cut came out great. He went from very long hair to short (by choice!) Looks great and he loves it.

Sports Clips of Milford is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a barber shop. My barber not only messed up my hair completely, she had an attitude the entire time and didn’t try to make any conversation.On the positive side, the whole crew is female so walking in is pretty comfortable.But still.. no...

Super nice staff, they remember you (or your kids) if you frequent the place every couple of months. We have been pleased with the cuts, but our needs are fairly simply. Our son doesnt mind going there, so thats typically enough for us.

The MVP is $25. They treat you like a king! From a great cut, love the hot towel and scalp massage during the hair washing, then you finish off with a shoulder and upper back massage. It really is the best place.

They will treat you based on how well you tip them the last time . Your getting a below average haircut . Not worth 21 dollars that is for sure

First time there. I was impressed with the quality of service, and that doesnt come easy with my background working in retail. Timely and precise cuts with the right amount of social banter. Great experience all around.

I find the whole sports theme to be pretty obnoxious, but it really benefits from being open much later than other barber shops so I can get there after work. As with any place, the quality of your haircut will depend upon the person who cuts it. Generally not too much of a wait, I do not believe they take appointments.

The hair stylist did not meet my expectations. I asked for a simple haircut without anything fancy. I will never go back.

The staff can only gossip. They have time to talk when the customer waits. They are not able to do professionally hair cut. The hairdresser cuts her finger with scissors and did not take the bandage. never again !!!

The Sport Clips app says the Sport Clips in Milford, CT is open from 10:00am - 4:30pm but you must wear a face mask. THIS IS INCORRECT. They are not open at all and the app is completely inaccurate. I drove 20 minutes for nothing.

I’ve been to this location a few times, but the past three times in a row, I’ve had my wait time extended. I specially ask for a particular person, and I wait patiently like everyone else (last time was 20 mins). Next thing I know, I find out that someone else was taken ahead of me by the person I asked for, and my wait time turned to 40 mins. Unreasonable
