I been a customer for over 5 years. Everytime google ask me for a review itll always remain 5 stars. This is the place to be. The staff is welcoming and friendly, the chairs are comfortable, and they offer drinks while servicing you. Nothing is complicated and the shop is clean and comforting.

I have been going to Envy Nails for several years and will not go anywhere else! I have been going to E (you know who you are 😊) for my NexGen nails while V does my pedicures. They are a wonderful team! Several times a year, I also have art work done...see pictures of Christmas nails complete with a nativity, and July 4th art. I am always pleased, and I always get great compliments! My nails last a full month. It is always a very relaxing and professional experience. I love the pedicure chair massage! It totally relaxes my back! And, they always offer customers a complimentary drink...water, soda, wine, margarita...what more could you want?

One day after I had my nails done here they looked like this….half of the clear coat is missing on a couple and the nails are terrible quality. Not at all impressed. Was not a good experience and I won’t be back

My $37 pedicure took less than 30 min. No callus removal. Nor massage. Not hot towel wrap. Nothing. Definitely not worth the price.

Bunny is such an amazing nail tech I have been coming here for about two years and she is the only one I will let do my pedicures. She is caring, pays attention to detail, asks me about my day. This lady has amazing customer service and is why I will always come back to this location. Do yourself a favor and ask for bunny!

Poor quality of the dip on nails products they use my nails started breaking three days after getting them done never had this happen before from getting my nails done. Been getting my nails done for the last 6 years.

Great experience here. I went back a few days after getting my nails done because they were chipping. They fixed them for me at no charge. I also decided to try and get my eyebrows tinted. It was worth it and I thought they looked great! The staff is friendly. Service is fast. Definitely a good pick

Got mani pedi and eye brow wax. Cut my finger while trimming my cuticles (I’m NOT an easy bleeder) and now my cuticles burn. Didn’t cover all of the nail surface with polish. When waxing my brows didn’t ask how I wanted them done and they turned out awful. Also when she pull the wax strips off she did not apply pressure to the freshly waxed skin so it was a lot more painful than necessary

I have only been going like 5 months and the owner Daisy is very friendly,professional and goes above and beyond for the customer. Best place to get your nails done in Allen! I’ve been getting my nails done at this location for at least 10 years and I never leave disappointed. They offer a wide range of services, which are all amazing! The prices are fair for the service performed! It’s definitely worth at least trying this place out!

Had nexgen put on and 8 days later at least 5 had fallen off. I called the salon and told them and she said just come in and get them fixed. I came in today and the lady at the front argued with me and said I have to prove I was there. She looked it up and said you havent been here for a year. I told her that was incorrect and she continued to argue with me so I had to pull up my bank account. I had to show her the debit and the date and then she said I took a long time to come in. I live 1 and half hours away. She finally had me sit down. She was aggressive, rolling her eyes and cut and knicked my cuticles. Horrible.

Hello I am Jenny Trish does my nails twice a month she is such a sweet loving lady and she has colored my eyebrows by renting them and she has waxed my eye brows always making sure I am happy. I am always happy she brightens my day there is no one else I would ever trust doing my nails she does my moms nails too and she does the most amazing job ever I never have chipped nails and neither does my mom Trish is my best friend and I would recommend her to all my friends she is so amazing and she does the most amazing job! She does amazing designs and she always helps me pick out colors that she knows I love and she always is smiling and I love just going to envy nails just to see her! She is excellent! My oldest daughter and I went here to have our nails done 1 week ago. The gentleman Ethan that did my nails initially did a fantastic job. However, I told him I use my hands a lot and he would need to reallyMake sure they were on very securely. 2 days after, my thumb nail popped off. The next day my middle finger nail, on the opposite hand, popped off. Lastly, yesterday evening my pinkie nail popped off. For the price that you pay, a full set of nails should be able to last at least 2 weeks. The fact that I had 3 nails pop off during the first week, is unacceptable. My daughter did not have a good experience AT ALL, the lady cut her finger multiple times. One of her fingers that she cut is now swollen, and causing her a lot of pain. Not to mention that she had 2 nails pop off. My daughter tried to tel the lady that suhe was hurting her and she was ignored. In the beginning I was not going to write a poor review because I know accidents happen, and I know how easily it is to get nicked while your nails are being done. But then once the nails all started popping off and my daughter’s finger being swollen and in so much pain, I decided to move forward with it. I do NOT recommend this place. I spent a lot of money, for a less than mediocre job. If I spend a lot of money, I expect them to last. It’s Very unfortunate, because Ethan really did make my nails look amazingly, and I was hoping to make this my new permanent nail place. Oh and the website said one price and they made me pay $10 more even though I showed them what their website said. Their response, “I’m sorry but that’s old pricing,”

I go here to get my eyebrows waxed and honestly I dont know why I keep coming back here. It might be because I literally cant find a place that wont rip all my skin off and I thought this place might be different with each visit, oh boy was I wrong. The employee who I assumed was the most experienced one to wax eyebrows applied SCALDING hot wax to not just below my brow but DIRECTLY on my eyelid as well!! She then ripped it off and did not apply pressure after doing so. The last time I checked, youre supposed to do that. I wanted my brows to look nice for family pictures I had later that day but I had to show up with raw, red, painfully tender eyelids and skin below the brow (or rather, the absence of skin below my brow). It literally hurts to blink!!! Every time this happens I assume it was just an off day for the employees but this has gotten far too painful to ignore!! Now I just cant wait for these raw patches to scab over and prevent me from blinking properly. Please train your employees to properly wax and maybe invest in wax that does NOT strip the customer of a layer or two of skin

I went in wanting to get dip nails and the nail tech was very rude to me she didn’t let me pick my shape and when I when I told her I wanted coffin she said “No too short”and I asked for her to fix again and she said “No to short” do not come here waste of 50 dollars

I love this place because Trish does my nails and she is phenomenal. She is extremely fast and very detailed, my nexgen did not lift or chip for nearly two months I was amazed because when Ive had other people do it they only last 3-4 weeks. Also she did not compromise the integrity of my natural nail which is very important to me. Do your nails a favor and only let Trish do them! Shes the best.

This place is under new management. There was not a wait. All the technicians were pretty good. I brought my daughter there and we received great service. The manager Tony is very cordial, and he was so sweet to give my little girl a Bundt cake when we left. I will definitely be going back.

I don’t usually write reviews but I had to on this one. Although the service was nice the quality is not worth the price. I got my nails done 5 hours ago and my pinky finger has already chipped. the border of my nails look a bit messy and my whole nail is not completely covered and there are air bubbles. I probably won’t come me back here but I recommend it if you are in a hurry.

Do not go here, came in here and asked for acrylic which states $35 they ended up charging me $58.00 for solar nails and would not refund me. Absolutely ridiculous... when I told them why would yal charge me that when I told you originally what I wanted which was not solar nails and they all just stared at me and said sorry. Horrible 🙄

Made an appointment and came this week to get my pedicure. Was early but they took me in right away, no wait. This place have a modern theme décor which I thought was quite nice. I also liked pedicure stations- new, neat, and comfortable. My pedicure went very well. They did not rush and I enjoyed very much. The polish job and everything else included was done nicely. I was watching how they clean the pedicure spa. It was thoroughly clean and sanitized, including all the tools.. I was impressed and now understand why they were always busy...

HORRIBLE and SLOPPY work. I am so disappointed with the work done here. I came in asking for gel nail color (didn’t mention wanting a manicure- in which they ended up charging for anyways. If a manicure is getting your cuticles cut, I don’t think it’s worth being charged. No massage, no cuticle oil, nothing!) I was also charged an extra $5 dollars to have my Nexgen removed in which I have no problem, IF you do it right! My nail tech left so much acrylic behind on my nail that when she did my gel nail it was all bumpy. When I said something she was like “there’s nothing I can do”. I was so disappointed, she finally offered to remove them and do them again, still failing to take the time to soak off all the acrylic from my nexgen. I am NEVER going back to this placing and telling everyone of what a slop job I had done.

The service is really bad and the Staff is also very rude. I went to Get my nails done and one of the employees Ethan started to do my nails. I wanted acrylic solar pink and white nail, and he did something called new generation. I specifically told him what I wanted and he told me that what he was doing is better and that it would look good at the end. During the whole time, I told him the white tip was too short and he kept saying it will look better towards the end and that it was because of my shorts nails, well why else would I have came if I didnt want to cover up my short nail. But anyways when we came to the end, 1, the tip sizes were all different and 2, you could see my original nail and the line was very noticeable. After I told him that, he got upset and said fine Ill take off your nails but Im not going to be doing them for you in the rudest tone ever. He clipped my nails horribly and they were damaged by the end of it. Then he said go ask the manager for another person and when I asked her and told her what he did she didnt even really give me a response and said were busy, sorry. The employees at this place put what they want over what you want. This is a horrible place to go to get your nails done. They dont even listen to the customer and fulfil what they want. They didnt even say sorry or acknowledge their mistake. This is the worst place to go to get your nails done. And probably the my worst experience ever with getting my nails done.!!

Worst services. First of all they did not even ask for water or anything. They don’t interact with customers or engage them. Unlicensed staff are performing a chemical service on our nails and American women are too vain to care. But when fungus forms on your nails like mine did, then you care to learn that no one in the shop attended Cosmetology School. We should demand better!

Possibly the worst pedicure I have ever had. Water was cold, the ladys hands were so weak she could not remove the dead skin and could not massage well. Then I go to use a gift card and their machine no longer takes them.

I gave this place a try many times and every time I did I regretted it. This is a big, but over crowded salon. They are always super busy, somehow I’m surprised people go here because they rush you and do a sloppy job, prices are also a bit higher than the average nail salon. Plus the manager or owner idk which she is exactly but her name is daisy and she is extremely stuck up and rude. I went here for a mani-pedi with a bridal party on Saturday. I was the only Hispanic woman there, in their private party, and I got completely ignored. I was the second to sit down, next to the bride since I was her maid of honor, and I slowly watched as the techs began to assist every single person but me. They helped out the women who sat down long after I had arrived. In fact, I was the absolute last one to get any service. I kept seeing the techs huddle, laugh and make gestures toward my direction, obviously fighting about who was gonna be stuck with me. When the woman who did my nails realized it would be her, she punched her coworker bc it made her upset. When I called her on it, she said they were just making a joke.Anyway, they will help you if you are white. And they’ll treat you HORRIBLY if you are not. Such a shame, especially when we spent hundreds of dollars there.

Ethan does my nails and he will continue to do so he has never let me down!!!! I live about 30 mins from Allen but ill take that drive because hes worth it! My nails look amazing get compliments on them daily!!!! The people that work here are some of the rudest most unprofessional people that i have ever met. The lady that did my pedicure was nice however the girl that did my manicure was rude and unprofessional. She asked some of the rudest questions and acted like she didnt care at all about what she was doing. But the rudest person there was the guy that was up at the front. He acted like he didnt have time to be there and didnt want to be there. He was VERY rude and VERY obnoxious. I will never go back to this place. There are tons of other nail salons and I will not waste my money here anymore.

Expensive pricing and the service is not good. The person at the front told me to sit down for a pedicure and the manicurist would come to me. At the end of my pedicure, they brought me my check and walked away. I asked for flip flops and had to wait 5 minutes and ask 3 people before getting any. Then walk up to the front and ask about a manicure. A girl then rushed me over to my station and gave me about 10 seconds to pick a color of nexgen before telling me what 3 colors I should pick. I told her I didnt want any sparkles or glitter in the color. When I picked one, she said no you dont want that one, you want this one and showed me another similar color and assured me there was no glitter and I needed to pick that one because the one I picked wasnt cute. She rushed through the whole thing and kept yelling at me to relax my hands. At the end, the color was not only sparkly, but the powder started way above my cuticle. My mom also got a pedicure and was left with polish all over the skin and color that didnt even coat the top edge of the nails. Very frustrating experience!

Worst nail place ever. Dont even bother wasting your time and coming here. There are many other BETTER nail salons and Envy doesnt need your business. Honestly they loose their customers with there horrible and disgusting service. Never seen a place with such rude employees. I wonder how they even get business. These people are the most revolting, unkind, rudest, selfish, greedy, obnoxious, distasteful, shameless people Ive ever met. The employee talked about me in his own language to the manager as if I didnt understand that he was talking about Me. I definitely wasted my time. And their way of doing your nails is hurtful. He was using a machine tool to clean my nail and ended up making me bleed in three fingers and damaged the skin by my nail. Im definetely not coming back here, I dont understand why anyone would. Horrible service. Youd except a nice looking place to have nice and courteous service, well you thought wrong. Im disgusted by this place, Id rather go to the 50 billion other better serving nail salons wih better staff members then to go to this awful one. Its outrageous!!

I came to this nail salon lastweek with my friends. They told me doing manicure here is the best so I tried.The girl doing my mancure was very young, but she was talented and professional in doing nails. My nails became much more beautiful and impressive than before.Love this place.

If I could rate negative stars I would. I asked for gel nails and paid $40 for acrylic. I guess she thought it was OK to rip me off because Ive never had gel before and didnt know the difference at the time. My nails were way too thick and non of them were shaped the same. One of my nails chipped off 3 days later!!! They charged me $5 extra dollars to dab some stuff on my cuticles which needed much more help than that. And at the end I asked if they put lotion on and she said no and handed me some lotion to rub on myself. Who does that? Every nail place Ive been to put lotion on for you. And the thing that really threw me over the edge was how hard they tried to sell me on other services. They tried to get me to wax and color my eyebrows and get a pedicure. When I kindly refused they were very rude and couldnt wait for me to get out the door. Super bad experience and I will NEVER be going back.

The staff are rude, I’m pretty sure the male nail tech just cut my cuticle enough to bleed on purpose because I would not upgrade my pedicure package. Copped an attitude when I called him on it. Very passive-aggressive sales techniques. And please turn the darn AC on when it’s 85 degrees outside.

I have been going to this salon for a while because it is close to my house. Have never had an issue. This time however they double charged my credit card once for $20 and then $21. Brought bank statement and they would not refund my money I had a manicure that is it. Thanks to Chase bank I had credit to my account within 2 hours. The manager said because the two amounts were different and she didnt show the double charge in her Quickbooks she couldnt refund my money. If you use a credit card or debit card double check your statement!!!! I have never had such poor customer service. So without my bank I would have paid $41 for a manicure!!! RIDICULOUS!!! I work in the service industry and would never think to treat customers like they treated me today when I had PROOF they double charged me.

This is the worst nail place I have ever been to. My friend and I both got gel nails and the lady that did mine did them so low that they looked a week old. I didnt realize until an hour later and I went back to either ask for them to fix it or give me my money back. They then fixed it but the guy was very fast and my nails are still bad because he rushed. Such a terrible experience. Never going back. My friends nails turned yellow, and she had gel also. And thats never happened to her before.

Terrible mani/pedi! I usually go to Grand Design Nails off Legacy & 75 but wanted to try a different place closer to my sister in law. I went on Monday night and its only Wednesday night and on 5 of my nails the polish is already chipped. I am not hard on my hands either. The ladies that worked on me were nice but didnt do what I asked and the language barrier was just too much. I ended up paying over $100 for the services I got and do not think my polish should be chipping after only two days! Due to the other reviews on here I wont even waste my time trying to get them to fix it. Im just going to go back to my usual spot. I will not go back to Envy ever again.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service, liars with rude attitude. When you ask over the phone they say one price but they charge you differently inside. They look into your face and tell you dont have to come back go someplace else and hang up on you.very disappointed cheap cheap cheap

I have gome to this place for a lomg time now, and about 6 months ago i considrred trying somewhere else because the staff is rude and only cares about how quickly they can get you out of there. However, my nails always look amazing when I walk out. I met Trish and shes the BEST one there! My nails look flawless and shes so sweet and cares about your time there. Definitely recommend seeing her for your nails!!! Best nexgen French tips Ive ever had, every single time! Shes the reason I can give 4 stars

I went here on 4.5.2014 to get a manicure (overpriced at 16, but only salon open past 7). Service was alright, I thought it was a little odd that the lady didnt get fresh tools, but pulled them out of a very dirty looking box that held all the tools, creams and polishes, usually they get them from those packages that they peel open.The women doing my nails cut my thumb a little bit, but it did not bother me as these things do happen. Over the week my thumb swelled and get EXTREMELY infected. I can no longer move my thumb and it looks terrible. I am extremely disappointed by this. I paid $16 to get an infection? If you go here I recommend bringing your own tools or just avoiding all together.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. All she did was get my feet wet and then put some lotion on them. Not worth paying 30$ for.

Messed up my nails, overcharged, cuticles are extra. Overall terrible time.

Lacking customer service, a woman sitting next to me complained and they just ignored her. I got a gel manicure and left with most of the fingers bleeding. I will not return.
