I havent been to island mail since before covid hit, so it was great to go back there and get get a pedicure!! I love how thorough they are in every step of the process, and although English is not their 1st language, they know enough to say what they need to.

They are always amazing when I go. There are a lot of colors for nexgen

We recently moved to Fairview and have been searching for a new pedicure place. We finally found it! It was clean, the service was amazing, and most importantly they were on time and respectful of our appointment time. Highly recommend.

My husband and I went here 2 days ago and we will never go back!!!! The lady that did my husbands feet tore his feet up I mean they were bleeding and raw. He told her to be more careful but that did not matter. He can hardly walk.On a more positive note my feet and nails look good.

Love this place! They are so sweet and treat you like family. I have been going here for over a year and have no complaints so far!

This was my first time at Island Nails and I was extremely impressed! Lyle did an outstanding job on my dipping powder nail set. The shaping was perfect and thickness was just right. I asked for some Disney and Christmas inspired designs and V have me beautiful snowflakes and candy cane stripes, along with a few Mickeys for my trip next week. They are absolutely stunning. Such a friendly, clean and professional establishment! Thank you so very much!!

This salon used to be a great place but service has gone downhill. Ive gone here for a couple years and its been my favorite until recently. My last couple trips havent been up to par but today was definitely my last time going here. I could have done this pedicure and manicure myself. The shape is terrible and uneven, and so is the polish. Sprayed alcohol on my hands which dried out my skin. Even drew blood on one finger. Staff wasnt friendly, and atmosphere wasnt comfortable. No massage after. Really sad to post a bad review here but it just isnt the same. Even though the prices are good there are other places that are better quality for the same price. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Very good quality service

They were nice. My nails look great. I was a little disappointed that she trimmed my nails down when I didnt want them shorter. They also had stuff under the nail that I had to clean out.

I dont ever call and make eye appointment they usually get me and quickly without having to wait.

It has been almost 5 weeks since I got next gen on my nails and they have not chipped at all! That is a record for me and a direct testament to the quality of this salon.

This place deserves more than a 5 star review. Ive always had trouble with nail places, but not this one. They remember your name, give you a free massage at the end when your feet or nails are drying, and the prices are incredible. I love these ladies and this nail salon!!

My daughter and I started going here a few months back. We love this place. Staff are friendly and do a great job.

Really disappointed because this used to be my go-to nail place. They really need to make customer service a priority, bc it sucks. I had to tell the lady doing my nails that she was hurting me THREE times. The last time I wasnt so nice about it. Maybe she didnt speak English, but I feel that its key to understand what your customers want from you. I asked one lady that worked there about the price of something and she replied with attitude and in a very condescending way.... all of the workers saw how she responded to me and just looked away...

Just your neighborhood mani/pedi place. No frills - but they do my nails great. I get nexgen pink & white .. not easy to do .. They look wonderful! Nice people there. I enjoy this place. Relaxing and they do a good job!

Very dissatisfied. This was my 2nd attempt here...........it was 1 1/2 hours to get a pedicure. The girl didnt even seem to know what she was doing. The level of service was VERY poor today. I was home and realized my little toe wasnt even painted. I dont plan to return. I got no offer to have made this situation right. I was very disappointed.

Dont know why this place has a 3.5 rating because they deserve 5 stars plus!

Do not recomend this place they did white tip nail and 2 or 3 days later they started to come off i was really pist because i paid so much for nothing freaking terrible job.

I was referred here by a friend and she was right! The service was amazing and Ive had so much trouble finding a good nail place here in allen.

So prompt!!! Always a great attitude and great work.
