Amazing! This nail salon was amazing, we had Tiffany and Jenny and they were out of this land, amazing. I definitely recommend heading over to this nail salon if you’re around the area, it’s truly the best one in Allen. They even had towels and these things that go on your feet that look like sandals.10/10

Amazing job! My daughter and I came and we are both very happy with our nails. Gave me recommendations and checked to make sure I was totally satisfied. Didn’t ignore us and just talk to his co workers, made conversation. Extremely pleasant experience. We will definitely be coming back

I have had good service from Alex, but shes out on maternity leave. I asked several times for someone good with nail art. The guy I got wasnt prepared to do my nails and as it turned out did NOT do and had never done any nail designs previously. He kept having to take off what he had applied incorrectly. I question whether he was even a trained nail person. Nails were rough and jagged. I even cut myself on a raw edge. Nails were not evenly shaped, some roundish, some squared off. Talking about poor tips with the other technician (small wonder). Went with a friend, but, sorry, Nail Lounge, I wont be going back.

My daughter, her mother-in-law, and I got regular manicures. The ladies were very friendly and considerate by speaking to us instead of to each other in their native language. All three of us were pleased with our manicures and hope they last. I recommend calling ahead for an appointment, especially for a busy Saturday afternoon!

I come here about twice a year (thats the only time I get my nails done). Everyone I come, I get great service. Everyone is masked up. And I even joke around with the people that work there. They make the time pass so nicely. Lien has been the bestest and I told her to surprise me with my design. Im ecstatic about my nails!!

I have been going to this nail lounge for three years now. My nail tech helped me to start the journey to growing out my nails and now my own nails are long enough to not need tips. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They must being doing something right because I drive over 45 minutes every three weeks to get my nails done.

I know their business has had a significant drop this year and it hurts to turn down a customer. I used to come here all the time but this time rosemary made my experience horrible, if she is going to be rude to her customers and not to a good job, then stay home. I honestly do not need this kind of stank attitude.. If you cannot accept the fact that my nails are not coming out good then of course your client will be upset but there is no reason why you should have talk to me the way she did. Not only is she one of the problems but the girls at the front counter will never greet you. If those girls worked for my boss they would have been fired on the first day. They do not care about customer service and the manager never seems to be interested either.. Reason why he doesnt reply to the bad reviews. Rosemary also made my experience horrible because she was fighting/arguing with the girls at the front and not focusing on my nails thats why they were coming out bad. At first I started a nice conversation with her but didnt seem interested.. Okay thats fine some people work better without distractions but either way someone will eventually put you in your place.. One day she will understand that treating a customer like how she treated me is unacceptable, another nail salon will not tolerate that kind of behavior. I will happily take my money somewhere else. Not only that, theyve messed up my appointment more than twice!! Not only mine but another customers as well they will schedule you for the wrong time and day. This place needs a staff change asap or a new owner because the current one doesnt care. Go at your own risk but dont expect too much.

I have been a patron for years and I really enjoy Nail Lounge Allen. They are very cost effective do a great job very friendly. I love the specials they run on Monday Tuesday and Wednesday and I dont have a single complaint!

Three nails broken with 4 days of getting a full set of acrylic nails with gel.polish. The gel polish started to peel after 3 days. I would not recommend this salon to my enemy.

The worst nails I have ever gotten in my life. I wanted jewels on my nails and the worker complained about putting them on my nails and said it was a lot. they were not square like I asked. Then they taxed me on some short ugly white nails. Never going back.

Been going here for years but the quality of service has been lacking within the past year. Treated my mom and I for her birthday and spent over $100 on our gel pedicures today and it’s honestly the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. The polish is bubbling and it’s already peeling, I wouldn’t even go back to have them fix it. Very disappointed.

This is the only place we go to get our nails done. The staff is great and very down to earth! They are all very friendly and fun to talk to. They truly treat you like they care and we will continue going back.

I have been coming here for years, and for good reason. They are always so kind and efficient in their services. The pedicures will seem like youre relaxing for hours, when in reality its really only about an hour. They take time to remember your name, and your interests. Would recommend to anyone!

I have tried this salon a couple times and each time I have been treated rudely.I made an appointment for three. They barely look up to speak to you and then proceed to talk amongst themselves and ignored me.No kidding they do not care about acknowledging their clients.After fifteen minutes and still having no idea what was going on or when they might seat me I left. They could not have cared less.If you like being ignored this is your kind of place. I will never ever return to this salon.

In my opinion the Promoted “Nex-Gen” powder is kind of cheap, frail, and overpriced at $45 for a full set. With light use my nails are already chipping and lifting. My nails were dipped but not buffed after so they are uneven.My nails seemed fine before I left but have only lasted 9 days. 9 days seems far too short for nails to last.The experience was good, the place is clean and glam, they offer drinks, staff is cool, and service is fast. However maybe a little too fast.

I love this place! Especially Alex (nails) and Shaun (toes). I come here as much as possible. When I leave I am refreshed, nails and toes look great and I am ready to face the week. Keep up the great work.

The very best thing about Nail Lounge is Shaun and his wife J. Fun to talk to, interesting and does a GREAT job. Sadly they are not there everyday... I wish they were always there! All the technicians are great but the service has been lacking the past year. 3 times in a row they have messed up my appt. Don’t get it. I have been going here since they opened!

Before I say anything about my experience here I want to say I brought all my concerns to my nail lady and another person at the shop and nothing was done about. No apology, no offer to fix it. They did not care. I spent $50 at this place without tip. I should have received $50 worth of a service. The lady was with me for 24 minutes in total. I had fake nails on from my previous time getting my nails done at the different place. She did not soak or take off the previous grown out nails. She just decided to put nexgen over the incredibly grown out nails. She did not shape them or ask me if I was happy with them. She got up and left. I had to find someone to flag her down and they did not seem concerned they used the same previous nails. If you have ever gotten your nails done more than once you know they are required to take off the fake nails before starting a new set. I went and got my nails done at the place I usually go to and they have to soak off 2 layers of colors and gunk on my fingers. do not go here.

This is my go to salon. I see Kim. She is by far the best nail tech ever! My nails never lift or break...EVER! She always gets the shape I love and they are 💯 perfect each time I see her. She acts like Im the only person in that salon when Im at her station. Shes extremely good at what she does and if she ever leaves Ill just have to stop wearing nails LOL 😊

I recently came here for my first time and most of the time I only give a nail salon one chance. If i dont like the quality the first time, i wont go back. But this place beyond surprised me. Initially the lady who greeted me help me with all my questions and made me feel comfortable, i wasnt there for more than 5 minutes and already had a seat for my pedi.The nail tech was a male and seemed annoyed when i asked questions. I had already picked out my toe polish and wanted advice from the professional about nail shape and color for my mani. I never got any advice from him other than him rushing me to make a decision. I got a bad vibe and knew this would probably be my lat time coming in.After i was done i went to the front to wash my hands before i left. The lady who originally greeted me came to ask how i enjoyed my service. I am not someone to complain and said good showering her my nails. She insisted that how the appearance of the nexgen powder came out was not how it was supposed to look and went to get the owner. The owner came over and looked at my polish and asked if i had time to stay and get them redone. I agreed. The initial color came out splotchy and see through in some places and solid in others. Ive had this happen before with nexgen and being unsatisfied had never went back to those salons. I was in shock that this place stopped me and made sure the quality i got was perfect before leaving the salon. This type of customer service is what makes places worth going to. Although the first tech seemed rude and rushing, everyone else i encountered was fantastic. Id highly recommended this salon just for that, they corrected even though i never complained.To me that goes above and beyond.

I came in with a picture of the nails I wanted and they could not deliver. It was a very basic French nail set with crystals. I was told the crystals they have were too big and that was that. No other options of crystals were available. I also said a particular shade of pink and my result yielded no pink. And they had the nerve to charge $50 for it. I won’t be back

I pay more to go here bc the services are THAT GOOD> Best pedicures anywhere. Clean, professional, friendly. And I now get Nex Gen with Tuan. Was terrified to do so but my nails are stronger than ever. Love the Nail Longue.

Helen did a great job with my jellies. I think her favorite thing to do is removing cuticles because she is so good at it. She was attentive and caring asking questions about my liking, whether I liked the length and color. You can tell she has been in the business for a while. I usually come here twice a month and theres a reason why I keep coming back.

Used to come here years ago for Nancy. Shes no longer here and I see why. Got a fill from a guy there that lifted the very next week. I now have 2 lifted nails AFTER he repaired the other lifted 2 from a few days ago. Im not returning. Cheap products and a bunch of old thick gel polish that needs to be tossed.

I’ve been coming here for 2 years for pedicures and nexgen and I am literally never disappointed. No matter which tech you get they do an outstanding job. I’ll never go anywhere else!!

First time visiting here for a simple manicure. Walked in around 5:30pm on a Tuesday, there was quite a few people there but there was no wait. The place is quite big with lots of pedicure chairs and people working. The lady that did my nails was very nice and sweet and I think the customer service is pretty awesome. Would come back again and try the pedicure and other services.

The nail salon is huge and I rarely need to make a reservation. I have had 15+ stylist over the last year and each of them has done a great manicure or pedicure (you can make a reservation with your favorite). There are several choices for the type of pedicure you want, and their nextgen color selection is massive.

I LOVE the Nail Lounge and only go here. Same for my daughters when they come home from college. We have been going since 2007. Kimmie and her staff are friendly. The salon stays cutting edge updating their services and salon equipment to current trends. Very clean salon. During fall season they had the Pumpkin Spice pedicure and it was amazing. I got my husband to go and now he knows why I rave about the pedis.

Super busy. Really loud. Hard to relax. They did a pretty good job on my pedicure. I came before some people was called after they had already been taken. Could of been scheduled but didnt seem to be.

Lately Ive had such horrible luck with nail places. This nail place has definitely been my favorite. Ive never been disappointed. Ive had acrylic nails, pedicures, and the best manicure ever here! And great costumer service from my ladies. I have noticed a little attitude from other workers that have worked on other people. I just hope that they continue to work on being friendly and having great quality work.

I tried this place 2 days ago and was treated roughly. I had a new lady who cut me and was extremely aggressive. I kept telling her to stop and she was not believing me she cut me and then minimized it. My finger has been in pain since then. I wanted to stop the manicure but she insisted to continue and was getting disturbed that I wanted to put pressure on the cut to stop the bleeding. I had to tell her I am a doctor to get her to take me seriously which I am. Will never go back. She wanted to use the towel my hand was sitting on the wound. I had to ask for clean cotton.

Sadly I am disappointed by my experience today, as I typically receive good service here. My normal nail technicians (Andy and Minh) were not available today, but the young lady who did my nails did a pretty good job. No complaints there.The issue was with my pedicure. After using a color that was too translucent causing my toenails to show through, Peter asked the technician to repaint them using a white base coat to minimize the translucency. She gave me major attitude by snatching my flip flops back off and started speaking in Vietnamese to her coworkers. I’m by no means fluent in Vietnamese, but it did not sound nice. She asked me in a rude tone what color I wanted instead and I told her that like I had mentioned beforehand, I wanted the polish to match my nails. She proceeded to do a sloppy job with an attitude. I expressed my concerns to Peter regarding her attitude as my family and I are frequent customers. Even my husband gets pedicures here! After Peter spoke with her in the back she returned with a better attitude, but I cannot get over the poor quality of work and bad customer service that I received today. I’m pretty saddened that I’m even writing this review while sitting at another nail salon to get my toenails re-done :(

I would like to share my experience today. Me and my daughter went in today. I felt like I was treated very rudely. My daughter finished before me. Then my nail tech put the credit card machine next to me. Ok that’s fine I was going to pay cash. Then he just hovered over me while my nails were drying and kept pushing the card reader closer and closer to me to pay. First of all I was not finish my nails weren’t even dry and had not had the oil on or washed my hands. My service wasn’t complete so he stayed punching in my total into the card reader I said I’m paying cash. He said 90 dollars. Ok that’s fine but again you have not even finished my service and my nails are not dry. After he said 90 dollars I look at him and I said are my nails even dry . He says yes your done 90dollars. I felt like he thought I wasn’t going to pay really I don’t know what he thought. So I paid and I said it’s 90 so then I give him 110. He starts counting it and I get up mind you I just have given you and the other tech a 10 dollar tip each. He said do you want change I said no. I’m waking off and he says oh you want oil. I’m like no and I told my daughter let’s go. I mean all that should have been done before you were hovering over me to pay. Customer service was horrible. I will never go back and the reason I left a 10 tip to each was to show them yea I have money to pay but you just lost a good tipper. Never again will I go there.

Decided to try Nail Lounge after a bad experience at another local salon and had a great experience. I was promptly greeted and let to a chair to begin my pedi. The tech was thorough, gentle, and not pushy in any way. I’ll definitely be back.

Jessica did my pedicure. Hot rock were not warm. I thought polish was okay till I got outside and put my glasses on. I had polish on the skin around the toe nails, big toes werent even painted on sides. I can do a better job at home. When I told the girl at the desk she said to come back tomorrow as the were busy and fixing to close. I had heard wonderful things about the nail place. Guess I got a new person or a bad one.

Called them to confirm about a polish change for coffin shape and fixing a broken acrylic which would be $11. When I got there they did not have my color and so I just asked for the nail to be fixed and if I can get a different color. Getting it done the lady doing the nails somehow made three nails start to burn under the acrylic. She also cut my thumb nail shorter than it was in the beginning so she had to cut the other one to match. Tools looked like they were never cleaned. I also wasnt even offered a drink. When it was time to pay I was told it will be $43. Thats when they decided to tell me that since its a powder and not normal nails, I get charged extra as if I ever said anything about normal nails. That extra charge is way off anyway. And apparently it was with the 10% off deal included. Youd think they were completely removing and putting new acrylics on but I still had my original acrylics. They gave me back $4 for being charged for the coffin shape which should not have happened. Shouldve read other reviews on here since it looks like other customers got scammed in different ways as well.

Horrible experience! Definitely worth 0 stars. Had my nails done by Trish. Acrylic service was $30. I was charged $5 to get a different shape other than square or round which is absolutely ridiculous. She was completely incompetent in nail shapes. I asked for squoval nails and every single nail is different. I have many nails that are not the same size, crooked, slanted on the left side of the nail and straight on the right. It is just pathetic. She tried to blame it on me because I had bitten 2 of my nails which had never been a problem for any other real nail techs I have gone to. I will be going to a real nail shop Monday to receive a new full set. She told me the polish was dry and of course once I started moving around the polish smudged.

First time going to this nail salon. I got a full acrylic set and they were super thick and big looking.. I got square shape. The woman that did my nails put a lot of acrylic on my nails and it took forever. Probably wouldn’t go back for acrylics.
