My absolute favorite nail salon in my area and surrounding areas. They get my nails perfectly done how I want them every time, never fails. Very professional and friendly! I absolutely love it here. Anna is amazing! I also get my eyebrows tinted and waxed here, amazing job.

I just moved to Plano last week and I was in need of a nail salon that would deliver HIGH QUALITY WORK AND SERVICE. A coworker recommended this place to me and also referred Anna (her nail lady) to me.... her work is the BEST! I did a gel honey pedicure and manicure and it was great. She took her time even though it was long. She sets the time accordingly when giving massages. It was AMAZING. I highly recommend this place.

I recently moved to the area and was researching quality nail salons. I went today for the 1st time for a NexGen refresh and was very satisfied with the work and ambiance of the business. My nail tech Petey was exceptional. They also offer a 10% discount Monday - Wednesday before 3p.

I always love coming here. They are so well organized, clean, and just an overall cool environment. Not to mention they offer a variety of drinks from water, soda, mimosa and mixed drinks. Vinny was great on my gel pedi!

I’ve been going to D’Vinci for a year now and they are one of the reasons I’m not looking to move anytime soon! The service is amazing everytime, every nail tech takes care in how they do your nails. I have personally never found a nail shop that I have consistently gone to until I found this nail shop. The staff is so friendly and everyone has such great talents that I am not worried about getting a specific person when I go in. The main guy Eric is so friendly and whenever I walk in they greet me and always offer me a drink or anything else to make my time at the salon as enjoyable as possible. The only service that I request someone for is my eyebrows and Janelle is AMAZING! I have full bushy eyebrows that I have no idea how to shape so I avoid getting them waxed but I wanted them shaped one day and after I saw how good of a job she did on my nails I trusted her to do my eyebrows and could have not felt more beautiful! I went home and did my makeup and avoided any brow product because of how perfect she had made them! I would recommend this salon to anyone and everyone who hasnt tried them!

I love being able to come in with a picture of what I want & theres no hesitation.. MY nails turned out so pretty like Id hoped for. The people are great that work there. Its a lil on the expensive side, Im not gonna lie but I think it was worth it.

The experience at DVincis was such a relaxing one. Ive had manicures and pedicures in the past, however DVincis checks all the boxes. Prompt customer service and the techs were nice and knowledgeable.

Amazing job - janelle did my powder dip nails and listened to evvvverything I asked for a was so detail oriented noticing any little thing that was off and fixing it, and making sure they were the exact shape style and color I wanted!!!! On top of that, she’s super fun and easy to talk to!! Also not sure who did my pedicure but seriously best foot massage I’ve had in forever. Amazing place and super fun and friendly!! I’m coming here from now on forever 😁 😆

I went here for the first time to get some dip nails. Jinelle did a great job on how the nails came out but her cleanliness was not it. She glued my finger skin to tip of the nail and then proceeded to file the side of that nail very harsh that she cut me. She saw a blob of blood but did nothing and continued to dip my bloody finger in the dip powder. She then decided to grab an antiseptic from her drawer and place the tip right on the cut (the bottle and the tip were filthy). She also cut my cuticle on a different finger and again dipped my bleeding finger in another dip powder. The nails looked amazing, but not worth the risk of catching something or getting an infection.

I got my nails done at another salon yesterday and right after leaving, a nail broke. I didn’t have time to get it fixed then and there and also didn’t live anywhere close to that salon. I went to two places today before going to this place and was told they can’t fix just one nail.. Eric at D’Vinci took me right away and got my nail fixed in no time with an exact color match! He took the time to ask about my day and also tell me about his day! I just moved to the area and will be going here from now on. Highly recommend them! My nails look amazing!! Everyone in there was so positive and the atmosphere is very light and clean! Go get your nails done here girls and guys! They listen to your nails needs!

They got powder all over my hands and glue all over my fingers. Nails didn’t even last two weeks, started coming off and having cracks after 1 week. My nails starting bleeding when they came off.

Vinny did a amazing pedicure, and gave a good massage not just the typical up and down my leg.

There was big communication problem between the service person and me !there is no chart for the shapes so I showed from my phone,but the person was very rude in answering, he walked away and another person completed the job, very bad customer servicethe person did very harshly in shaping and didnt care abt mu reaction, very self centered with the race and the professionalism. I would never go back here

The only reason why my review is not 5 stars is because of the very rude technician by the name of Kelly I dealt with today. Kelly usually does my pedicures, while Mimi does my gel manicures. As soon as I walked in today, I requested only a pedicure in which Kelly started running the water. I then told the owner that I would like to add a manicure, and I requested Mimi because shes so pleasant.As soon as I requested Mimi, Kelly rudely told me that if I didnt want her that I could use Mimi for both services. I immediately said excuse me, and she repeated herself. I told her that I was the customer, and if I requested someone else for my manicure, I had that right as I was the paying customer, and MiMI always does my manicure. She started going back and forth arguing with me in front of other customers. I was pretty shocked at her attitude because I always leave them a great tip.I was even more shocked that the owners didnt immediately pull her to the side to correct her because she was out of control. As soon as she walked away the owner then apologized. I really like the place, however due to the disrespect I faced today, Im going to find another Nail Spa in Allen. Even though she was rude I still left her a $10 tip, but because of MiMis professionalism, I left her a $100 tip. The other members are extremely nice and caring but Customer Service is very huge for me, and I refuse to spend my money where Im disrespected.

Walk in No appointment guy at the desk was cordial but I immediately noticed the difference in how he talk and dealt with me versus how he talked and dealt with others of other ethnicity... he would come to check to make sure they were okay he even came to ask if they wanted water he never addressed me in that way clearly it was a difference in how I was being treated versus others so I left.If you are African-American and reading this post we must remember that no matter how nice someone is in their mind sometimes its already a stereotype type and belief thats why they continue to treat African American in the way that they do.I will never go back to that place no matter what.

Spent a mommy and me spa day with my daughter there. The staff was so sweet and even gave my daughter goldfish to keep her happy while she waited for me.

Came to this location for a pedicure, enjoyed the excellent service and stellar treatment. The employees were very attentive and kind. I had a sore Achilles and they were helpful in alleviating and being mindful of the injury. Well worth the visit and will try to return soon!

As regular customers, it is ridiculous that my mother and I made an appointment for 2 manicures and then waited almost an hour for the service. We eventually left because it’s as if no one was paying attention. There were people who walked in after us and got their service started before us.

Anna was simply amazing. She did an awesome and thorough job on my nails & pedicure!!! The selection of colors are great too. I will definitely be returning.
