I got nail dip done here on Sunday 9/26, he messed up my nails by doing incomplete dipping. And my cuticles made me to bleed and was so painful. Plus he did in just 20 mins I was wandering how can he do so fast, after seeing results I was so disappointing I asked him to dip well again he said no it looks like that now, but it’s good he just comforted me well to leave the place. My suggestion please dont spoil customer nails. Try to give better service with patience instead of rush.Thank you!

I was having a hard time finding a salon when I first moved to Plano, a girlfriend recommended Polo Nails Plus. This has been my go to place to get my nails done ever since. They always do great work & fit me in if their busy. Special occasions, everyday looks or just for something fun they always make my nail beautiful

They did awesome job on my nails. Tina is the best. Highly recommend it. Very humble staff. They are very good at waxing too.

I am a travel agent and was going on a Disney cruise. I wanted to have Disney themed nails. My niece is a Harry Potter fan, so she wanted deathly hallows theme. They did phenomenal job on our nails. We were very happy with the results and the service we received.

I am VERY picky about my nails. Polo Nails Plus has great technicians who all do a beautiful job. They are professional and use the latest equipment and colors. I highly recommend them!

I went here for a basic manicure with regular nail polish and a bit of nail art. They looked OK. I wasnt really impressed with the nail art but that is hit or miss most places Ive been. However, my nails hurt after this manicure. When I removed the polish I could see why they hurt. They were filed down on the surface of the nail way too far. I should have payed closer attention to this while it was happening. I have not been able to wear polish for the last couple of months since I had them done here due to how thin they are from their filing.
