Gotta be honest, I dont usually get my nails done but this place is hands down the best place Ive ever been. I dont think I ever go somewhere else.

Became a loyal client in 2020 and it will never change - I have never, not once, been displeased with their work! I’ve had several employees do my pedi’s and they all did high quality work. I’m stuck on Lee though, just feel like she knows exactly what I like and how I want my nails shaped, her nail art designs are nice too. I would go to anyone too though. Also, the owner is very nice - it’s refreshing to see someone with kind customer service skills.

They did such an amazing job on my pedicure and dip nails! They made my nails look so nice! I am very pleased with my first time visiting! I will be back! I found my regular spot!

Love this place and love seng and her husband so Im not giving a bad review but I think Wendy was gonna fall asleep while doing my pedicure massage. She kept getting way too close to my feet, her face almost touched them a couple times. Great place to get your nails done!

I got my nails done last Thursday to get my nails done. I got short light nude nails wit a design (couldn’t even do a simple design) also the lady who did my nails convinced me to do dip instead of acrylic because “it’s better for my nail” but it’s now a week in and three of my nails popped off.... used to go there all the time and then stopped and then decided to go back but I will never go back again! The fact that I paid 58 plus a tip and I have three nails missing and it’s not even a week it horrible.

Vicky is the nail queen. She shaped my nails beautifully and made sure everything was even and covered. The lady that added the art was also very wonderful. I am in LOVE with my nails. Again I am beyond impressed with nails maxx Ill honestly never go anywhere else. I love the way my nails come out EVERY time.

It is rare to find a nail salon where every single worker does an outstanding job on your nails. From the nail-shaping to the amazing color options, this nail salon is awesome. Definitely recommend!

Ive been going here for years and its always been a good experience until last week. I got my usual-- nexx gen nails and a signature pedicure. The pedicure took forever, the signature part was mediocre, and two of my nails chipped within a day. I know the pandemic has affected many things, but I may check out other salons in the area next time.

Shh... this is my secret favorite place to get my nails done. They are lightning quick and do an amazing job. Love that they stay on top of the trends! Check out my Halloween nails.

Lee did my cats eye dipped nails, which turned out awesome. She has a very gentle touch. Ben did my pedicure, very relaxing, great calf massage. Highly recommend both of these individuals for your pampering session.

I had my nails done for my birthday and less than a week after my nails broke and looked horrible. I went in and the manager proceeded to tell me no, that I was being unreasonable and that he wouldnt fix my mail. Never returning.

Seriously best customer service experience! Amazing set of nails! I did make an appointment and I was greeted when I walked in. Nails started on time! Loved that I didn’t have to sit directly by someone. They had it nicely spaced out. But mainly the nails, seriously amazing.

This is the best place to go get your nails done. My nails and toes always look on point and so do my eyebrows! With me washing my hands and using hand sanitizer all the time, my skin has been super dry. Even with me constantly putting lotion on, my hands looked rough. Well, they did the sea salt scrub on my hands and wow!!!! Instantly super soft and healthy!

I’ve been getting my Next Gen nails done every couple of weeks here for the past 1.5 years. Sang always does an excellent job delivering excellent design work. For my Japan trip, we designed the attached pic to represent the Sakura Blossoms....I couldn’t be more pleased with the elegant outcome.You really can’t go wrong with this place. Clean, friendly staff, quality work and they now offer micro blading, lashes and facials for those interested.

This is definitely my new go to!!! Service is very attentive. All staff is pleasant. Kevin did such a good job on my nails!! Perfect shape. He helped me with perfect color. And the even thickness from side view is even perfect! All doubt stays outside. Walk in confident that you are in extremely good care!

The fact that they charge 46 dollars for a poorly done dip set blows my mind. The shape is off its not round. I will have to fix at home. There is a dip in the middle of the nail surface. The towel under my nails had two nails attached from previous client. They dont make you wash your hands before they perform any services so it makes you wonder how they sanitize their products during covid. I will not return.Dont waste your time!

Pedicure service was okay. At the end, the technician smeared polish on one of my toes while putting on disposable flip flop. It was corrected with more polish. I requested for a toe separator to help avoid smudging again. Told me I didnt need one. Same toe smeared again after a few steps. Additional coats was applied and made the toe worst. Told them but was ignored. Would not have given a bad review had they address the issue and corrected the smearing. Had to go to a different salon for a polish change (Nail Trends). Will not return to Nail Maxx.

Ive been coming to Maxx Nails for a few months now. Im incredibly particular about my nails ( nexgen) and TK does a wonderful job. Im glad I found her! I would recommend Maxx Nails.

Paul does an Excellent job with nextgen. He is so nice and so is all the staff! I love the way they do my pedicures. I do not live in Allen and will drive over just to see them. You will not be disappointed.

Had the best experience ever! Hana was my nail tech, and she blew me away with how friendly and attentive she was with every detail of my nails. They are very reasonably priced in all their services, and seem to truly love what they do. I didnt catch the mans name sadly, but he also helped when Hana had to wax another customers eyebrows, so I didnt have to wait. So happy to find such a wonderful place so close to home, and they also have a discount for teachers and military!

My eyebrows are desimated. If the customer tells you what they prefer and do not like prior to starting, dont do it. Imagine going to a hair salon and the stylist gives you the hair style or cut that they like???? It would be obsurd right? I dont want your eyebrows or care what you like.- I looke completely different now. The tech constantly over cuts and takes too much hair. I now have these wierd boxy -sparse brows. What is hard about giving the customer what they want not what you like. Stop and ask before taking to much hair and re-shapping.... Why the heck would you re-shape?!!!! Im very upset. I dont like trends and wanted my brows to have kept their natural shape. They look as though I took a razor, and cut them into rectangular shape with wings. My brows are short now!!!!!!!!!!

I went to a nail tech by the name of sang for the first time today.... she did an awesome job! Im so glad I found a new nail tech closer to where I live 😁

TK is an extraordinary individual and the drive from Frisco is absolutely amazing. When I hear women say their nail tech is their best friend they mean it. Quality is a number one vision of the whole staff. I love my experiences here every time. If I could give it more than five I would.

The worst manicure Ive had in years. I specifically asked the nail technician to trim my cuticles well. Her tools were so dull that, instead of cutting them with good precision, she just kept pulling the skin. The worst part is that the technician was rushing so much that she skipped a lot of spots and did a really poor job overall. No attention to detail whatsoever. I had pieces of skin just sticking out and hanging off around the nail, not a neat look. I nicely asked to correct a few spots, only to hear an annoyed response that she is not done yet. Well, she never fixed it. The shape of the nail was uneven and the sides were not smoothed out. The edges were very sharp. No one cared about my request to correct it. Not happy at all with the service and I honestly can do a much better job myself, at home.

Havent had my nails done in 3 years. I came here and had the best experience! First time with Nexgen nails and Paul was my nail guy! Really patient and helped me figure out a good shape for my long fingers. Will definitely come back and recommend to my girlfriends!

Will never go here again. I was sat down then told my nails couldn’t be done because nobody was there to do them when there were people who came in after me to get the same thing done. The receptionist didn’t offer me anything to drink and was pretty rude but everyone else she made sure she was on her p’s a q’s! Please treat all of your customers the same as we are ALL equal.

Had old dips removed and a regular mani. Very clean and very nice people. Beautiful flowers out the front door, very nice touch.

Really good job on my nails! they have a big selection of colors too. Even though it got packed they took their time on my nails, offered drinks and nail tech was very friendly, they all were! definitely going back!

The employees are very friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome the moment you step in the door. Its wheelchair accessible with room to pull a wheelchair beside the pedicure chair. I cant say enough & recommend them to anyone looking for a nail spa!

I tried this place out because it had good reviews, but wow was that misleading. My nail tech was friendly, but the quality of her work was very poor. Im asking her to file the sides to make the nails more narrow and oval, and she proceeds to file the top making it more square... I understand that there may have been a language barrier, but I specifically wanted to keep the shape I had, just shorter, and that was the first thing I said when I sat down. She said ok. Left with a different shape cause towards the end I just gave up on trying to explain. Not going back.

LOVE this place!! Lynn and Paul did a wonderful job on my nails and it’s always a pleasure to get to see TK as well! The staff is so nice and they’re hilarious. 10/10 would recommend!!

This place was absolutely wonderful! I got long coffin nexgen tips and the shape is beautiful. I had Paul and he was very fast, made sure each nail was even and paint was smooth! I will definetly be coming here again.

I went here for the first time today for Nexgen and I am absolutely thrilled with my nails!!! The staff was awesome and the salon was so clean and because they use all organic products, there is none of that chemical smell like you get at most nail salon. Im making Nails Maxx my new nail salon and Im looking forward to trying other services in upcoming visits😀

I absolutely LOVE this place!!! Ive been getting my nails done since I was 17 years old I am now 39 and have been to nail salons all over Texas, Oregon, and Illinois. This shop is by far the best! They are so talented with free hand! TK is my gal and she does amazing work. I can not say enough good things about this pkace!

I love my nails! I went to Nails Maxx in Allen for the first time and got nexgen and a pedi and my nails have never looked so beautiful and natural! Phillip did my pedi and Paul did my nexgen and they treated me like a queen. I’ve been to several different places to get my nails done and now I won’t be going anywhere else! I can’t stop looking at my nails they have really never looked so good! Paul and Phillip were so nice and helpful and so polite too. They have a clean place and not too crowded. I walked right in and got a seat and they started on my nails immediately. I won’t be going anywhere else!

I went in for a pedi and I am absolutely happy with the results. Kim did an amazing job on my feet! It has become so hard to find a good place that is priced reasonably. I will absolutely be going back.UpdateI have been going here for Nexgen nails and pedi. TK does my nails and they are absolutely perfect everytime. There is no extra anywhere on my fingers. My aunt took me to her place for my birthday for nexgen nails and a pedi. They are all messed up and are driving me crazy. I will never leave TK again.
