I’ve lived in Allen for years and have tried and been disappointed by multiple Allen salons overtime, but Aura is definitely the best salon in Allen right now. Although theyre new, they’re already better in customer service, CLEANLINESS and quality than majority (if not all) salons in the Allen area. If you’re getting dip powder, ask for Michelle or John. They’re amazing!

I was very disappointed, called the day before and made 2 appointments for me and my daughter. I found myself sitting in the chair waiting for 30 minutes and they started 20 minutes late on my daughter. What is the point in making an appointment with a business if they aren’t going to keep it? Won’t be back. I cancelled my appointment.
