I had a few minutes to get my haircut and ran in with my 1 year old. He sat in my lap the whole time and the stylist (I’m so sorry, I can not remember her name) did such a great job despite having him as a distraction. I’m so happy with the cut. So quick and easy and great value. 10/10 would recommend

We LOVE this Supercuts location!My son is on the autism spectrum, and getting a haircut is always a struggle! But not today! Ela did an AMAZING job at keeping my hyper-sensitive boy calm while she quickly yet accurately cut his hair. She did an incredible job! I highly recommend this Supercuts!

Stay AWAY!I came in yesterday to get a haircut with my husband. I am 2 weeks post op from a hysterectomy, and I wanted to get a fresh cut and feel good. I showed the stylist a photo of an angled medium Bob, and she cut my hair into a reverse angled short Bob. The back was choppy and longer than the front. She continued to cut it to try and fix it, but it got worse. I had to tell her to stop so I could get up and leave. I had to go to another salon and pay $60 for another stylist to fix my hair properly. I wasn’t even offered a refund for my service. My hair will grow back, but right now it’s gone. Supercuts- you are offering a service with what is supposed to be trained, skilled, and educated stylists. What is going on!?! I never leave negative reviews, but something has to change here. I wont be back.

I had decided I wanted to do something different, so I went here. I had Destiney and she was so friendly and did such an amazing job. I’m in love with my hair. Everyone else is the store had upbeat positive attitudes as well! Go see Destiney!! 10/10 would recommend!

No matter who we go to, it has always been consistent service. The last 2 times, Destiny has cut my son and my hair. So glad they have it saved in their system what number clippers they use. I always forget. We also really like Natomi but havent seen her in a while.

I always go to see Destiney she does such a great job on color and cut! She listens to exactly what you want and never ever disappoints! Is a great conversationalist and makes sure your hair processes well. I will continue to use her for color and cuts!

So, it took me a while to figure out where I was going to go to get my hair cut... I tend to have issues trusting people I dont know, and my hair is no different.  It didnt help the fact I had always had my hair cut at home, so I had never been to a salon. Anyhow, I couldnt be happier with the results! Destiney exceeded my expectations on the haircut. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone. She made me feel comfortable throughout the cut, which isnt the easiest of tasks!

I don’t recommend this place. My wife and I both went at the same time. She asked for a trim and the lady cut of 8 inches of her hair. She had to go to another place to have it fixed. Then there is mine. The lady put gel in my hair so I didn’t notice until today how messed up it is. All I wanted was short hair that I can part when I want to. Now I have to have it fixed too.

Destiney assisted me that day and did my hair. She did a great job, I’ll continue going to her. My hair needs a bit more bleaching process to get to the blonde I want and that is something she explain to me. She also let me know ahead of time how much it would be at the end so there wasn’t a surprise of how much I was going to pay.

This is my second visit to this location. Naomi is excellent. Not only was I impressed with the styling, it was worth twice the price. She has a great positive and peaceful energy. Highly recommend. So convenient to just jump in with no appointment required.

After having an unwanted bob at another hair salon, I came here and Sally was nothing but nice and professional, she was able to fix my hair and give me the cut I wanted. Besides being beyond sweet she really respected my wishes of not cutting my hair too much. She went little by little until we acquired the length I wanted, I truly appreciate a hairstylist that is respectful to my wishes. I highly recommend her. I will be coming back.

I look like a fruit. The haircut was so bad and she didn’t listen to a single thing i said. she did what she thought looked good except it didn’t. i said take an inch off the top and she took at least 3/4 of what i had. I said 1.5 or 2 but she said she would do a 1 fade but it didn’t even look like a fade. probably one of my worst haircuts

I came in for the first time for an event. As soon as got called in by Teresa. It was an instant connection. I hadn’t had a haircut since July/Aug which was a bad experience. Teresa did nothing short of Amazing. I will never go to anyone else. I’m So glad we connect. As we were talking about Thanksgiving and I told told her that I made a That I made a Cuban flan as I’m Cuban. Come to find out we have 2 mutual friends.So happy that I came when I did and that we connected. Teresa made me feel so beautiful for the first time in a long time. I’m finally finding my joy again. He also sent me to another stylist named ( Ela ) who was so good, professional, and patient.In appreciation of his gesture, and his positive attitude, I have updated the stars.The original review:They are not organized nor professional at this location at all, the first stylist left me in the middle of the hair cut, after she missed it up. She accidentally used the wrong number of hair length using a metal machine, and left the store completely saying that she had headache and I heard another stylist asking her to talk to me before she leaves but she didn’t care.Another stylist asked me to wait for her to continue the work. However, the second one who took over after her, was so in rush and instead of blending the areas of hair that the first one made, she missed it up more, which made it look too bad at the end. I didn’t say anything the whole time hoping for this to end or not getting very bad, and because they might be stressed out from working during these tough days. However, after I looked at my hair closely in the mirror I just decided to make a complaint through Supercut website in order for this not to happen again to other people. The true disappointing thing that I didn’t receive any response from Supercut customer service or even an apology so I decided to write this here which I don’t usually do because I understand that workers in any field are humans and may have work errors sometimes, but to not care about a customer 3 times in row in one situation, one time from each stylist and eventually from the customer service is something really weird.

Soooooo slow! I keep coming here with my kids because it is convenient and then I regret it every time. It is worth a longer drive to find a place that can cut faster. My 3 kids and I came in at 4:45pm, it is now 6:20pm and they just now called up #3 out of the 4 of us. I have seen several people walk in, wait for a while, and then leave. This place is losing business left and right because the wait times are way too long.

Nice and friendly but I had to get military cut after she messed up regular cut. Wife liked its but two stars because she did not cut my hair as I requested. Now people are asking me which branch of military am I in. Kinda funny. As I have the up most respect for our service men and ladies.God bless America and may we come together and be strong once again.

Unfortunately I couldn’t speak the stylist’s language.I showed them a picture of what I was looking for, for my son’s haircut on 5/6/2019 (to make the communication easier). What I got was a very poor job. (See below the picture I showed the stylist and what I got in return).I used to like this place in the past and I am a regular. But going forward, I will either stick to asking for Ms. Savanah or going to a different store.

I bounced around quite a bit trying to find a good, consistent haircut place. Glad I found this one. Natomi and Olga are both great, as was another lady who cut my hair once, but I cant remember her name (sorry!)

I had thick hair just below my chest and this really nice blonde woman cut it into an amazing pixie. I do rather enjoy it, but there are some dissatisfying moments. The wait was a rather long wait. I know my hair would take long, but some people just had trims and it took the staff 2 or 1 hour! It was also understaffed with so much customers. They were all really nice though and I enjoyed it. The only bad part with my hair was she cut it a bit too short, but it couldve been worseI absolutely love it and recommend you to go there if you have time to wait 5 or 3 hours at LEAST.

Please avoid this place. Supercuts should consider closing this place for good.. they make you wait for atleast an hour even after you take an appointment. Worst part is I tried for 3 weeks to go there every Saturday and did not make it. The staff is extremely lethargic and amateurs.

If you want to look bald, this is the place to go. They only know one length and that is super short. I believe her name was Olga. It’s so sad because I told her to stop cutting because I don’t want my sons hair any shorter and she kept going. Pathetic and lakendra has poor customer service skills. She’s rude.

The woman on the phone said it would be $16 for a Bob cut. When I went to pay it was $20 for my cut and $10 for blowdry. My cut ended up being $14 more than it was supposed to. I tried to ask the woman to spray my hair down and adjust my bangs and she never did. I had to walk out with poofy separating bangs. I will have to go home and fix my own bangs because the woman could not do so. The overral cut was decent but could have been a bit better. Im not sure Ill be going back.

Don’t bother checking in using their app/online. This location doesn’t update waiting times or go by the check in either. Useless and a waste of time to let someone check in, only to have them show up and find out it’s an hour waiting time. Other locations update their waiting times, this one is terrible at it and the staff were rude the minute I walked in.

If I could give this place -1 star, I would. Even after sending laKendra a pic and asking her is she accustomed to working with black natural hair, she still completely botched the cut. Theres no taper to my hair whatsoever AND I had to tell her to detailed my hair before cutting...
