Izzy is the best stylist Ive had in a very long time. I always leave her chair feeling like I look great (or at least my hair does). Shes not only a great stylist, but she also has a great personality. I highly recommend the MVP.

I get that you have to be personable to guest and make sure they have a good experience. When you have 5 clients waiting and there are only 2 of you, make it personable but be quick. You’re running a business and people groaning in the waiting room is not good for business. 2 people left including me. Lost clients!

They failed to clarify what I wanted before ruining my hair. Ive been growing out the top for months and now because of how she cut it I might as well shave my head and start over.

3/30/21 - Rude tone and words as soon as I walked in. These people DO NOT WANT CUSTOMERS. And they dont desetve them. I am paying and tipping you for a ten minute service. A mans haircut, regular. Easy money. Meaning, you are making/charging what could amount to $100 bucks an hour. .these women? Nah....theyd rather bark at you or insult you. I dont need that after a long day. Bet they tell their manager, after these reviews, that its the customers fault or the customer is making this up. So many bad reviews on here and, after experiencing this place, I believe the bad reviews. These women should not be allowed near any customers. Real sweethearts those two women...Satans sweethearts.

Buisness was a little hard to find for us, but Angela did a great job on cutting my son and husbands hair.

Great customer service and barely any wait time! Prices are average but service is awesome! Bus in started to pick up about halfway through out visit...but the ladies handled the rush with grace and greeted everyone that came in. Appointments available & you can go online and put your name down!

I dont know but before they used to pamper you .Ive been before and they offerd shave, shampoo,, hot towel & massage.I guess with pandemic this has stoped..Sad thing is i asked for flat top my stylist didnt have a clue, she asked the others for help, one said she had no time cause she was gettin ready to leave, the other girl said i had to wait. There just an ordinary place like super cuts or the other joints. O well so sad .i miss being pamperd.

Went for my son’s (3yr old) haircut. The hairdresser’s were very rude. Three of them ganged up on me when I tried to explain what I want for my son as he didn’t understand English. And after all the racial looks the service (haircut) they did was so bad now I have to go to another salon to get it fixed. I know pandemic is going on and things are difficult but that doesn’t mean you get to be rude and very unprofessional. I would recommend to go to another salon if you are looking for a haircut for your little one. These people doesn’t know how to be nice to there customer. Very disappointed.

Went in for a haircut today and didn’t receive a cut even remotely close to what I asked for. I started out with around 6inches of hair all around and asked to trim the top and sides into a mullet. At the end of the haircut I Look into the mirror to see that I got a BUZZ CUT. she used a 3 all around and left maybe a inch on top. I even showed the lady a picture of what I wanted. I wasn’t expecting the world for $20 but I am very upset for getting nearly the opposite of what I asked for.

Don’t bring little kids here. The barbers want nothing to do with cutting kids hair and will make it clearly known. Very unprofessional. Will not be back.

Went to Izzy. A fantastic experience.I checked in online, arrived at the suggested time and waited less than 2 minutes.Izzy was very friendly and very specific in asking how I wanted my hair cut. She took her time to ensure my cut was precise.The MVP is the way to go. My favorite part is the massage chair, hot towel, and hair wash. It is so very relaxing.I highly recommend this location. It is clean, very well managed, and has a fantastic staff.*SUGGESTION - make sure to use the app or online check in to avoid a wait.

I decided to wait on Tiffany who had an hour long wait (online) and it was well worth it! She paid lots of attention to detail and was super sweet in making conversation. Would definitely recommend her!

I asked for a high fade and got a flat top. The hair styles did not know how to fade. She did not change any of the hair length pieces for the clippers expect once. I asked her to fix one side, and she brought the hair line up further. A high fade is suppose to be higher in the back, not higher all the way around.This is the second trip to a sports clip where a hair stylist does not know how to fade. If you don’t know how to fade, just say so from the get go. I have no problem with waiting for the next stylist that knows how to fade.

So I had my son go into this location to have him do this on his own. He was seated and then I walked in a few minutes later only to find that the staff was using vulgar remarks and treating my son poorly. My son is very well spoken and has handled himself phenomenally in multiple situations, but after we left he was in tears because the way they treated him! The hair cut was awful, I will be speaking with management on my next day off.

They do not listen to demands for your hair. Even after I told her 3 times do not touch the top and she still cuts the top by 3/4. Place is awful and no one else should go.

Just got a free haircut for Veterans day. Its a nice gesture; unfortunately, the sentiment felt pretty empty considering the employees were busy mocking a fellow co-worker for taking the day off because he was a Veteran. Apparently, since he was just a cook in the Navy, in their estimation, that didnt deserve their respect or gratitude.The context of the conversation obviously boiled my blood, but even if I hadnt been a Veteran, hearing them rag on a fellow Veteran, on Veterans Day of all days... Any complaints they have about their fellow employees shouldnt be aired out in front of customers. It was completely unprofessional.

If you are looking for a bad haircut and a strange situation, go here. I have been going here for a couple of years, mostly because I am too lazy to find a better place to get a haircut, and sometimes I get lucky and get a good one. The problem is, there is zero consistency, because anyone who is any good at cutting hair isnt there within a few months. The last haircut I got there will be my last. I went in and was greeted by a woman wearing a dust mask that you would get at home depot. I asked her what was wrong, and she said that she had a terrible infection, and that her boss would not let her have the day off sick, so she said she would come in if she could wear a mask. On top of this, she gave me the worst haircut I have ever had. I said I wanted a scissor cut, but instead she ran a clipper up the side of my head. On top of that, she started using thinning shears on the hair on top. Use thinning shears on someone who has fine hair...brilliant. Thanks for the worst haircut of my life, and convincing me it is time to stop being lazy and find a better place for a hair cut. I would have given 1 star, but will give 2 since I occasionally got a good cut.

Came in and asked for a fade with hair left on top, left with the worst haircut I’ve ever received from Misty. I don’t even know what you would call the haircut she gave me, and I could have saved the $19 and done this at home myself with a mirror. Off to a barbershop now to pay to get it corrected. I’d spend the extra 10-15 bucks and go to a real shop if you’re actually looking for a good cut and avoid this location.

I go here 1-2 times a month, I prefer Tiffany but everyone is pretty solid and does a fine job. If you want to watch sports while taking care of your cut, this is the place. Plenty of options and the MVP is good if you arent in a hurry. My younger boys like it as well.

Ive been coming here for almost a year. Usually Im pretty happy with the service, however their online check in is messed up often. One of the reasons Ive been coming were the stylist and I give a larger than normal tip. Some stylist are better than others. I was told about a veteran discount that they have, and have been using it the past 6 six months. It was $5 off, for some reason theyve changed it and it was only $2 off and they werent punch my card this morning, because they said it would be a duplicate discount and management recently changed the process and amount. Im not sure Ill be back and wont be back at the same time, the stylist today were more interested in the food another one brought in than the customers.

Tiffany is Amazing. The rest of my experience is good, but Tiffany has been cutting my hair and my 4 year old sons hair for about 1 year. She is the best and does an incredible job. Will only see Tiffany.

Amazing workers and great haircuts

I am a regular customer of Sports Clips and have been for many years. I lived in Fairview, Texas for a little over three years and I always got my haircut at the Sports Clips in the Allen Village. I am not super picky about who cuts my hair because the ladies always do a superb job, but I went in a little over 2 weeks ago and I received a haircut from Gina, who has cut my hair before, and she did an amazing job. Great company overall and defiantly worth the wait when I go in.

You get what you get... and you dont throw a fit.Its not like youre dropping one-fiddy on a haircut.

The waiting system is just ridiculous, your name on waiting screen shows on deck and you are never on deck even 20 mins later, flying bugs in waiting area, my 5 year old was getting scared of them, and then when my turn comes, they won’t let her come with me on the deck for their safety reasons which I understand but isn’t it their job to keep their waiting area clean or atleast bug free, eventually I returned without an haircut after waiting over 40 mins on a weekday !!!!

My 4 year old sons neck was cut (and bleeding) as well as scratched by a stylist named Kenya. She did not flag to my husband that this occurred, but instead called her colleague Cheryl over to debrief. It is disappointing that this occurred for many reasons. It exposes a clear lack of training to the employees that cutting a child happened, was not disclosed to the parent nor was basic first aid proactively offered. My husband noticed the wound at check out and had to request it be disinfected. When I arrived to speak with the manager, I observed that none of the stylists (including Kenya, who cut my sons neck) were disinfecting their clippers between appointments. After each patron, they swept the hair and took another customer. Given my direct observation on the lack of sanitation, I have serious concerns over infection risks to my child. No doubt improperly disinfecting methods can result in spreading infectious diseases and is why the Health Department requires them to be followed.

Worst hair cut ever!!! I went in today for a haircut and it came out uneven on ALL sides. I did not notice it while leaving the shop since my hair was wet, but after coming home and taking a shower, I noticed all the uneven bumps in the hair. It looks like a 2 year old cut my hair. I am going to go somewhere else and try to get my hair fixed. I cannot go to work looking like this!! Please go some place else.
