Anjanette cut my hair and did such an amazing job!!! I came out feeling like a whole a** new person! It’s difficult to have long hair and then have someone cut it exactly how you like, but she did just that (with amazing layers too)!!! So happy with my new look!!

I used to go here very couple of months when my stylist was here for 4 years, however my stylist left (no one would say where she went) and I tried going there a couple more times, however the atmosphere is just terrible. Theres A LOT of turnover at this facility, so coming here again youll probably see new faces, all thinking theyre better than the next. The environment itself is actually very negative, even with my previous hair stylist, youll hear the other workers complaining about clients out in the open, their dating life (or lack there of), or just straight up one time I heard stylists making fun of peoples clothing that were walking by the store. Due to their negative high school immaturity, I stopped going to this location, & my job is less than 5 minutes away from here. I go out of my way and go to the one in Plano, its a complete 180 there and theyre very professional and actually focus on the client, and not the drama.

I have really thick heavy indian hair, and both of the stylists here did a great job with it. Kailey did my color and she was awesome. Billy performed a stand up comedy show while cutting my hair. Overall a great day.

Please read the update at the bottom of my original post. The salon manager made this right with me.Brielle gave me the absolute worst haircut I’ve had in my life. The right side is different from the left and blending is absent. She has ruined my hair to the point it will take months grow out enough to get it cut correctly. And she charged me $95.UPDATE: The salon manager made this right. She set me up with a real pro and re-shaped my hair no charge.

I came to Toni & Guy because I chose to make a drastic change to my hair and cut about 8 inches off. Kim did a phenomenal job cutting my hair to look like a picture, but made it even better and to fit my face shape!

Jason did the best highlight I’ve gotten in 30 years! Will absolutely be back!

I can always come here and know that I’ll leave looking and feeling better and more confident than I came in! Never a bad haircut or style! In fact if I ventured out in the past, this is where I’ve been to get a botched job fixed!! Well worth it!

I went in today for a partial highlight with Azadeh & I came home super disappointed with my finished look. She gave me such stripy, orange highlights which was not what I asked for. I specifically told her I didnt want my roots to be too light because it doesnt look good on me personally, and she did exactly just that. My roots were LIGHTER than the rest of my hair! I wanted to keep most of my dark brown hair and just add emphasis to it, but that was not what i got. I am extremely upset with the fact that I paid just to have something done that I literally couldve done myself at home. I dont even want to go back to get it fixed because I dont trust this place with my hair. Dont go here!!! They are NOT worth your money!!!still waiting for this issue to be resolved! the fact that they would just take your money and let you walk out of their own salon like this is ridiculous.

I love my hair stylist Azadeh .!! She never fails to impress me . I been going to her for about 2+ years ever since i moved to Texas . She is a perfectionist i love her work she has been the only one who has color and cut my hair . She is very flexible with her schedule . I’ve not only gain a great reliable hair stylist that i can trust with my hair but great relationship with her . ❤️

I’ve liked Tony & Guy for a while and have been to many of their locations in the greater Dallas area. We ran into Azi originally at the stonebriar location where she styled for my mom and we immediately loved her. She has been my constant since then, i now go to watters creek as she now works out of there, will strongly recommend, she is the best!

Azi is an amazing hair colorist and stylist. She takes her time with her clients and ask lots of questions to give her customers exactly what they are wanting. I leave satisfied everytime I leave the salon with an amazing new hair style or even when she is just giving me a trim. Thank you Azi for you outstanding service!!!

Love T&G since they arrived initially at Prestonwood mall! Liz and Katy are talented colorists. They really listen to their clients and give constructive feedback, for example I bring in pictures because I always feel they describe it better seeing it in a photo and if the color or cut they give honest answers especially if they do not think it would look good on me which I personally love that and they dont make you feel bad they always discuss it with me and I dont feel humiliated....side note - I have had staff in the past that actually said hurtful things and I was happy to not returnBut leadership reached out to me and asked me to come back and they did my hair and did not charge me. Great customer service! Highly recommend

Too crowded for comfort!Great professional haircut (5 star) as usual, but the salon is tiny with too many stylists.I typically go to Stonebriar but they recently closed so I tried out the salon in Allen. The station I was at the customers were bumping into the stylist going to sit in their chair,the stylist were having to shift positions with each other just to get their tools or work on my hair.There were four chairs on the right side of the room that are entirely too close for comfort. I can’t imagine these poor stylists having to work like this all day long.I will be trying out other T&G salons.

I always go to Toni & Guy, because the aesthetic totally suites me. Kai, was great and gave me exactly what I asked for; she did a precise cut and I’m so happy with it. She also recommended a deep conditioning treatment, which helped so much! Props to her!

I have been a client at this location for many years, and always went to the same stylist. I was to a point that I wanted to try someone different but wasnt sure how to politely go about it. It just so happened that she decided to move on from the salon, so I got the opportunity to see Nicole for my hair cuts, and Cara for my color and I honestly couldnt be happier! I have a beautiful new style and color and I owe it all to them. You two girls are the best, see you soon!

Ive never written a review of some place before but I am very dissapointed, and I dont recommend. Walked in with medium-dark brown dyed hair, Im naturally blonde and wanted to have my hair dyed as close as possible to the natural color of my blonde grown out roots (which I have done before in the past). $400 later, I left the salon with my hair looking the exact same. Literally. Except for the fact that my blonde roots were now dyed brown. My hair was bleached and then dyed brown instead of toned to a blonde shade and I cant fathom why. Now, I understood that this process may have needed two sessions, but 1) during the visit it wasnt mentioned when I could come back, nor did we discuss what I should book for the next visit, so it seemed like this was going to be one and done. In the beginning she stated that she thought this would only need 1 session b/c my hair lightened well. And 2), my hair is 100% the same shade of brown even after multiple shampoos, so no amount of highlights, or added dimension, would make my hair blonde like I asked for. No refund or fix was offered when I called, I understand that I signed some sort of paper saying I wont sue for chemical damage and that the colorist has explained the procedure etc etc. But if the colorist explained the procedure and then didnt execute that same procedure giving me the discussed result how am I at fault?It cost me $400 to look the same exact way I already looked and now I cant afford to fix it.

My natural hair color is very dark and Cara has given me to best balayage color. I love it! Cara only does color and I see Lindsey cuts my hair. They are both hilarious and VERY talented. I am very happy.

I went into the Toni and guy salon in allen, Tx on the last day it was open before it was shut down for quarantine. I came in wanting a balayage which I already had and just wanted my blonde brought up a little more but what I got was not what I expected. My hair was both yellow and some parts orange! She colored all the way up to my roots which I didn’t even want to be touched in the first place. My roots ended up being completely different than what I started off with and when I asked them to be corrected they didn’t even match the color to my original root color(dark brown) but instead it was a light brown with a red tint! The ladies working there tried to ease my fright by telling me it looked great. But it’s beyond me why they or your staff would let a client walk out with horrible hair that they caused! I paid $200 for them to just mess up my hair and had to book another appointment with a different salon just so they could fix a $200 mistake your staff did! I am going to insert pictures below just so you can see how bad this was. And I all I want is for someone to contact me immediately so we can discuss more about this situation as well as some other things I noticed in the Toni and guy establishment. I emailed customer service that very same day and they told me they couldn’t do anything until May 19th, but they would get back to me. AND NO ONE HAS YET! I keep emailing and trying to call but again, no one is responding.

Nice and convenient location. Staff could be a bit more friendly i.e. customer service. Prices are high even based on the levels, but every time I go I have been happy with the services that I receive.

I have never had a bad hair experience at this location, but the fifth star definitely comes from my most recent experience. Im growing my hair out from a shaved head above a year ago and so far Id just been to Floyds for cuts. This last time the lady who cut my hair butchered it. Uneven, not blended, just bad. I was heartbroken. I came to Toni&Guy to get it fixed.They were able to schedule me with Lindsey immediately and as soon as we started talking I felt confident that she would fix me up. I told her Id been growing it out, but wanted a non-mom haircut (the botched haircut was very suburban mom). She took what I said and ran with it. She didnt act rushed, she took her time getting it right, and did an amazing job. She also didnt bash the stylist from Floyds who botched the initial cut, which spoke volumes to me about the kind of person she is. Ive found my stylist. Ive never had one stylist I go to every time, but Lindsey is super talented and easy to get along with. I love her and this location is really lucky to have her.

I was hoping for the nice outcome of my hair. I felt I waste my money in here. I ask them to do my highlights they said they have to time. Even to trim my hair they said they no time. I wish I didn’t come here. I will not come back here. Dissatisfied.

My husbands company transfers us a lot. I can tell you; I have suffered some lousy haircuts as a result. Until I found Michael at T&G, I was about to give up and just let my hair grow to my butt again. On a whim with my daughter; I was a walk-in at T&G. Michael was available to take me. From the moment I met her; I knew she knew hair. She was not the least bit hesitant and knew exactly what I was wanting to achieve. She texturized and blended beautifully!! This is my home when it comes to my hair, and Michael is my stylist! Thank you!

He knows hair and will be honest what your hair will or will not do. He will make suggestions if he thinks your hair will not be able to look like the picture you brought in. He may be more because his level is one of the highest. Treat yourself!

Vicki (cut/style) & Sharon (color) are phenomenal - both as people & as professionals who constantly awe me with what they can do. Ive been using them for nearly a year, and theyre worth every penny. Reception staff have also always exemplified top-notch customer service standards.

I absolutely love the atmosphere. The location is great and the workers are always friendly. Cara and Crystal are both my hairdressers. I can count on both to always do such a fabulous job on my hair. I recommend them to anyone who is wanting a great look.

Jason was unclear with me about the dyed job. We discussed 80 I had to pay 130. I didnt get a blow dry because the job took 2 hrs. No cut. Dye line around my hairline. Be very concrete about what u want.

Kim was below level. $65. Cut my bangs so short I look like Zoey Deschanel. Told her my hair shrinks back up. She just kept cutting. Kim does not know how to handle curly hair.

Gone to this location for years and followed Marcus and Sharon to this location. They are amazing and would not go anywhere - expect .... for the management which is bad bad..I consider the price and environment to be moving towards a high end product. But when making appointment and speaking to the Manager Marisa I was told that I had to book and pay to have my hair blow dried. Not styled but just blown dry after a color and cut. Ok so how am I supposed to see the color or cut with it wet? Not to mention its winter and cold.So Marisas suggestion bring my own hair dryer and dry it in the bathroom. Really?So when I told her that was silly and unprofessional she said that is how they do things and if my colorist or stylist was drying my hair in the past - that wasnt part of the service. Wow .

Kelly is the absolute best, I have been going here .... lost count after 5 years but wouldn’t go to anyone else for my hair!

When I went to get my washed, I was told suddenly that someone had to wash their hair color, so I had to wait.

Michael has cut my hair 3 times now and she is the best...cannot recommend highly enough have been looking for someone in Allen and finally found it without having to drive to Dallas

Im pretty picky about how my coloring is done, and I have been using Groupon to salon hop every month since I moved to DFW. A friend recommended Susan at Toni&Guy so I checked it out this weekend. She turned out to do a great job not only on the color but the cut as well. She was very friendly and personal, so the whole experience was great. The salon is nice, modern, and well staffed. I think I might have finally found my new salon.

I had called this morning about a color correction and even with the holiday coming up they were able to squeeze me in same day. I had a really uneven balayage done at another salon and Treya was able to fix it and did a great job! I feel so confident after coming here, it was worth the extra money, as this is a high end salon. Thank you Treya! :^)

Had an appointment scheduled at 4PM and they called an confirmed the same day so I would be there. Walked in 5 minutes early and sat down and waited after they confirmed my appointment. After 25 minute after 4PM I walked out. No update on when or why the hairdresser was delayed. Has been an ongoing customer every 6 weeks and this is how the treat a loyal customer. Worse customer service I have experience so Im taking my business somewhere else.

Unfortunately they do not know how to make blonde hair. My hair turned orange. I do not recommend and also a horrible customer service does not return the customer.

Awful. I scheduled an appointment with a requested hair stylist, however my appointment was completely rushed and my hair dresser was preoccupied with another customer, and didnt give my hair the attention it needed. She died my hair the completely wrong shade, it was left frizzy/dry, and looked messy in general. disappointed.

They did a horrible job with my daughters hair. She specifically stated that No Layers and the girl cut her hair not only super short but with very short layers... She even showed a picture of what she wanted, and yet the lady did the opposite... listen to your client - we are the ones paying!

Very unhappy, I went there with high expectations due to their reputation, but unfortunately I was let down, I showed a picture to the styler who affirmed me that she could do it, but she did not, she cutted sooo short that only time would fix it. The worst 80 bucks I ever spent.

Wow! I had my hair done here yesterday and I am still in LOVE. Before my appointment, I had *never* had any color done to my hair, and I hadnt had a cut in over a year. I was so nervous that something would go wrong and I would walk out in tears.Well, I did walk out in tears-- but they were 100% HAPPY tears!When the appointment started, I met both my colorist and my stylist, and we had a little conference to discuss what I was wanting as an end result to make sure everyone was on the same page.My colorist was Antoinette (please forgive me if Im spelling it incorrectly). She looked at the pictures of what I wanted (and what I *didnt* want), and asked really thoughtful questions to make sure she totally understood what I was asking for. She also made sure that I understood what sort of result I might get (which is important to me because until this I had *never* colored my hair and had no idea what to expect). I really appreciated that she consulted with another stylist to confirm the color formula she was thinking about using for me. Far from making me nervous that she might not know what she was doing, it reassured me that she cared just as much as I did about how this would turn out. The other colorist agreed with Antoinette, and then it was go time! The process itself took less time than I expected, and was actually really relaxing considering how nervous I was at the start.After the color was washed out, I went over to get my hair cut and styled. I was with Cici (again, please forgive me if I spell it wrong.) She reviewed everything we had talked about earlier with how I wanted it cut (it had been 2 hours since we last spoke and shed worked with other people in the meantime, so Im glad she wanted to double check.) The cut itself wasnt too complicated- just some long layers- but I was still impressed with how quickly Cici got it done. Then she blow-dried and styled my hair. The whole time Cici was fun and chatty and kept me relaxed and encouraged that the end result was going to be great.And sure enough, it looked BEAUTIFUL by the time everything was over! And, it ended up costing me less than I expected. I cant stop looking at my hair and I keep getting compliments all over the place. The balayage is subtle, natural-looking, yet still a noticeable difference from where I started; the color really brightens up my skin and just looks awesome! The cut preserved a lot of the length, which was important to me, but gives my hair a lot of movement and visual interest. Plus it feels lighter and healthier.I will ABSOLUTELY be coming back here again. Couldnt be happier with these wonderful ladies!

It was my daughters second haircut and they made us wait for 25 min. All along, the receptionist didnt bother to tell us why we were waiting neither did the stylist. My 4 year ols who was very excited was really sad after this experience, we had to walk out after 30 min of waiting. Even when walking out, the receptionist didnt bother to stop us and ask why. Highly illiterate and non courteous I would say.Makes me wonder how bad thier haircuts are!!!

Vicky was good but receptionist has an attitude .. never greeted .. made an eye contact and continued speaking to other employee like he does not care😡
