I was very happy with the personal care that the whole Carabella team provides. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and why it was necessary. Dr Bella has state of the art technology I had never seen before and it provided a full scale and image of my teeth. I recently had a procedure done and the team ensured I was comfortable the entire time and administered anesthetic in such a way so that I didn’t feel anything throughout the whole process.I feel confident in the treatment plan the team is coming up for me.

From the portable X-ray machines to the 3-D camera imaging to the TVs on the ceiling, they make sure you are well taken care of. Dr. Bella and her staff are very knowledgeable and have a great bedside manner. I am so glad I made the change to come to this place, and trust me, you wont regret it!

Loved all the staff! From the moment I walked in, I received a warm welcome. Full disclosure, we know Bella through personal friends. But this place doesn’t need postive bias reviews. Schedule one appointment and you will realize this is not a dentist office; it’s the Ritz of dentist offices. Everything is new and you have two tv screens to keep you entertained while getting your teeth cleaned (one is on the ceiling!!!). They also do such a good job on cleaning every little thing in your mouth. My regular cleaning felt better than a deep clean. I’ve bounced around a few places due to insurance changes. But I am visiting this place long term now even without insurance (they offer packages). Just book an appointment and see for yourself. You won’t go anywhere else

Incredible. Mind blowing. Ive never enjoyed going to the dentist so much.You walk in, it looks like your in a lawyers office - so professional. The front desk woman is tremendously nice, offered me a drink and snack while I waited (to get my teeth cleaned, ironically). Chi and Bella - sisters - were excellent and attentive dentists. Ive never had such thorough x-rays and an exam. They explained everything down to the tooth (and gum -- literally). Bella even gave me a mirror and I got to look at my own gums, which no dentist has ever done before for me in 24 years. I have much more confidence that I should floss my teeth after seeing for myself! Additionally, each exam room had a TV which was used to welcome you and display your teeth, in addition to a TV on the ceiling which I used to watch Netflix (with headphones, which they provided) during my cleaning. It was like being in first class, fully reclined, in an airplane, but with two people in my mouth! When Bella recommended additional services, the front desk person came into the room and clearly explained what would and would not be covered by my insurance (they called about the additional work while I was in the chair). In the past, dentists just estimate the price, say it will partially be covered by insurance, and do the work -- and Im left with a surprise bill; Bellas process couldnt have been more clear.This place is seriously the spa of dentist offices. I have to drive a half hour to get here when my previous dentist is 2 minutes from my house and Ill gladly drive to see her again in 6 months.If youre hesitating making an appointment, just pick up the phone and call -- now.

My experience was outstanding! Doctor Bella is brilliant, personable and a wonderful human being. Been long while since seeing a dentist. Nice imaging tech to image teeth and gum. Looking up is kind of a surprise from the dental chair. A TV positioned there is a nice touch. Not overly aggressive in cleaning.

Once you walk in, off the back, there’s a lovely and respectful receptionist. She took care of everything before I was done. Then the assistant took care of me and was amazing and made me feel at home. The Doctor was very specific on what she wanted to do as far as taking care of my teeth and was very professional and made me feel okay regarding my teeth. Sign up was a breeze, the staff is very friendly, and they provide a list of amenities/services to make the experience more relaxing (dark sunglasses, noise cancelling headphones etc). I was most impressed with how thorough Dr. Bella is in explaining in detail what the status of my dental health is with pictures and what actions she recommends, where another dentist may skip over that stuff. Also, since this is a new office, all of their equipment is brand new/state of the art.

My experience at Carabella was exceptional to say the least! The excellent service over the phone to set up my first appointment was just the beginning. When I got to my appointment the staff was super professional. The cleaning and consultation during my appointment was one of a kind. Unlike any other trip to the dentist! The Carabella office is so wonderful — almost spa like. I couldn’t believe I was there for a dental exam and cleaning. I was greeted warmly and then led into my private room. I have never had an exam so comprehensive. I know so much about my teeth now! The cleaning was fast and comfortable. I was given a neck pillow, dark glasses and a remote to watch Netflix or YouTube. It was as heavenly. Very comprehensive service by Dr. Bella and her staff, special nod to Maria. I came in for a first time patient imaging and exam, which was extremely in-depth, to put it mildly. And then a thorough cleaning, followed by a minor filling, which I jokingly remarked to not know it was being worked on – it was painless and effortlessly done. I looked up her reviews and website and wanted to support a local neighborhood business.Let me just say, how awesome she and her staff are, I’m so happy I found her!The receptionist was super helpful processing insurance and they were very transparent with pricing, which I appreciated. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They ask you about your priorities with the dental experience and for someone like me, this was key. I’m terrified of dentists and they did everything in their power to make me feel comfortable and educated.The office is new, clean, modern, has great amenities like: comfortable exam seats, TVs on the roof when reclined, portable X-rays, Netflix during the exam, and beverages. I do not like dentists, I do not like their tools, I do not like the sounds. I don’t like dentists like the Dr. Seuss character does not like green eggs and ham. Like that character after trying this dentist, maybe not all dentists are bad. They do everything in their power to make the patient comfortable, from noise canceling headphones to having a tv to watch Netflix. Dr. Bella is super nice…which made me wary at first. Through her and her teams thorough analysis and explanation of my current oral situation they turned that wariness into trust. Everything they recommended had a reason related to my oral health. I still can’t necessarily say that I’m excited to return for my follow up appointment but I’m definitely not dreading it even though I’m going to be in the chair for a while, which is more than I can say about previous dentists. If you’re looking for a dentist and happened to read through all of this give them a shot and you won’t even have to thank me.

I came here for a second opinion because my filling was still sensitive after 6 months that was done at a diff dentist. Dr. Bella took some pictures and found a tiny crack on the same tooth and redid the filling for me. She was very detailed and explained why it was still sensitive and process of going forward if it needs more treatment. My tooth was definitely less sensitive after she worked on it.She checked in with my few hours after she performed work on my tooth just to make sure everything was okay. She really care about her patients!The team here is great, I am definitely going to come back and refer more of my family and friends if they need a dentist that cares.

We switched to Dr. Bella becasue my kids dentist moved to another state. I was a bit worried because her office is not specific for pediatric dental, but our experience with this office is beyond excellence. They are caring, thorough, and energetic team of doctor, nurse and reception. My child totally forgot hes at dental office, just lay on a comfy chair watching his favorite PJmask! For someone who used to really dislike going to the dentist, Dr. Bella was able to make going to the dentist really engaging, informative, and painless! She used innovative camera technology throughout the cleaning process and cavity removal & filling process to visually explain the current state of my teeth. Dr. Bella was able to explain and teach me the importance of my own oral care, more comprehensively than any prior dentists. In addition, she was able to alleviate my own initial fears of the cavity removal process through her step-by-step explanations along the way of what she was doing and why she was doing it. Her emphasis on teaching with technology and empowering patients to feel in control of their oral care is definitely what makes her superior compared to the more traditional dentists.

This is a GREAT dentistry! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! I did my tooth extraction, lots of teeth fillings and cleaning here. I have to say Dr. Bella is very responsible, has great techniques, and really cares about your dental health. She answers all my concerns with great patience. I remember there was one time I got a sudden toothache and contact Dr. Bella off hours (I guess very early in the morning), and she tried her best to fit me in her busy schedule. The pricing is also very REASONABLE and DEFINITELY WORTH IT!!

The worst experience in my entire life, the oral surgeon didnt do a good job at all, from the the IV sedation to extraction. She didnt stitch my gums up correctly.She completely messed my mouth up.

When I came here as a new patient, I am not afraid of the dental procedures themselves, but Im more afraid of getting judged because I’m aware that my teeth aren’t in good conditions. But very true to the other reviews, the whole team will treat you with respect, and the clinic is a no-judgement zone. Dr. Bella is very sweet and explains everything clearly and thoroughly. Other teammates are also very nice and helpful. I definitely wanna keep this gem to myself haha but of course I would recommend them to EVERYONE I know.

I had an amazing experience at Carabella! I am 8 months pregnant and was nervous to go to a dental office during COVID-19, but Carabella was incredibly reassuring in their protocols, cleanliness, and overall professionalism. They are so advanced in their technology as well. I felt like it was a dental office from the future, with incredibly modern style and very high end equipment. I would highly recommend!

Dental visits give many individuals anxiety—especially if visiting for the first time. Prior to visiting Carabella Dental, I felt at ease and welcomed by the staff. Maria and Vivian were extremely friendly, which gave me the confidence in knowing that I’d found the right place. On my actual appointment day, I was blown away by the greeting, space, and overall ambiance of the office. I’ve never been to a dentist that offered “comfort” and other lavish packages/features until now! (Headphones, blankets, music, ceiling TVs, etc.—SO beautiful and neat.) If that wasn’t enough, Dr. Bella (Khanh Nguyen) was the icing on the cake. She is really sweet-spirited, gentle, and knowledgeable about her craft. Everything was explained to me in detail about my oral health and preventive maintenance. I cannot believe that I am saying this, but I cannot wait to go back to the dentist—THIS dentist! The office offered me warm towels & fleece blanket, and I didnt feel a thing when Dr. Bella numbs me up. I was so relieved since needles cause me so much stress. They are a modern office and normally you would expect to pay more for such amazing service but I was surprised at how reasonable the cost of my treatment was. Definitely recommend!

Yesterday was my very first time coming to Carabella Dental since I was switching from my old dentists office.My experience in this establishment was like no other; I mean, from the get-go, you are asked via text message to let the office know you are at the parking garage and answer the covid-19 survey after you have completed the survey in your car.They instructed us to come into the office; that’s when we met Vivian at the front desk, who was incredibly super friendly offered us Water, Soda, and coffee! At A dentists office? Really? I was wowed. Vivian then took our photo to put in our profile, and Maria, the dental hygienist, then came and got us to tour the facility, which was fantastic; everything is brand new and modern, and up-to-date equipment and rooms.We were then taken to our respective rooms, and the next thing I noticed was that they had my name on a Tv that said “Welcome to the Carabella Dental Family Mario!” and given a menu to choose what we wanted on our expectations.We could also choose a pillow, blanket, and protective glasses; the best part I could watch Netflix while they were working on me.When I tell you I have never laughed so much watching my favorite show, “Schitts Creek,” while at the dentist was unheard of all of this while they were working in my mouth.Dr. Bella and Maria were highly professional and very caring. The amount of information that she shared was remarkable. During the procedure, they made sure I did not feel a thing nor uncomfortable.I’m looking forward to my next visit (said no one ever.), but in this case, I am looking forward to it.I promise you if you give them a try, you will not regret it; you will be left with wanting to come back.Thanks, Carabella Dental, for an incredible experience and for making me feel comfortable and right at home.

Best dentist appointment ever! Setting up my appointment was quick and easy. I was able to fill up my forms online so I didnt have to do it when I got there. They also took great precautions which is greatly appreciated specially during this pandemic. They had me fill out a form online, while I was still in my car, just to make sure I wasnt sick or been tested positive of COVID-19. They limited the number of people allowed in the lobby, wore 2 layers of face mask, and regularly changed their gloves (after leaving the room etc.). The place is also very beautiful and clean. Their stock room is sooo organized which you can see through the halls. They let you watch Netflix, give you drinks, blankets, pillows, whatever you might need from their comfort menu. But the best part, that was the best dental cleaning Ive ever had. Dr. Bella was very gentle and made sure to explain everything to me. I didnt feel any pain or discomfort during the procedure.

After not visiting a dentist for over 2 years, I decided to give Carabella a try. Dr.Bella was very thorough and informative, the experience was so comfortable and enjoyable that I referred my wife also.

I visited the dentist on January 26 for a general cleaning and it was definitely the most luxurious cleaning I have ever experienced. From the start I was given a comfort menu with the different things they offered to make you experience better including things from blankets and pillows all the way to nitrous if you have anxiety problems. The office itself is very modern and inviting, and it is clear that the dental experience is catered towards making the patient as comfortable as possible. The ceiling mounted TVs let you watch Netflix while you get your teeth cleaned, which makes your cleaning significantly less boring.They also explained what they were doing and why they were doing everything that needed to be done. The first cleaning was very thorough and I learned more about my teeth than I had at any dentist before.After the cleaning, they also come back to you to discuss your next appointment/if you need any other work done and how much it would cost. It almost felt like I was on a first class airplane where everything was brought out for me and they clearly cared alot about making me comfortable. I would highly recommend anybody looking for a new dentist to check this place out!

Carabella is the BEST dental experience I have ever had! They go above and beyond to make sure youre comfortable (I got a neck pillow and a blanket!) They also make sure to check in with you regularly, which I really appreciate! It makes getting dental work done way less stressful :)

This dental office, staff, AND dentist are just amazing. Ive had a history of not trusting dentists because of how Ive been treated and they really turned it around for me. The staff were so nice and welcoming. They take the time to talk to you, to understand your needs/concerns, and after your consult they talk you through everything. I dont think Ive met a team that has ever done that. Typically the dentist assesses you for a quick couple of minutes, tells their plan to the dental hygienist, tells you, then you have questions, and it creates a cycle of anxiety and chaos. Im not going to lie I was skeptical and kept my guard up once I entered the office, but Dr. Bella and her team proved me wrong.I highly recommend going in, getting to know the team, see how they operate, and decide for yourself whether or not you want to start that relationship with them. I did that and I will definitely keep her as my dentist.

I call Carabella the “one patient” dental hospital because right from when you arrive and walk through the door for your appointment, they make you feel like you are the only customer they have in the whole wide world. The Doctor and all members of staff are very patient, kind, and helpful. They go to great lengths to ensure that you are comfortable.
