I have been coming to this office since I moved to this area. They always address any issues I may be having promptly and efficiently. All of the staff members are professional and polite. If you are searching for a new dentist, I would highly recommend King Centre Dental.

Had a cleaning today and I asked multiple questions to my hygienist. Even after being 10 minutes late, myself, which I feel bad for. But, she took time to answering my questions. I really like her.

I went to King centre dental today for the first time. I had my teeth cleaned and I loved how Mrs. Hill really took her time to clean my teeth and explain to me my problem areas. She also gave recommendations for how to thoroughly clean once I get my braces tomorrow. The dentist came in and he was extremely friendly, he made great conversation, and he completed an examination Im not just my x-rays but also my bite and other structural things. I was thoroughly pleased with my visit.

My family is very happy with the dental services we have received at King Centre Dental. Dr. Clark and Dr. Jones are experts in their respective field. The staff know their craft and provide exceptional service. Yes, I would recommend them as your dental provider.

Dr Clark is a fantastic dentist, and I highly recommend him. I have been a patient for ten years, and have the utmost faith and confidence in his dentistry skills. Even better, he is personable and has a good sense of humor; both of those characteristics help put dental chickens (like me) at ease. His staff consistently makes an effort to be courteous and nice, and are experts at what they do. I have had the range of dental work done (from cleanings to crowns, to bite alignment), it has consistently been great. I picked Dr Clark’s office blindly off of google years ago, and that was a great decision! Oh, and he has great music playing (jazz) throughout his office too.

I am one of those people that get very uncomfortable going to the dentist, however, when I walked into to King Centre Dental, I felt very comfortable and Ms. Hill topped it off. She was very knowledgeable, caring, kind, supportive and understanding. Dr. Sample and Dr. Clark were great too! I can honestly say, this is the best dental office I have ever visited, EVER!

My visit with King Center dental on 15 August was with a very gentle hygienist named Dawn. She was excellent in cleaning my implants and advising me on how to care for my teeth. she was diligent in attempting to get all stains ( I only had one) from my teeth and informing me of flossing techniques. I rated her in the Highest score because she constantly cared about my well-being while being careful not to hurt me. She did this diligently and efficiently. Thank you Dawn!

I have been in the office before for my own dental work and the staff was amazing. Today, my 4 year old was a patient. Dr. Jones was amazing with her and provided great advice. She loved her experience and cant wait to go back to the dentist (can you believe that?!?).

Lets be honest, who really likes going to the dentist? I needed a couple implants after a bridge fell out so my only other choice was to have a missing tooth for a while. After searching google for board certified implant professional I was directed to Dr. Clark. I went in expecting the runaround and the come on back next time speech. What I got was a professional staff and the best dental experience Ive ever had. And trust me, Ive spent a lot of time in the chair...First of all whoever answers the phone and takes appointments is ultra friendly and I got an appointment the same day. The office environment is clean and modern with Starbucks, Snapple, Juice or water while you wait. The assistants are well inviting and if youre the least bit nervous they are empathetic, even if you are a younger guy trying to play it off. That brings me to Dr. Clark who took the time to explain in detail what and why I needed have done. I honestly felt I was in good hands, and isnt that exactly what you need.... I walked out feeling I had safe, quality work done. I cant relate to cost/value - I think its ridiculous to pay as much as you have to do for dental work but at least I felt assured I got quality work. High recommend if you are looking for quality dentist.

At my last visit Mrs. Katrina Morales even took time from her lunch to make sure that my dental work was completed that day instead of me coming back the following week. Well I am currently going through a procedure with my teeth with them as I speak. And everybody in the office are an amazing team! Such amazing vibes! I’m giving 4 stars because I am currently in braces for the next year and half or two, maybe more, who knows and by that time that 4 stars will turn to a 5. The doctors make sure you are well taken care of, including the assistants. But also it takes with the effort to taking care of your teeth as well. But by all means, great staff. Amazing energy/vibes. I do want to mention that I deal with anxiety so as I went under surgery a few times, my anxious thoughts would be under control from the assistants. I can’t thank them all enough of how my teeth are going through currently but this review. I’d recommend this dentistry to anyone!

My experience at King Center Dental was one unlike any other dentists office I have been to my entire life - AMAZING. The facility alone is top notch, but the staff there go even beyond. EVERYONE on staff there is extremely professional and personable. From beginning to end it was a smooth ride. Starting with checking in with Ms. Chu, who is more than efficient, to the hygienist, Ms. Hill, who makes you feel very comfortable, then completing the appointment with Dr. Clark, whose experience and talent could not possibly be summed up in this short review. Extremely unprofessional billing staff. I loved the orthodontist, but their billing department staff initially over charged me and misquoted my benefits and payment obligation. It felt very scam-esque. Further, when I came in for a visit, the staff had me slated for the wrong dental procedure. All of this was corrected in time, and would not have been so bad if it werent for their response to my bringing it to their attention. The staff was very friendly but the dentist is not good at his job. He seems more interested in making money than actually fixing anything correctly. I had to have 2 cavities filled and I went to him. I found out 3 years later that he charged over $400 more than my insurance was willing to pay so I had to come out of pocket for that. Thats not even the worst part, after 4 years of having him fix my teeth, I have had to go to another dentist to have his work replaced and done correctly.So if you want a dentist that just wants your money, and doesnt do quality work, this guy is the dentist for you.

The receptionist refused to listen when I tried to explain how bad my dental anxiety is, the receptionist failed to properly relay the info to me that the dentist couldn’t fix my tooth issue at the first appointment, when I arrived the music and tv were both so loud it made my anxiety worse, the dentist diagnosed some jaw issue that 2 more opinions disproved, he made me cry telling me about all the extensive treatment I’d need for the jaw issue, then told me he couldn’t help me AT ALL because of how bad my anxiety was... but then he just kept talking until I half screamed at him “if you can’t help me why are you still talking?!” Because I felt trapped by him in the chair. Finally he told me I could leave so I left. He even tried to defend another dentist he didn’t even know for that dentist’s rudeness about my dental anxiety.I think he meant well somewhere in the mix but... it was just a terrible experience. He seemed accustomed to dealing with discomfort or stress, not an actual anxiety issue. Especially because he tried to tell me that I care more about myself than doing the right thing. Which is not accurate of who I am and it was really disrespectful of him to claim he knew anything about me. Even more rude to assume I’m not a good enough person to put doing the right thing above my own desires.I do NOT recommend if you have ACTUAL anxiety. I think perhaps they’re good if you are “uncomfortable,” but if you actually have GAD or anything that can be diagnosed as anxiety... I highly recommend you avoid this place.(Heads up, I was in my comfortable clothes and all the other patients were in suits. Nobody else seemed in any way to be worried or uncomfortable.)

They are not honest and upfront about cost of services. They will charge your credit card without provocation. They dont care If they lose you as a client because they will get away with a lot of money before theyre finished with you. Be afraid.

This was my first visit to this office after making a decision to leave my last dentist. Dr. Clark and the hygeniest (sorry I cant remember her name) were top shelf professionals and people; their consultations were credible, clear, and rang of sincere care and empathy; the facilities from top to bottom were clean and modern, definitely top shelf; but, most important, they offered solutions and conveyed optimism me. I certainly have some work to do and a significant process ahead of me, but for the first time in many years, I feel optimism about the future of my long-term dental health. I trust these people and I felt safe, which are the most important factors for me in evaluating medical professionals.

Dr. Clark is an expert in his profession and applies his dentristy acumen and more than 40 years of experience to not just treat dental issues, but also to implement preventative treatments to ensure current and future holistic dental health. In addition, the front office staff has for the last 10 years of my dental visits been very professional, pleasant, and accommodating.

My urgent care visit to Dr. Clark due to lost of an old crown by a different dentist was better than I thought since I was feeling bad without a tooth and vanity about smiling made an uncomfortable situation worse! The King Centre Dental staff from Reception through x-rays and prep is the BEST! Top-it-off with Dr. Clarks straight from the hip consult with all options clearly. I have been going to Dr. Clark for about 10 years. I suffered terrible pain around my jawline and I looked like I had raccoon eyes. Dr. Clark fixed my TMJ ...it required almost a total mouth reconstruction and a lot of money, but at least I am not in constant pain, I no longer have raccoon eyes....and I get a lot of compliments on how beautiful my teeth are.

This place is a SCAM and so are the reviews that they PAID to have on here. I went online to a place that claimed to give grants for dental work...they don’t actually give grants. Desperate dentists like this one that have poor reviews(read the real ones on yelp), and ones that have lawsuits (google his name), need to use lead generation services such as a fake dental grant program. DO NOT GO HERE. Read yelp reviews!!! He paid a service to put the positive ones here.

They are not honest ... not happy at all ...they do the treatment without informing you the charge and make you pay later. It would have been fair that I was told the price first before the doing any treatment .. may be that’s how they bill insurance companies ..

Very bad service. I went in on a Saturday with wisdom tooth pain. They took an impacted tooth out and the secon was impacted which means they needed to send me to an oral surgeon, which they didnt do and decided to remove the gum and send me home with the open wound. I called back on Monday to see if they could see me I was in too much pain. They said they would call me back. They didnt call me back the whole week. I had to go see a different dentist, who then sent me to an oral surgeon, not before giving me antiseptic mouth wash and pills for infection. I was in pain for a whole month with more so because of King Centre Dental removed my gums when they didnt have the equipment to get the job done. I was very disappointed that they never returned my calls or tried to refer me to a oral surgeon. I wouldnt recommend their services to my worst enemy.

The staff of ladies provided ok service . However, Dr. Clark only wanted money! I’ve never seen a dentist wait with a patient for the help to submit figures on a service I was not there for, based on my insurance. His approach was not the best and made me feel uncomfortable. He asked me at least twice “ how did I find his dentist office for service”. I guess my service was too routine n small billed for him. I’ll never go back ..

The staff is professional and very accomodating. Dr Clark has proven himself to be as talented and experienced as he boostes of being. He is an acquired taste as it relates to humor, and is very over the top straight forward when giving his accessment of ones dental health - however, his expertise, knowledge and candid conversations resonate as coming from a place of genuine concern for the patients overall health and not just for a paycheck. I would give the office an overall 5, but the jazz music for the like me who hate jazz is a huge stressor! He should be more open to the mental health and comfort of the patients. That music does not appeal to the masses. There are many soothing, relatable beats out there to enable the patient and staff to enjoy rather than endure music that is God awful if not into that particular style or era of music.

I went to King Centre Dental for emergency repair work. Im from out of town, so I didnt know much about the area. The work was shoddy and the tooth was chipped again within 3 days. Also the staff seemed aloof and insisted on being addressed by their surnames. Weird. When I returned home I was able to get the tooth repaired with my normal dentist. Although he used the same technique, the work is much stronger and the repaired tooth looks and feels great. Oddly, I posted this review earlier and it was somehow removed (along with another poor review of this place that I wish I would have seen before I went there).

I requested pre-authorization for a VERY expensive treatment plan, and I had to ask them to do so 4 times over a span of several months. They were very insistent that the treatment will not be covered by my insurance company (despite my insurance company claiming otherwise), and did not want to submit the request for pre-authorization. The last person I spoke to was rude and condescending. Even if they are correct in assuming that my insurance company will not pay for my treatment, submitting an electronic pre-authorization request should NOT be hard.

Great people and a pleasure to deal with. Keep up the good work!

Dr. Clark told me to call him GOD, did oral cancer screening without my consent when there was no reason to I dont smoke or drink, I paid the 80 bucks for X-rays and cleaning and exam, I didnt even get a full cleaning hygenstist didnt want to polish thinks I have bone loss, Dr. Clark said my jaws clicks when I close and open my mouth when it doesnt, one of the worst dental experiences I have ever had, will never be going back there.
