So in love with my new smile, I wasn’t comfortable to smile for a while but Dr Mady make sure my smile look pretty, Melissa & Stephanie were very friendly, all the staff is amazing, I could say Dr. Mady would be my dentist for life, I could trust them! I’m so happy with the results & I’d be doing my general checking with them, It’s hard to find a good dentist, but this is the spot where you could go & relax & let them do their job. Dr Mady couldn’t be more kind & care about my tooth like any other dentist.

My first contact with the Center for Dental Anesthesia was prompted by persistent pain in one tooth and the desire to have more extensive dental work. I might add that I had been seen by at least two other dentists whose web sites touted their devotion to patient care, compassion, understanding and placing patients needs first. Needless to say, those previous encounters left a lot to be desired -- and that is me being generous. On the other hand, from my initial phone call to the center to my first visit to my follow up of my first visit, the entire staff demonstrated a kindness, compassion, and gentleness never experienced in any prior encounter with a dentist. Th front office staff, Melissa and Stephanie were delightful and so kind that all my previous fears were immediately melted away. This is from a person whose dental anxiety ranks among the highest known to mankind. Their concern for my well-being almost melted away the extreme pain I was experiencing. I was seen on time, which is a rarity in and of itself. Then, I met Dr Mady. He listened intently to my primary concern for that day and made the judgement that the best treatment was to alleviate my pain. He recommended a treatment plan, called in the prescriptions to my local pharmacy, and demonstrated the kind of compassionate care one would expect. I followed his treatment plan, and as he predicted, I found relief within hours. In closing, the value statement that is posted on he web site and in the waiting room is exhibited by everyone on staff at the Center. I have finally met a dentist that is concerned about my anxiety level, that demonstrates the highest level of professionalism, integrity and expertise, and really cares about each patient. I will recommend Dr Mady and his staff to all my friends and family.

Wonderful dental service - I switched from a provider in Waldorf Maryland due to a coverage change, and could not be more pleased. The staff is very responsive to scheduling demands, and works with my complicated calendar, rather than the other way around. Friendly and professional, they work to complete the process as smoothly as possible. Clean and modern facilities go a long way to reducing the anxiety of a dental visit. Well worth the drive across the river.

In August I had the best experience I’ve ever had getting a crown. The care I also receive on an ongoing basis is exemplary. Everyone at the Center for Dental Anesthesia is kind, caring, and really good at what they do. They’ve taken extra measures during the pandemic to keep everyone safe.

I love to critique places of business. It doesnt matter if its a retail store, or plumbers or electricians or doctors or dentist, etc. Why? Because if they dont know something is wrong, then they cant fix it. I did complain once. I told them that they needed name tags because I never knew who I was talking to. The next time I went in, EVERY PERSON there was wearing a name tag. I loved that they listened and they heard me and they did something about it immediately!! The only problem I have with the Center for Dental Anesthesia now is..........NOTHING. I cannot find one thing to complain about. I love all the girls in the front, all the technicians and assistants in the back, and, of course, Dr. Mady. Not only is he an excellent dentist, but he is also a truly caring (and fun) professional. Actually, they are all fun. Every time I go there, I walk out with a smile and dont mind knowing I might need to go back to fix or clean something else. I have no fears of them. I trust their knowledge and their ethics. I have been told that no, you do not need to fix that and I have had extensive work done with no pain or issues. Ive even had to see his other partner dentists when Dr Mady wasnt available for an emergency visit and the work done was still exceptional. How many people do you know that feel that way about a dentists office? And, if you could see my gorgeous smile, you would immediately know why I have chosen to be a patient at the Center for Dental Anesthesia.

Today, I went to see my favorite dental office in the Northern Virginia area. Prior to the pandemic, Center for Dental Anesthesia was a clean, warm and welcoming place- so I already knew nothing had changed and I had nothing to be worry about. When I arrived for my appointment there was a sign on the door instructing me of what do to do next to begin my appointment. I thought to myself thats neat. I called as asked; Stephanie answered the phone with her cheerful self- giving me instructions of what will happen next when I come in the office.When I walked in MeLisa greeted me with happiness, I felt like this is my lucky day and I am at ease - from there she took my temperature and asked me the standard COVID screening questions. The office is immaculate and very clean as I knew it would be. You can smell the cleanliness. You can tell the staff takes pride in working there and insuring the safety of not only themselves first but the patients also. During this time especially that is so appreciated. To note, both Stephanie and MeLisa work in the front area and are the best at that insurance stuff I try to avoid were in mask.From there, Brianna my hygienist who is the greatest ever, so sweet and so calming at chairside came to get me for my appointment. She was her usually self upbeat and cheerful. She was covered completely in PPE- doubled masked(N95), face shield, hat and clothes protector. Before she started- she washed her hands in front of me and she checked in with me to see how I was doing which was priceless because it shows you that in spite of what is going on-people still care! My cleaning was awesome- she really gets those areas that I need help with; she never causes any pain and she was very gentle. Just love her!It was also good to see Dr. Mojarrad who did my exam- she is always so pleasant to talk to. I was really happy when she said no cavities- I got a A+ whoop whoop to me...lolI also got a chance to see Teresa and Cathy who are the assistants there- those 2 ladies are like no others when it comes to making a patient feel comfortable when seeing the doctor for anything.This office makes you feel like family and it was good to see my family-happy and most important healthy!I would recommend this office to everyone; you will be at home here, feel safe and comfortable being treated for anything with no worries.I will see them in 6 months and look forward to it!

When I informed you of this before we started the extraction/implant/denture procedure, you listened carefully and convinced me you would do all in your power to minimize my pain and fear. You then called me at home to alleviate my concerns and again listen to my fears. I was still tense and frightened the morning of surgery in your Center For Dental Anesthesia, but you put me at ease with a tour of the facility, talks with key staff, and an easy transition to the best experience I have ever had at a dental office. The procedure was accomplished under the estimated time, I was eased back into consciousness with painkillers in my system, and was able to walk from the wheelchair to the car taking me home. You then personally followed up with a call to me at home, ensuring I was doing well. I had a rapid recovery and except for the usual bruising and swelling the first few days, I am more than pleased with the results so far. I plan to fly back from out-of state- to complete the process and discuss how the Department of Veteran’s Affairs can help my bottom teeth function with my new upper prosthesis.I would also like to acknowledge your charitable and compassionate contributions on behalf of Military Service Veterans, of which I am one, as well as several other programs to help the disabled and impoverished among our citizens. Not only was my wisdom teeth extraction completely pain free due to the general anesthesia, there was no swelling or pain at home later. I visited this office recently and was pleasantly surprised by the changes the office went through. I was a patient there a long time ago and hadnt been in a while. The office has been fully renovated and looks great.I have been in need of sedation for a long time and have been looking for someone to hear my concerns and understand my condition. This office had a specialist on staff who does the sedation and that made it feel so safe.I saw Dr. Zeyad Mady who was very friendly. He took the time to go over what I needed and offered helpful advice. The staff was great and helped get me an appointment that worked for my schedule.Overall, I enjoyed my visit and would highly recommend this office!

I hope I can keep people from using this group of people. I originally emailed them about being in network- the answer was “yes” until I needed to schedule appt. then the 10 fold of charges came. They also had my daughter put to sleep after the laughing gas didn’t phase her. So listening to the dr. They could put her to sleep that day; then the office staff acted like we gotta do today we don’t know when else we can do. The bill went from expecting to pay $350 to $1800 in less than hour. After getting payment information from insurance they explain oh well that is $400 of post supplies and post time. The woman who had me sign document indicated that everything is submitted even if they don’t pay. Today she tells a different story when I ask for differences of what she billed insurance and what she collected. And as far as the day of experience absolutely horrible as my daughter pediatrician said they should have never don’t that within hours which is why her post time which was less than 10 mins in office turned out so horrible! I regret using these people as they are quick to take advantage etc. hopefully I can keep someone else from making my mistake! They of course claim - we explained this to you. Yeah she did but also claimed everything went to insurance- plan and simple because they did not it is a lie! I only make these mistake once- I took my other daughter to another dr and literally it cost me $115 to complete the work needed - because this dentist said there was a cavity that isn’t there; new dentist confirmed no cavity - so just excuse to get more money!DO NOT USE!

They dont tell you ahead how much they will charge you beside your insurance. They should aware of the customer the cost from his/her pocket.
