My wife and I own a restaurant and needed an exhaust fan replaced. David came out for an estimate. I was told I would receive a call before arriving on 6/23/21 afternoon, which I did not get. I was not on site and was told I would get a call for the quote, which I did not get.I called the office next afternoon and was told that David would make sure I would have the estimate that day or or in the morning, which I did not get. The weekend came around and I called again 6/28 and 6/29; dont know why I bothered. I finally got the quote 6/30, a WEEK after the initial visit.Price seemed fine, but I thought about it and figured it wasnt a good idea to have someone like this working on my equipment. Im trying to run a business here!P.S. I bumped it up to 2 stars only because the individual answering calls. Was polite. Maybe Im being generous, because the company phone appeared to be disconnected completely before 3:00 PM on a Tuesday.. If someone can tell me this is not the first time that happened and I will change it to 1 star.

BEWARE. This company is not professional. David Torres did significant unauthorized electrical work for a condo resident (even after he was told the condo association did not authorize it). Smart Services/David did not obtain the required DC permits. He ran electrical wires through our house, putting a hole in our exterior wall without us even knowing! It was such a mess that we are now doing everything we can to correct. A very horrible situation.

My 5 year old generator was not working and Smart Services sent an excellent tech out to troubleshoot it. He found the problem right away and gave outstanding service. The response was quick, the price was very reasonable and we now use them for all of our technical challenges. Great Job! Smart!

My wife suggested we replace all the lights in our old home with all new LED lighting. After two bids from a couple of other companies Smart Services gave us a bid that was 25% lower, and then followed it up with a schedule that fit ours, and accommodated us in every way. Great products and good quality work. Bravo Smart Services. USE THESE GUYS….They are good!

I needed emergency service around midnight and Nate came to resolve the issue immediately. He was professional, kind, courteous and taught me a lot in his short visit. I will definitely be using Smart Services going forward.

I highly recommend Smart Services. My introduction to them was a cold New Years Day when our HVAC went out. Smart Services was the first contractor to respond to our call. Their technician was over within a couple hours and we were so impressed with his manner, attention to detail, and expertise that we hired them to do additional work for us on the spot. An additional plus is they are interdisciplinary, so we could hire them to do HVAC and plumbing work, rather than hire different contractors. Saved time and money. We are really pleased with their work (both times!) and will be hiring them again. Smart Services is a very professional operation and a friendly team.

The day before New Years Eve our kitchen sink became clogged; I mean REALLY clogged. After attempting to fix the situation I realized that I was in big trouble. Smart Services was extremely helpful on the phone; asking questions about the clog, clearly explaining their rates, and stating when they could be out to fix the problem. Their technicians were out on another job so the owner (Nathan) came to help me. The clog proved quite a challenge but Nathan went above and beyond; picking up some extra piping at Home Depot, replacing the piping under my kitchen sink, and snaking the entire system twice. He stayed well into the evening to ensure that the job was done right. I was profoundly impressed with Nathan; his skillsets truly saved my day and I appreciate his professionalism and candor during the entire process. I HIGHLY recommend Nathan and his team at Smart Services.

Nathen came out on a short notice, and arrived earlier than the time intended... fantastic! And very professional! He helped educate me on how the hvac dampers and setting them to maximize heat in the basement, as well as explaining some of the services they provide.

Our steam sauna wasn’t working. After two (nameless) companies came out and made the situation even worse we called Smart Services and they resolved our problem, first shot. I am once again sweating profusely. Thanks Smart Services.

So I purchased Nest thermostat and tried to put it in myself. I didnt realize how difficult and complicated some like that little thing was. I searched for a professional furnace company and found Smart Services, called them and had everything fixed in a few hours.

The owner responded to my concerns within a timely manner to replace a piston/meter switch for my interior HVAC unit which was challenging to find. Fortunately Nate was able to find the part within 24 hours and successfully replace and repair my HVAC during the spring rain. In addition, Nate performed a complimentary service and diagnosis of my unit once he was complete. Thank you for providing stellar customer service SmartServices!!! I would definitely recommend using SmartServices for all your HVAC issues.

Outrageous prices! Charged me $458 for two hours of troubleshooting a problem. Didnt even do any work, just diagnosed it! The price they wanted to then do the work was twice what I am paying another plumber. They have totally outrageous pricing, beware!

We had a leaky toilet that was getting worse every day and it was getting to the point where we had to get it fixed. I called these guys and they came out on a Sunday. The plumber was polite and professional, you could tell he was a master level plumber. He quickly assessed the problem and repaired my leaky toilet. An extra bonus was that while he was onsite I learned that his company does just about everything a home owner would need. They do heating and air conditioning, lighting installations, electrical repair and can even do water heater replacements. I was especially interested to learn that they do water softeners and tankless water heaters too. I’m really glad that I called these guys, it makes my life a lot easier knowing that I only need to call one company for all my HVAC, electric and plumbing needs.”

I wouldn’t recommend this company to no one .. they charge me $435.00 and did not fixed the problem.. the manager was very impolite he hang the phone on me while I was talking.. I was calling the office and let them know that the problem was not fixed.. they will take my information and never called.

These guys came out on a Sunday night to snake my sewer line, wow! I recommend these guys!
