Washer started making very loud noise yesterday and I needed my work clothes ready for today. Had to call them and see if they can fix same day. It was already 4pm and they asked to do a video call and take the model number because thats the only way they will be able to get the part before the spare part store closes at 6pm. It all worked well and they cam at 7pm to replace and fix. Good team

Fixed my washer/dryer machine after it stopped emptying water. Im glad i called them as they were very honest. They could have easily tricked me but they chose to do the easy fix for only the service charge.

Great company. They will schedule you in the same day and charge you a diagnosis charge when they show up. The diagnosis charge will go toward the repair if you chose to go with their repair. They will usually take care of your problem in the same day.
