They were available for same day service on a Saturday to snake our kitchen drain. They even rearranged the schedule to move us up in the queue. The coordinator Anne and plumber Melvin were very professional and courteous. The company utilized automated text notifications in real time for transparency. They were able to clear the drain quickly and cleanly.Overall very happy with their service! Only minor comment was that I had to wait on hold for a while before speaking to a representative, but that’s probably because it was a weekend. Otherwise great service.

ME Flow has been such a great experience! Their customer service and technicians have been fantastic to work with. They replaced our entire HVAC system and water heater 4 years ago and we continue to use them for regular maintenance. They are extremely kind, clean, reliable and in time. I made one call and the service guy came out that afternoon to complete the repair needed due to someone one of the tenants did and not anything to do with ME Flow or the equipment they installed. Speaking of installation, ME Flow had the best prices by far in this metro area, and the installation went like clockwork a few months ago. Pete followed up after the installation, and again this evening to make sure the service call went well.

This company fixed my AC issue quickly and provided tips to optimize the heating air conditioning in our home. My sump pump failed just before a massive hurricane/tropical storm was arriving. Up to 5 inches of rain expected! The plumbing technician arrived just hours after my call, and installed a new sump pump PLUS a battery backup sump pump in just a few hours. I decided to replace rather repair such an old system. It involved R22 which is no longer used on new units. I appreciated the time the technician took to explain all my options.

Later, when there was a mix-up about the date that our installation would occur, the Installation Manager, Craig, heard our concerns and worked diligently to reshuffle the schedule so that our system could be installed faster and our young family could move back into our home quicker.

The rep inspected the furnace and A/C. Neither had been checked for a couple of years. He showed us how filthy the a/C unit was (even though we cover it every winter.) My ancient A/C system was dying, so I called up M.E. Flow after finding recommendations for them online. Daniel came out and quickly diagnosed that I had a leak. Since the system was so old and there were no parts available for it, my only real course of action was to have the whole system replaced. He scheduled Pete to come over later that day.Pete walked me through his HVAC system recommendations and was very low-pressure and easy to work with. We settled on a system and he scheduled people to install the whole system the next day. They started at 8am and were done by 3pm.Overall, great experience with these guys.

M.E. managed to fit us in their schedule same day when our tankless hot water heater stopped working. I highly recommend this contractor. I contacted ME Flow to fix my Heat Pump. The communication was great in terms of when to expect the technician and how much the estimated cost would be. The technician (Aaron) arrived within 3 hours. The CDC guidelines for COVID-19 were followed throughout. He is very experienced and fixed the issues within 30 minutes. At the end, he explained what the issues were and how he fixed them. He also offered an alternative to save me money on the repair. Aaron was professional, courteous, friendly, and efficient. I am very satisfied with his work and will definitely use him again in the future.

Wow. What a horrible and dishonest company! We had them come out, because we had water coming through the ceiling vent from our A/c unit. We called ME Flow and they cleaned up water for 450.00 and made no repairs (very frustrating). Fast forward next day water was still coming through the ceiling. When we reached out to them the Manager Nate, proceeds to lead a nasty, customer service-less phone conversation with both myself and my husband. Prior phone calls during the day with service reps from ME Flow, led us to understand that the service tech who came out turned off the power supply to the condensation pump, which led to the water continuing to flow. Rather than owning up to a possible mistake and correcting the issue, they deferred to duct sweating as the problem and would only make the repair, if we paid extra. Mind you, this was the first time that we had heard that duct sweat was a problem. The invoice from the service tech mentioned nothing about this problem. But Nate (who has never physically been to the home) swears up and down thats the problem. Now we have to find a vendor to fix the mess ME Flow left. If subpar repairs and barley there customer service is your thing, then definitely dial up Nate at ME Flow! They will give you all of the lazy and worthless service you could ever ask for.6/22: No they did not send over three different HVAC repairmen to the house! They only sent 1! Rather than send someone over at the initial visit, they just talked to us over the phone about something they never fixed. ME Flow is lying. My husband and I have been here all day, working from home, so I would know if someone from ME Flow came by as a follow up. You never checked to see if the unit was not installed properly, because you never looked under the insulation foam in the attic (it has not been moved - so you are truly lying about what service you provided). You made an assumption and then charged me $400 for an assumption that was incorrect. If you had sent over more than one person, I would not have a leg to stand on, but the fact that you are telling a bold face lie and still didnt fix the problem is what is making it worse. And not to mention the fact that Nate was rude and incompetent on the phone is an entirely different matter, that you failed to address! Yelling and cursing your customers, that is how you treat people? Really? Refund me the money for service that was never received.

ME Flow is very communicative on the day of your appointment to let you know when someone is on their way. The inspections are always quick and easy and they let me know in simple terms exactly what they’re doing and explain clearly what they see if any issues arise. Alex has come at least twice for my inspections and is very professional, friendly, and helpful.

In December 2020, my heat pump was serviced by M.E. Flow under a service contract. The service I was given is best described as excellent. The technicians were knowledgeable, experienced, courteous, and professional.They addressed my concern about the service by a previous contractor on the heat pump and readily answered other questions. They checked the humidifier, suggesting that I get new pads if I intended to use it this winter. The technician noticed that other electronics that needed to be installed in the same utility room had been placed on the heat pump, which was the only location; he suggested that I build a small shelf on the wall for the equipment to avoid unexpected leaks from the humidifier above.When I moved into my apartment 18 years ago, I had the entire heat pump replaced because of its age and the previous owner replaced the compressor but not the air handler. M. E. Flow replaced the unit. Since then, I had M.E. Flow replace it again as it was reaching the end of its service life. M.E. Flow also does my plumbing work.All of this work is done with the same profession expertise.I highly recommend M.E. Flow.

ME Flow worked us into their schedule to fix our condensing unit fan motor. It was hot & humid! Edis arrived late on a Fri afternoon (early evening actually) when most everyone else was already at home starting their weekends and was able to replace the bad motor on that trip! He worked steadily and professionally in the heat and humidity, after already putting in a full day, and got us up and running so we did not have to go through a weekend of 90 degrees and high humidity!

DISHONEST! I currently have a maintenance contractor at home home. He offered to clear a non-draining AC water pan that is in the attic for $533. I politely declined because I figured I could clear clogged drain line myself. As the technician proceeded to check the outdoor units I went to check on the non-draining pan to ensure that it would not overflow before I got a chance to check it. Turns out that the pan could use some cleaning and does have water in it up to attached pvc/drain, but is draining as is designed.

Great price and very thorough in scoping the project to address the needs of the home. The installation of a new AC and Furnace (forced air/gas) took place in one day with a great degree of care and professionalism. The excellent team of KJ and Brayan did a phenomenal job of answering questions, walking through what theyre doing, taking us through all the new system and features, and leaving the work site cleaner then when they arrived. They sent someone who was not a licensed plumber who did not know what he was doing to take pictures. I paid $80 for the visit and they said they would email me an estimate. They did not get back to me the next day, so I texted them back at two different numbers. No response. I called them two days later and they took a message. All while I do not have hot water. They did not answer until two days after a holiday weekend. I finally got an estimate 9 days later. They do not have trained people to diagnose problems and there is almost no supervision over their personnel. The plumber who finally called said he just got the email five days ago and there was nothing he could do. No responsibility. No accountability. No expertise.

$500 to replace toilet tank fill valve and shower knob control. They did not break out the parts vs labor on bill. Good clean friendly service. Terrible price.

I have used M.E. Flow several times and will always use them for repairs. Their technicians are always very helpful and professional, and their work is top quality. Percy from ME Flow was here to do preventative maintenance today. Hes been to our house a number of times and is very experienced. He found that the drain for our ac unit was clogged so he unclogged it and kept our wood floors safe. We know that with ME Flow, only needed maintenance and repairs are recommended and with preventative maintenance, we can prevent future problems.

I contacted M. E. Flow due to a heating problem. Thomas quickly determined the issues, advised me of the age of the unit and suggested an update as the unit was 24 years old. Making an appointment was easy and the repairman showed up right on time. He checked the various parts and discovered I had a ghost leak. The flapper was replaced, checked for leaks and it was successfully installed.

Sump pump problem! Rapid and excellent fix of indoor sump pump. Had to fix broken pipe. Very patient with us in describing electrical issue that needs to be fixed for outdoor sump so we could have that repaired by electrician (and if still not working, can come back to replace).

I unfortunately had a negative experience with ME Flow, even though I had reached out for their service due to their positive reviews. We had a technician come out to look at our plumbing and backflow preventer for potential repairs. The technician was knowledgeable and proposed the installation of a water filter. This was a month ago. I have since reached out multiple times to receive a quote for the filter installation, each time I was promised a response in a few days, and I have never heard back. This means I will have to ask another contractor to come out - at additional cost. Overall a very disappointing experience from an unresponsive company

Brayan and KJ took great care of the installation of my new AC/Heat pump system. They also installed a new thermostat and explained to me how the entire system worked.

I was so impressed by the way Mr. Alex Jernegan inspected my furnace/AC last year that I made sure M.E. Flow would send him again to do the maintenance work for 2021. He arrived promptly on January 28. As was the case before, it was clear that he valued the satisfaction that a job well-done could bring to a customer. He checked the furnace with admirable concentration and thoroughness, without rushing, and made sure the furnace was working perfectly before leaving my house. It was quite obvious that he loved his work. I am giving him a “5 Star” for this visit and will request that he be sent again by M.E. F.low to check my AC in the summer.

We have them installed a whole house dehumidifier but the unit we got was not catching up to our homes humidity level. Jesus (manager) and his team (Pete) offered to upgrade the unit and for us to pay only the price difference. They were understanding and made sure we were satisfied with their service. This company is top rate. I had our AC go out in mid-summer and they were able to send out Pete Lo Bello on the next day. They had great inventory and installed a beautiful system on the following day. We used ME Flow 20 years ago and had excellent service then. So great to see a company that can keep up that type of service for decades. Highly recommend you use them.

My experience with ME Flow was excellent. Everyone showed up on time was respectful, especially during the pandemic and very knowledgable and helpful. the sales guy Pete was good and didnt try to oversell me something. He made sure that the system I purchased met the requirements or my house and lenght of time I plan to stay here. The installers were also great. They worked all day, turned up the system, showed me how to use it and cleaned everythign up before they left. I dont have a single complaint. I would recommend M.E, Flow to anyone.

From the assessment and estimate with Pete to the install with Hugo and his team, the service was exceptional. We had four companies provide an estimate prior to deciding on ME Flow. They were not the least expensive, but they were the ones we felt were most knowledgeable and would give us the most value for our money with a superb installation. So far we are extremely happy with the service provided by ME Flow.
