Owner was nice and got me scheduled for the next day. I asked for an afternoon schedule and he was able to set me up. Repairman was good and was done in no time. I am more than satisfied!

When you call their number you get an 800 service number. I called Thursday evening. They set an appointment for me for a 2 to 5pm window Friday. At 1.55 they called to say that their repair people did not service GE even though they knew last night that I had a GE brand.Then after telling me their repair people were not certified on GE, they called me back and said they could send someone Saturday morning. So who do I believe? Them when they tell me that can work on a GE? Them when they tell me they dont have a tech certified? Or them when they come up with a tech AFTER telling me they dont have one?They also knew all day that I had a GE from open until 2pm on Friday. and by not calling me until nearly the time they said they would be here, they deprived me of a chance to call someone else earlier in the day.Sorry but I cannot recommend them at all. First they try and fake they are a local business. They are not. Then they do not give good service. I suspect they are liars too.

Tech easily found out that the control unit of my washer was bad, and he advised me to replace it, that I should get a new one. He also gave me advise on which brands to avoid and which ones were good. I like the honesty and for not being pushy about fixing it, for really thinking about what’s best for your customers. Thanks for all of that! I will call you guys again in the future!
