Jonathan sure knows his stuff. He needs a raise !!!!

My name is Shazia I am from Air Hvac Inc.I have been calling Lennox on fleet drive fromlong time and every time I called I spoke with Jonathan he is very professional and understanding and very responsible he takes his time to help out no matter how busy he is he give excellent customer service to the customer either on the phone or at the store.

I just had to write a review because of how impressed I was/still am with Jonathan at the Alexandria, VA Store. He is the sole reason I have not taken my business elsewhere. Anytime I have an issue with a warranty, he is there handling it. The kicker - Im not even in his area and not even a direct customer of his. I called the wrong store one day on accident and he was so helpful that I dont even call my local branch (Robinson, PA) anymore. I just call him because I know hes going to handle whatever I need done. He goes above and beyond to fix anything that goes wrong. I can say with 100% certainty, he is in the wrong position at Lennox. He should be a regional or national supervisor managing a chain of stores and showing them how they should be treating customers.I have asked my local branch to do warranty replacements or claims on parts and they dont do anything except send me links to my email. That doesnt help when Lennox denies every single claim. No joke. Dont get me wrong, my Pittsburgh Lennox store contact Greg is a nice guy, but he is not helpful like Jonathan. No one there is. Im not even a direct customer of Jonathans and he treats me better than the branch I go to directly.Now, if I were rating the Pittsburgh store or Lennox as a whole, I wouldnt be giving five stars... but this store here, and mainly Jonathan, exceeds all of my expectations as a customer.Thank you Jonathan. Youre always a huge help and hope they see your worth.

Johnathan is the only reason we come back. Since joe has left we have had nothing but problems and missunderstandings lennox really shouldve promoted johnathan and kept this new guy in the back. 5 stars to johnathan 3 stars over all.

Jonathan and Joe are so knowledge when it came to providing me with excellent service on residential as well as commercial systems. Best in the business hands down in my opinion
