Love my nails! Always turn out amazing!

Paid 45$ for a pedicure, all the lady did was soak my feet and lotioned my legs..I had no callus removed,no towel massage and no trim on my toe nails. All in less than 15 minutes!I usually come here for my services but lately Im just rushed out the door with a sorry job on my services. .I am not happy at all!.. I should of gone elsewhere!I dont recommend at all

Today was my first time going with my family. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience!!! Very very rude!! left glue all over my cousins nail and the length of my nails weren’t even. It had many bugs all over the place. I don’t recommend at all!!

Worst experience ever in my entire life! Worst customer service and service in general. Went to get my eyebrows waxed and the lady did a horrible job messed up my eyebrows and told me I have to many baby hairs lol that’s why I went there to get my eyebrows cleaned up. She was very rude and in a rush with a bad attitude will never ever come here again. Do not recommend this place don’t waste your money on bad service.

Worst freaking place ever. They first said they were going to charge $35 and they ended up charging me double the price after tax. Save your money and dont ever go to this place.

I’ve been coming here for more then 3 years. And I had my favorite nail tech but she left when the owner changed, I still went and used every nail tech to see which on I liked and don’t get me wrong there’s a a women with blonde hair she does really good nails. But I came to get my nails done 2 days ago and the where lumpy so I went back to asked to have them fixed, and even offered to pay AGAIN! And still got attitude even after saying she couldn’t redo the design because I asked to have them fixed. Not my fault that they came out that way. And I too elves good, my nails are not worth the 80 I paid for them. If you come here I suggest to go to the lady with the blonde hair. And if you can’t get her just leave. That experience that I had today. I’m going to go somewhere else. Lost a loyal customer because she messed up.

It was okay, she rush on my nails and she didn’t do them how I wanted them. It was expensive and not worth the price. If you com here make sure you ask for their best nail tech.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Not only is the customer service terrible but also the ability to do nails. Half of the staff wasn’t wearing masks even with customers inside and the tables were dirty. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

I have to say they did a nice job on my nails as well as my daughters. However I paid for a full set for my daughter a rebase for myself and a polish change on my toenails and I was charged $94 and some change. My sister had a pedicure a removal of an old set and a basic manicure and her total came to $97. She was definitely overcharged and the ladies were so in a hurry to leave that they were not willing to adjust her bill correctly. I may return but pretty sure my sister will not.

After 04/22/21 I will never return to this salon! A woman stepped in for a pedicure that had Huntington’s disease and from the very beginning she was not treated like a regular customer. The nail tech was complaining after every nail she trimmed making a grunting noise also stating very loud that her toenails were long while obviously gossiping with my tech about the woman. I tried to make the lady feel comfortable by telling her don’t worry sometimes we just don’t have time to make it in. The woman also tried choosing a light shade of pink but the tech decided to make her own choice and gave her a hot pink. As I stepped away to get my nails done I could hear the same tech asking the woman what happened to her and if she was in an accident. The lady stated she had Huntington’s disease which in my opinion I feel she had no right at all to ask a very inappropriate and private question regarding someone’s personal state. Not to mention their prices are extremely high and it’s not cute when one nail is longer than the other. Be aware people this salon is has gone down hill and extremely invasive. I do not recommend at all!!!

First time being there I cant speak for all but the one lady that I got didnt file any of the nails she was in a hurry and I got my nails done yesterday and my nails hurt so much right now I think they need more practice

Stopped by because I live near the area and asked for a gel mani/pedi. It felt very rushed. She did what I asked but these are done very poorly for the price.

Last night was my first visit. I requested that my acrylic nails be soaked off and I asked for a manicure with gel polish.The soaking took more than an hour. Then the tech who attempted to manicure my nails was not skilled. She used great force when pushing my cuticles, (with no cuticle remover) and soaked my hands in cold water. Then when we got to the paint, she left large globes of gel, creating large lumps. The polish was white, and even after her two coats the polish was still transparent on some nails. AMATEUR. I paid $17.76 on my card. And left after telling the owner I was dissatisfied. I woke up this morning to a charge on my card that says $22.76. THIS LADY RAN MY CARD WITH A $5 TIP EVEN AFTER I HAD TOLD HER I HATED MY NAILS. AND I HAD EVEN TIPPED THE AMATEUR NAIL TECH IN CASH!!!!!

I have been here twice, the first time I was very impressed but the second time seemed rushed. She was using a drill to file off old glitter polish and left remains of it and can see it through my nail color. The top coat was left bubbly and the shaping is good on a few nails but not on all. She cut my cuticle and got gel polish everywhere on my fingers.

This was honestly the worst nail experience I’ve ever had! They’re so rude once you walk in! I went in for a full set with just one color. They even messed that up! I asked for coffin and some are aren’t even coffin! The acrylic is very bumpy and oddly shaped.And plus my friend went in for just gel and they even messed that up it’s very bumpy.Never come here and waste your money. I highly recommend going somewhere else to waste your hard earned money!! Very sad

First of all i asked for a certain color of nails and she said no next time and picked her own color out for me. Very rude think they are all good rude as hell do not recommend worst service ever.

Water was super hot and they seemed to get bothered when I told them about it. They cut my toe nail and it bled.... got a gel nail done. Was messy. They tried to rush me off and got even more upset when I pointed out their mistakes on my nails. Sat me back down and attempted to fix it. Charged me an additional $4 idk for what. Paid but left no tip. Never spending my money here again. They were yelling and rushing this poor young worker there trying to do her best.

This is honestly the worst experience/service I ever had while getting a pedicure. I walked into the salon to get some relaxation and “me time” but when I got to the chair the girl who did my pedicure was very rude. I was told to pick a color and that is it, i didn’t feel comfortable there and I was very disappointed in the service I was given. The girl who did my pedicure was very rough and cut me on both of my feet, it was painful and unpleasant and to be completely honest just awkward I couldn’t wait to get out of there. They did my daughters nails and toes also but didn’t clip them or make them look nice so I basically paid $20 just to get her nails painted when I could of done a better job myself. I will never go back to this place and anyone who is thinking about going, I’d strongly suggest to stay away from here.

Somebody that just got out of beauty school probably does a better job! Gone 3 different times trying to give them a chance been the worse pedicures I ever gotten and my full set nails arent even or shape the same. But they were fast. Years ago, work was good, my opinion is based off the last three month experience.

Paid 15 dollars to get my daughters nails painted with gel and the gel nail polish came off when I gave her a shower

I took my daughter here for her birthday to get a pedicure, my daughter asked the lady 4 times for a design she totally ignored her, i asked for a French tip and they painted them purple..will never go back I rather have my 8 year paint my toe nails. She listens more then they do at this place. Dont waste your time or money!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Got a gel manicure and the polish started lifting from my nails the day after. They wanted another $13 to redo after paying about $25 bucks initially. Nice people but wont return to this place.

They have been in business for at least 15 years or longer. Ive been going for, at least, that long. Good service and prices. I have not had any issues.

Horrible experience! The owners sons were crying and running around the entire time. What should have been relaxing was very stressful. Also, my polish started coming off within a couple of days. We work hard for our money and I wont be wasting it here again!

Ive been here twice and Lin the owners daughter is awesome! I wasnt pleased with the work one of the men did so I went back the next day and she redid my acrylic nails and i absolutely loved them!! Lin and Chao (not sure if thats how you spell their names) are the Best at Beauty Nails.

Im sorry but im gonna have to search for a new place for my pedicures. I normally enjoy my massages but the person just didnt do a good job. She spent about a minute on each leg and she rubbed my arms for bout 30sec. So disappointed in this evening service.

My mom went to this place yesterday and got her mustage and the sides of her cheeks wax and she got burned(not a lot) but on the side of her lip there is a burn line and on her cheeks too only on the right cheek she saids it burns a lot. I DO NOT recommended this place for waxing. They do there nails really good but the waxing is terrible.

I came here about a week ago and the lady that did my full set did a half job. She left the acrylic all bumpy and applied the tips all croked she cut me a few times. Also when she applied the acrylic she had put it on my cuticles. And dident file the acrylic good And now three of my nails have fallen and the rest are lifting. Dont waste your money here!!

If I could give it negative stars I would the person who did my nails did a terrible job! I asked for coffin shape even showed a picture and she gave me leaning towards a pointy! She left my nails bumpy and over painted with 6 layers! I went yesterday and today the paint is tearing off!!!! The girl got butt hurt because I told her i didn’t like them she in no way made a solution instead responded with attitude she is a young girl!!!!

I got gel nails and the lady only looked at her phone while she was doing my nails, I asked for moons on my ring fingers and they were uneven and the polish was so messy, she rushed as fast as she could and they were just a mess but really nice people, love the people not the service, dont recommend

I went in about a week ago the girl who did my nails barely spoke to me messed up on my nails and didnt put nail polish on my whole nail. When she messed up she only fixed one nail and didnt make sure my nails matched in length. My first time here was great but I wont be back after this last time.

I hate the way they did my nails, I came for my first time because the place i usually go (regal nails) was closed. i tried it out and this one was absolutely terrible. They charged me $35 for really small nails (i wanted them longer and told him multiple times i wanted them to be longer) and theyre blocky and dont look like coffin nails at all. I hate it and you should not go, do not recommend.

I dont recommend this place, before they even finished my set of nails the guy charged me which lead to me messing up my nails. The guy then got mad because the nail polish was coming off but it wasnt my fault he was charging me before he even finished. He then did a terrible job on my nails, he left nail polish all over my hands. This was a terrible experience!!!! Do not come here!!!!
