This place isnt as great as it used to be. The last three times Ive come. I have left disappointed. For the price its a very good deal. However Im the type that will pay more for quality.

Absolutely amazing.. The workers actually talked to me plus it was the very first nail place that I didnt feel like I was being completely judged. Definitely would go again.

I love Elite Nails! I love all the people that work there! Its like going to visit family. I take my mom, who is blind and weak. They take care of her with compassion. Anh, Trang, Thuy, and David are exceptional. I appreciate them always!

The man did not wear gloves and he cut my toe with clipper, would not stop bleeding. Did a horrible job on my nails as well. Paid and even gave a tipI just will never go back there. Not sterile enough and not good nail tech.

Nail tech took time to make sure my nails were all symmetrical. Amazing friendly atmosphere. Not too pricey, def going again and would recommend to anyone. I chose to get a full soft stiletto set with gel polish.

Bummer, I like this place, I have been coming here for a while for my pedicures. I had an appointment today. When I walked in there were 2 woman in the front two seats that werent wearing masks. They have a sign that says they require masks. I get it, nobody wants to turn away business right now. Maybe when COVID-19 is gone I will try them again.

I got a rebase on my nails, had asked for black which looked black at first but in the sun they Are actually dark blue. But the worst part is there is polish on my cuticles I took off as much as I could causing my cuticles to be cut up. Very disappointed and the worse job I have gotten from a nail salon.

My sister and I took my young niece for a full manicure experience and they skipped so many steps in the process. They didn’t push back our cuticles, they didn’t soak or moisturize our nails. They just got straight to clipping and painting. My poor niece simply got her nails painted. That’s all. Nothing more. My sister and I wanted acrylic nails and the guy was filing and burning my skin near my cuticle, while the lady doing my sister’s nails cut her with the clippers and she was bleeding. My niece totally called her out on it. Haha. Kids will be kids. I’m glad she said it loud for all to hear. My paint job didn’t even fully cover to the cuticle and already looks as if it’s been growing out for a week. We both literally went home and had to fix them ourselves to look presentable. Also, they obviously used really OLD nail polish on my sister because about an hour later her nail polish was faded, uneven and looked awful. She tried to return for a refund the next day and they just made excuses for their lousy job and old products. They couldn’t even give a refund and only offered her $5.00. Save it for a new bottle of polish! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

I visited this place today and I will NOT be going back. I sat there waiting about 30 minutes which I have no problem with, but well I was sitting there waiting I noticed a few things that completely grossed me out! They do NOT clean the tubs after they have given a pedicure, they simply just spray it with water! Also they have the instruments in a sterilization bag but as I was paying attention NONE of the bags were sterile! As someone who works in the medical feild I know what to look for on sterile pouches! The sterile strip on the pouch will turn brown/black after sterilization and EVERY single bag was pink still!! There is so much for chance for infection in Nail Salons, and this place is disgusting! I come here often with my mother but after what I saw today I will NOT be returning! I only rate a one star because it wont let me post without a rating!

Me and my daughter and her friend were there and I was getting a pedicure and my other two were getting a manicure. After it was all done they were telling me what happened to there nails . They said that they had cuts on there fingers and it was bleeding and they just put alcohol on them to stop the bleeding Im was so mad!!!they also didnt paint the hole finger!!!And also I was gonna tip them then they were laughing at me so I didnt give them a tip I recommend you guys not to go there at all....

Ive been going to Elite for years and my last 2 visits have, unfortunately, lead to my decision to go elsewhere. I get a gel manicure every other week. There is a male tech who either needs more practice or is not qualified. My 1st bad experience he applied the polish very lightly to my right hand and heavy on the left. When I got home I discovered it looked like 2 different colors. I got him again for a mani/pedi. Pedicure was rushed, water too hot and did not last. The gel manicure was a disaster, It took him nearly 90 minutes to finish. I noticed he was doing the same thing again with the polish and told him. I had to tell him 3 times he was cutting into my finger with his nail during the manicure. He cleaned off polish but also left a clear line around my nail where he removed polish. On 3 occasions he grabbed my hand and forced it under the light, I told him to stop, he did it again and as I pulled my hand away the polish was damaged. I did complain and the man I think is the owner offered to fix for me next time. The next time I went in, which was the last, the owner refused to make eye contact with me, he did put with another nail tech. There was no apology, no offer to make it right. Saturday was my last visit to Elite.

Great customer service, better establishment than El Paso and San Antonio! Great prices very friendly.

This was my first time at this nail salon it was recommended by somebody whos nails looked amazing. I got a French manicure with gel fill in and the nail technician made sure I got the exact color tone that I wanted she did an amazing job and the price was a very fair.

OMG - They had me wait over an hour and then they asked me to come back tomorrow!! Seriously!!! No one wanted to do a new set, they all just want to get quick cash with the Fills also known as a Rebase. And if course they passed me from one person to another - speaking in Vietnamese without telling me the truth and just saying we just want quick cash - not new customers. Lousy customer service!!!!

Just had a manny/peddy. Friendly service, enough people so there was no wait. 2 coats of paint for fingers and toes, great price! !!

Worst pedicure I have ever had they ruined my healthy natural nails with their unsterilized equipment & overused polish. I don’t recommend this place to anyone unless you’re willing to risk getting an infection. Very unsanitary place 👎🏼
