The first time we went for pedicures, we had a great experience. Jen and Bill were professional, friendly, and thorough and earned big tips. We were very happy with the job they did and the way we were treated. Today however, was not the same. My daughter had Jen again and was happy with her again but the person I had, not so much. She was very rough and rude. Didnt even acknowledge me just started shoving my feet all over. She didnt even let me get out of the chair before she started spraying water all over me while cleaning the tub. So no tip for her. I wish I would have gotten her name to make sure we dont get her in the future.

Worst experience I have ever had. The woman who did my nails cut me 6 times! She even cut the side of my fingers open with just the nail file! I was so upset and have never had that happen to me in over 13 years that I’ve been getting my nails done. I’ll never go there again!!!

We got 2 full sets. Really reasonable pricing and the salon is really clean. The nail technicians are nice and and all know the currents trends. They have so many gels, polishes, and powders to choose from. I’ve never been to a salon with so many colors to choose from! They used a new file for our nails too, which I really appreciate with Covid. They also have the plastic screens for Covid protection. I will definitely go back.

Love my nails. Not alot of color choices for nail polish but still enjoyed my set. I could tell the nail tech really took his time to get my nails looking the way i wanted them too.

Nice atmosphere pedicure was nice lady was very gentle but I got a new acrylic set and i left hurting the guy that did them was very rough three fingers bled and my right hand pinky was cut deep and bled he was rushing and my nails look bulky I was looking for a place cause I have tried so many my nails always break I would go back just maybe with someone else

Over-charged and Unhappy. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience here and wont be returning. Paid $85 (before tip) for a mani/pedi. Mani was no polish. Just a buff, some cuticle work, some lotion, no massage... And was still charged $28? Then my nail broke immediately after I left, to which I returned and the tech just filed it, unevenly, and handed me the nail file (as if to say, Just do it yourself next time.). Also inspected my feet (received a deluxe Pedi with gel polish) when I returned home, and they are super rough. This makes sense, honestly, because he spent all of 30 seconds each foot with the scrubber. I just expected my feet to at least feel soft after a $40 pedi. I just moved here from Huntington Beach, CA, where prices are sky-high, and Ive NEVER paid so much for a mani/pedi with this kind of work. Ill be looking for another nail place to try.

I cannot express how much I love coming to this salon! Courtney is one of the best techs I have EVER had. Everyone in this salon are professional, clean and multi talented. They even cater to your budget for a manicure when it comes to design work. I will not go anywhere else.

My nails came out okay but the flame design was horrible I expected more I felt like I was rushed service was good but the art of the nails disgusting

Love, love, love my nails! The artistic designs are amazing. The salon is newly remodeled and is clean and beautiful. The techs were friendly and I enjoyed the experience. My nails have lasted too... over 2 weeks and they still look good and no breaks or problems (other than growth). I will definitely be going back.

I expected a good experience after viewing the reviews but the lady who did my nails rushed and was not friendly!! She skipped the basic steps for my manicure and my nails broke in less then a week! Not worth it for 50$!!!

Called several hours ahead to make an appointment for 2:00pm. Was out running errands and got a phone call asking if I can come in at 4:00pm told them to just cancel the appointment I made at 2pm. Just received a phone call “I thought you were coming in at 2:30?” Can you come in at 5? Wow I’ve never even stepped foot in your salon and had my appointment changed twice, even though I cancelled the first call I received from you. Will stick with Elegant Nails.

Visiting from out of town and needed my nails done. Courtney did an amazing job and made sure I was happy with my nails and I am. Thank you for amazing service and being so nice.

I have been with the same nail tech Louisa, for about two years! she is awesome! I love the atmosphere and the great energy here! the owner Kiana is awesome and i will never go to another nail salon😊

I went in for an acrylic manicure and regular pedicure. They asked the length of how long I wanted my nails and then preceded to go shorter. The shape is inconsistent with some nails being square and others being coffin not to mention how the nails are crooked and not even or straight across. You can see air bubbles and tiny hairs on my nails! The polish is streaky when asked to make changes I was ignored. The prices listed online were not accurate and they claimed it wasn’t their website even though the number, directions, and email belong to them. Made me pay a higher price when they told my sister a lower price for the exact same thing.

My nail popped off within a week and not to mention the lady tried to tell me what I was going to pay for, I wanted a baby pink and she tried to do the color powders I told her no and that I wanted Gel, well she argued with me until I finally got the gel. They worked like they were trying to hurry up and make you leave. I payed 50 dollars for acrylics and they didn’t even remove my nail polish before applying the tips NEVER GOING BACK

Soooo! Let me tell y’all!I have not got my nails done in a while, but even when I have I have never had them done to this degree. EVER!🌟🌟🔥🌟🌟She not only customized my vague vision of a design (consisting of specific things from different pictures of nails designs and just random thoughts of glitter, spice and everything nice in my head 🤣😂) she was so confident she suggested to surprise me.I was nervous!As the design and communication started to unfold and develop, I started to feel she really listed to what I wanted and incorporated everything I asked! I have never been so impressed (they were already a pretty penny) I gave a $10 tip.To top it off she work on me AFTER HOURS!Wanna get yours nails did!Royal Nail Spa on Coors!

Best salon I have experienced and I have been to a few. Kiana and staff are good at what they do. They can do the new trends and what ever design you want. Good prices too.

Ive been going to Kyana for years. She never fails to surprise and amaze me. I go in with an idea and just let her run with it. Her creativity is unmatched. I personally like fancy nails with lots of bling, 3D flowers, and unique designs. Shes truly amazing at what she does. The staff is friendly, professional, and very adept in what they do. I usually get nails, a pedi, and my eyebrows waxed and feel completely refreshed and relaxed afterwards.
