Great service! I’ve been going here for a while and it’s the same great service every time no matter who does my nails. Today they exceeded my expectations! I had gel pedicure and acrylic nails done and when I got home my toes didn’t look as dark as my nails so I went back and they fixed it. I offered to pay since I should have noticed when I was there, but she was very professional and told me not to worry about it. I recommend them 100%!

I went in for the first time to get a pedicure and the service was great. I didn’t have to wait long and they were all very kind. Very calm and clean environment. After a couple of days my gel nail seemed to chip, I called them and they were able to fix it for me. Amazing service, will definitely visit again.

My gel nails started to peel after two days. This is the second time this has happened to me. I will never come back there again. I went to do my nails on September 7 and I come back on September 13 for let they know about the problem. I didnt went before because I dont live in Albuquerque. I showed my drivers license to the lady in the Ocean Spa explain her why I wasnt there in the 2 days when this started. Just passed one week. This was my experience in this place so I just share it.

The worst customer service! Gel came off next day when returned they refused to redo service! I have been going for pedicures and manicure for a while now and will never go back!!!! She stated it’s depending on what I do Im 6 months pregnant unable to do much I have had gel for years never only lasted a day.

My little sister and I came in as walk in’s on 06/12/21, we were greeted very friendly by the salon owner and only waited about 20 minutes to be sat. We both had acrylic nails done, mine coffin shaped with butterflies and hers almond shaped with one color. We both liked our nails but some were a little crooked. Total cost for service came to $114.34, overall would come back and try again. :))

I came to look at the reply for my review and I can’t find it, I think it got deleted. Basically they are very good techs and always left me satisfied but I left with my nails sore bc they use another nail to lift my acrylic to yank it off instead of soaking it. I did research and they are NOT allowed to do that! I asked the lady’s to please soak my nails bc it’s very painful and the lady said there’s no time to do that. Maybe if they honored my appointment and didn’t over book with walk ins they can properly do my nails. They use the same tools on me that they did on a previous client which is not sanitary. Also they give you a price when you tell them what you want but when you go to pay they raise the price . Please don’t delete my review but use it to better your business! I no longer go here they left my nails super damaged from pulling them off

You make an appt and 1 hour later you are still waiting to be attended. They overbook and still accept walk ins! This has happened to me several times. They don’t understand the concept of appointments. They just book to secure their work/money for the day! And when you start to question they get rude and upset with you for not wanting to wait 2 hours for them to get your pedicure started! Never again. Don’t recommend, unless you have 3 hours to spare in your day.

First time here, Cathy did my nails 💅 she is amazing fast and really friendly. They are really busy worth the wait. Definitely coming back.

This place is meh. I had to try it because of the reviews. I wouldnt come back. Just down the road I pay 38$ and i get a hot towel for each leg and they actually clip my toenails and I get a sugar scrub. I wouldnt recommend this place for a pedicure. Im gonna have to go down the road to get my toenails clipped tomorrow and have to get them repainted because the design is going to be chopped off. Im glad I stepped out of my box but Im kinda sad with the result because Im going to LA this week and my one toenail is crooked and long af. 😥 I should have checked them before I left.

The woman who did my nails today was very pleasant. I love my baby blue powder dip set. She did a wonderful job. I will be returning 🙂

I had never been to this place before, but I walked in, and was immediately sat to have a full set put on. I wanted a specific design and it came out beautifully. It did start to get busy as I was about halfway through, but everyone was working so efficiently. I also got my eyebrows done, and they came out great as well. I will definitely be coming back, and hopefully Emi (maybe Amy) will do my nails again. She was so great.

I was looking for somewhere to do my nails today, so of course I go to reviews... I find it very rude and unprofessional how the owner responds to customers comments on how they were unhappy with the work they paid for. First of all the customer is not always going to be happy with their work and this is OK. They are paying for a service to which should be done how they want it. Not questioned or doubted about what they wanted or by what they received. They should just be taken Care of without being interrogated. Asking for pictures? Basically straight out calling them liars... Just because you felt the work was done right, doesnt account for the fact that your customer was unhappy. Their not paying you for your personal say on what they are having done. They are paying you to do what they want. Whether you feel its right or wrong. They are paying you for a service to which should be done to their satisfaction. Wish everyone well. And hope things get resolved the proper way.

The ladies were so nice and greeting. Took very good care of me and what i wanted done. Painless, fast, and professional. I love my nails and i would refer them to my family and friends. I will surely go back for future work xoxo

They told me to go in at 2:00 and they got to me at 3, there was people coming for 3 clock appointments then 3:30 then 4:00 they had a good 5 people waiting, the employees we’re still working on people.she rushed my nails there indentions on the top of the nails and on the back there’s lump on two of nails. I mean 75$ That’s isn’t cool and the wait for my nails I got them done last Sunday

Horrible service! Very rude and unprofessional. I got a light pink color pedicure and layers were not applied properly. You could see my toe actual nail color. I was over charged for a regular pedicure $36 dollars. SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY AND LOOK FOR ANOTHER SALON!!

Today was my 1st visit. The place was clean and had appropriate precautions in place for COVID. My toes came out beautiful. The lady who did my pedicure was gentle around a nail that had been ripped off 2 times and is extremely sensitive. She took great care to put on slippers so not to mess up the polish. I will be going back.

I got a full set which was so uneven and bumpy, and the tech made my nails so sore. A week later the acrilic broke off taking half my real nail with it, so painful! Im so mad I would NEVER recommend this salon.

While we understand that not everyone will like the services they receive and some even say things that aren’t true. We work hard on providing the best quality service for everyone and try to accommodate everyone. Some times we will have a customer come in and ask if we can hold their spot in line so they can eat, go to get their child or any numerous reasons and we allow it. Then you may come in and wait 20-60 minutes and then someone that came earlier than you gets helped first. We know that it can be frustrating and look like we are taking someone before you when in fact they were before you. Also, some of the manicurists do not do acrylic nails or designs so we have to work around that as well. There are a lot of factors that I don’t think many people take into consideration. We appreciate all the reviews and hope to serve everyone with the best quality work that we can.

Terrible waited for 2 hours,and not only that they service other girls that got there way after we did,and when I said something she said there were appointment from the day before, but yet they were taking only walk-in.

Ocean Salon prices are decent the girls are friendly. They could place the polish in a different area, so you dont have to be standing in front of someone while selecting your color. Rearranging waiting area. Atmosphere needs more color/pictures. Just to plain. Decent work for first visit. Will shop other Salons in area.

Beautiful work, good price, friendly service. I have been coming here for the past 2 years. My go to girl was Anna but unfortunately she moved. I came back after a few months with a bit skepticism. However today I leave a happy customer. My nail tech Amy was friendly, efficient and her work was clean and beautiful. My daughter was very happy with her nails done by another tech. For a walk in basis service was fast.

I love this place, they are really nice and always have enough staff so you wont wait long. I enjoy getting pedicures here because i actually get what I ask for. Super recommended.

While back me and my mom went there for a pedicure. They did good. Now I took a friend, she got her eyebrows done and THEY COMPLETELY RIPPED HER SKIN OFF AND THEY WERE UNEVEN! Immediately right after her eyebrows were swelling and turning red. She told then about the unevenness and asked for a refund. They looked at her like if she was stupid and said “no honey, it swells because you just did wax, it happens” from the years my friend has gotten her eyebrows done with wax, this has never happened. This whole interaction was unprofessional and ridiculous. I will never be going back there and I will never recommend there either. DONT DO IT!

Took my mom to get her nails done, the man that did her nails was “new” he was not gentle at all, she wanted the cat eye nails and he just did a whole different color on her that was not cat eye he did a horrible job kept applying coats of gel because they looked horrible I asked him to fix them because they didn’t look good and he got mad and was being rude! I’m usually don’t complain but if we are paying for a service we expect to have it done well. If he is new and being trained somebody should check his work before and make sure the client is satisfied with what they are paying for.! Obviously We were not happy with the nails he did and nobody did anything about it! It was just a waste of 80 dollars we went to get them fixed at another salon where they were more gentle and had better customer service!!

This place is a whole family and they work together swiftly to take care of all the customers in a timely manner. The 3 sisters do very good work on your nails and eyebrows.

When a pedicure only takes 20 min. You know its going to be bad. Lady cut me left dry skin on my heels polish all over my toes and said its just the polish I chose. TERRIBLE I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I wanted to leave 0 stars.

I broke my nail and my tip was wedged in a downward angle so I had to get it fixed asap or risk it being ripped off as I had a lot of work to get done that day. I didnt have to wait. The glue they used to repair my nail didnt hurt and neither did the acrylic bonding solution (the one applied directly to the nail right before applying powder) unlike some other locations that just burned through my nail and pretty much my whole fingertip skin. They also fixed the shoddy nail job I had gotten days ago at another location. Great acrylic powder and gel polish job. They also dont overcharge and are very close to where I live which is a huge plus.

The smell was nauseating so guessing poor ventilation. Only one English speaker so difficult to communicate. If u r expecting a massage with your pedicure plan to b dissapointed - a thirty second light rub with lotion was all I got with a standard pedicure. Lastly, if u r opposed to your first layer of toe nail being removed with your gel nail polish with an electric sander, go elsewhere.

I recently had family members visit this establishment and not only did their nails not last a week but now they had to go to the doctors due to infections under their nails like a similar review I saw now my family is experiencing infections after visiting this nail salon unsanitary to say the least Ive NEVER seen anyone get infections from getting their nails done I couldnt believe it but after reading a similar review it makes sense. I will be doing everything I can to either get compensation back or legal assistance cause not only did my family experience infections but also very rude customer service I intend on doing everything I can to make sure no one go to this place!!

Kathy has been my nail lady for over 3 years since she was working at Walmart. I was super exited and happy when I knew she was opening her own nail salon. Kathy has ALWAYS done a great and clean nail job. So DONT LISTEN to other jealous SALONS or PEOPLE for the great job they get done at Ocean Spa Nail Salon. It was better before the new management took over a couple months ago. Since the new owners came in every set Ive gotten has lifted and been poorly done. They rush through everything and nothing looks good anymore. Ive only been able to keep a set for two weeks at a time before lifting and breakage, I dont even have a chance to get a rebate just have to get an entirely new set which is frustrating. Poor quality. Will not be going back which is a bummer since its so close to home.

By far, my mothers favorite place for her nails. They always do a Beautiful job when i get my eyebrows done. Theyve done great with my daughters nails for events, and they work Magic with my husbands pedicures😉😂

Went Sunday for a rebase. $39.95. Sunday as I got home just from the salon the gel polish started coming off. Went back Monday thinking ok its probably just a bad bottle of gel polish, the lady was so rude wouldnt listen to me, so I said I dont want the same gel if its going to just come off again, her response Im going to fix it. When she was done she didnt put the oil or anything just said ok you can go. So I said ok thanks for your help. Tuesday all the gel polish came off. So I called and said I was there Sunday went back Monday to fix Now Tuesday the gel is coming off again, Im not coming back just wanted to let you know you have a bad bottle of gel polish she said ok thanks bye. I never accused them of it being their work but now I see their customer service sucks so never again! 😊
