Very clean place with hospitable people. I paid $25 for my pedicure (before tax and tip). They have a $20 pedicure and ones more deluxe than the one I got too. See images 👍

I had the most upsetting experience at this place. I scheduled 2 appointments, but they had to wait 35 minutes to get in the chair. I booked 2 basic Acrylic sets, which were quoted at $35. Each. My girls were bleeding at the cuticle line and when it was time to pay it was $120 dollars. When I asked for an explanation as to why, all the owner said was I don’t know over an over again and just continues to show me the total hand written on a piece of paper.This was by far the worst costumer service and overall service I have ever experienced in a nail salon.We will never return to this place. I would rate zero stars if that were an option.

This is by far the best place in ABQ, Michael is amazing at eyelash extensions and is very quick & professional. Yes, there is a language barrier however, they always try their best to communicate and listen to what services I am needing. I live on the west side and always drive the 30mins because it is completely worth it!

Great service, accommodating staff, super results, and very reasonable prices compared to other salons. I’ve tried others, thinking I wanted somewhere less busy or less cluttered, never again. These folks do a super job and the price is right!

I love this place. I come way from California to get my jails done by Wen. The shop is so hospitable and nice. They even offer non alcoholic beverages while you wait 😁 all the staff in this shop is highly skilled at the art of acrylic nail crafting sculpting and design as new customers show up daily. The eyelash extensions look nice but feel very weird. The guy got the glue in my eye and it burned. After four days of wearing them I felt the need to take them off. The technician did not tell me how to take them off or how to properly care for them. I googled how to take them off and it’s very difficult. Overall they look nice, but just feel very uncomfortable.

Great customer service, they give you a free drink, they do eyebrows on point. I love this place, only complaint is they close too early.

HUGE language barrier. I called to make an appointment and was told that they had an opening right away. Was called back and told to come later, ok fine. I requested a certain person. I show up and was taken by someone else. I ask to change the shape to coffin and he still did square. Ugh 🤦🏻‍♀️

I highly recommend this nail salon! The staff are always so nice and the area is clean. The nail techs are very good at making nails look natural and they always put a lot of work into my nails.I never leave with rough edges, cuts, or uneven nails. The pricing is always reasonable as well.

Went to get eyebrows waxed. place was busy nobody came to ask for what I was there for until 20 min. Then as I sat there another 15 then a lady comes fr outside and says go ahead and go to back where waxing beds are, so she gives me a mini water for a baby. And says WE BE RIGHT WITH YOU! So I waited fell asleep for who knows and then got up and left. Worst experience as a paying customer.

Great services Nails and Eyelashes done

Pretty good price. Only complaint is the insanely strong smell of chemicals when we walked which obviously comes from the acetone and acrylic so it cant be helped but they could try adding fans or something to make it more tolerable.

I usually just come on to get a pedicure. I’ve always had good experiences with that but I wanted a really pretty matte nail color with design. What I got was just glittery fingernail polish and my studs already started to fall off. $45 for what? Next time I’ll just stick to regular manicure.

My Mom got a pedicure at this place, and it broke her feet out. I also had gone to get my acrylic nails done. The first time I got them done there. They were so pretty, but this time not so well.The person who had done my nails hurt and cut me when filing, barely spoke English, and did a very ruff job on my nails. They have little lumps on them, and are thick. They were not the length I ask them to be, and look somewhat thick. And when the acrylic was being shaved on my fingernails, the dust from the acrylic was coming on my face and on my clothes. My cuticles also were scratched up and dry. I really dont like my nails. I will not be going back to that place again. The people are very nice though :)

Polish looks good but after my pedicure my feet were still rough that same day.

This place is great for affordable nail care. The prices are really reasonable. The eyebrow waxes are only $6, and the lady always does a wonderful job. The employees are always friendly. This may not be a top shelf salon, but for the price its a great option. Their regular pedicure includes a massage and a hot stone massage, very relaxing

My nail broke on Saturday came in Friday afternoon, all I did Friday was school shop, nothing to cause a nail to break. Also choose a white based color the choices in the color book.. It came out glittering, and sloppy..Anyway Im here now having to pay for all the corrections.. Im spending my school funds for this to be fixed.. No stars from me if that was an option.. Also accused of asking for free, I never asked them for free.. They just told me Im not doing for free.. I came with my money, even in my personal life I never ask people for free..!!!

By far my favorite place to go when I want to get a pedicure or get waxing. I have yet to find a place who can beat their prices. And the staff is really sweet. Eyebrow waxing is only $6. And a pedicure is $17. While youre sitting down for a pedicure they offer you something to drink, that extra touch really puts them over the top.

I have returned here multiple times. Every member of the staff has done a good job and been friendly. The prices are great and they have beautiful fish. This is a good place to go and support nice people.

I had been going there for 4 visits with my parents. On the 4th visit, we all ordered the same pedicure. My mother and I had 30 minutes, my father 15 minutes. When I complained to the owner, she said then dont come back. I will never return. One week later as I also got a gel manicure, 1 nail completely pealed off and two chipped, not worth $20, to only last 6 days.!!

Amazing prices and great service. They offer so many beauty services; waxing, eyelash extensions, nail and pedicure and much more!Always greeted when coming in even if theyre busy. Call ahead of time to see what time is best for them, but the wait is never really that long. They offer a beverage while you wait too. Very nice people work here its a great establishment and sure made me a regular after just one visit, Ive been going every month since january.

Exceeded my expectations. Had the deluxe pedi with the extra long massage. It was very pampering. However I feel this option was for the luxury and not for the maintenance. Not a lot of attention was paid to my calluses. 1 week later and my feet are right back to being super rough. I do recommend this place. They are very welcoming and super nice and are very attentive.

I have gone there a few times. The pedicures are amazing! I might go back just for this alone. However, the couple of times I have gone in there for a manicure, the gel starts to peel within a week. The first one, ok maybe its something I did. But more than once, its not me.

$17 pedicure is good but no lotion on feet or legs. Manicure chipped right away. Use little fans to dry nails. They should get a real nail dryer.

Went in for a pedicure yesterday and it was wonderful. I am 9 months pregnant, so I havent been able to reach my feet in a while, and they did a great job getting them all spiffed up again! They trimmed the nails and cuticles, exfoliated my heels, rubbed lotion on my feet and calves, and even did a hot stone massage and hot towel wrap. It took a little while, I didnt mind since it was so relaxing and I was getting a back massage from the chair. The staff was also very kind and welcoming, and even served me a complimentary mango smoothie to drink while I was being pampered. I would definitely recommend this place!

By far the worst place ive ever been to. I will never go back. I grew my nails pretty long. I tell her not to cut them off. She files my nails but they are all at an angle she doesnt understand. I dont think she understands or speaks English. I did gel and they were super bumpy. They also only lasted a week

I really like this place. They dont rush their service and they include a lot for what you pay for. Everyone is very friendly and the atmosphere is warm and inviting.

I felt really conflicted about how I feel about Diamond nails. I went in with a couple of other girls to get a pedicure. We called ahead and they were very accomidating. The pedicures were amazing and the prices are very reasonable. After the pedicure I decided to get my nails done they only had one person who was doing nails and when he could do them I showed him what I wanted and they said they could do it. It was nothing like what I wanted.

The most worst customer service I have ever experienced! Had microblading done & it was done very poorly. My eyebrows faded within a week & I had to outline them because the so called professional did not know how! When I went back he wanted to charge me! Unbelievable!! So, I reported the to the Board of Cosmetology. Apparently, I wasnt the only one!

I asked for a clear finish to be placed on my nails and they painted them with a clear pink finished. I questioned them about it and all she she did is argued with me for a few minutes. Keep saying no no no no no. There is a clear reason is to way they have NO REFUND signs posted all over the place.

It was mediocre, the person doing my daughters pedicure was very attentive to her. And the man who did my pedicure rushed through it and seemed to get offended when I asked him about trimming my toenails, my pedicure was a deluxe so the trimming was supposed to come with it, I should not have had to ask.

Warning do not go here to get your eyelashes done they use super glue to apply them. My eyes hurt just to blink. I went to get them removed they told me to go home and to soak with baby oil. Im sorry baby oil doesnt desolve super glue. You apply with eye lashes with eye lash glue. Your going to cause someone some real damage to their eyes. Need less to say I have barely any eyelashes left. I will go get them done professionally now til they grow back. Thank you Diamond nails!!! I will never come back........: (

I thought everything was going great until the nail tech finished and I was trying to like my nails but at the end I couldn’t hold it in and I did tell them about my thumbs being the same has the others I have always have done my nails the same exact shape everywhere I go and this gentleman tried to fix it but all he was doing is making it more uneven I called back asked for manager and the same gentleman was yelling telling me I should of told the nail tech to make them longer after I asked what time his manager will be in he than told me he was a manager but that’s not what he said at first the whole point I was trying to make is please just fix them I wasn’t being rude to anyone !

Really nice relaxing salon!! Loved the massage with hot stones (regular pedi) and hand massage with a gel mani. Most places charge same prices but massages are mediocre or non-existent. Will definitely return because the service is awesome.

My favorite place to go to get a pedicure. They are always so nice to me and always give me a great leg massage. The only thing I dont like is that the nail polish selection is very small.

I went to go do a pedicure, first time here since i work down the street and it was full, it was a 20 minute wait to put me in a chair and soak my feet in the water but i understand they got alot of buisness so they must do a good job so while im waiting with my feet in the water im feeling a itch and poking in my feet while im relaxing and i see the women finish the customers feet drain the water and refill it for the next customer she DID NOT CLEAN THE TUB after she scaped alot of dead skin off this women and i was wondering why my feet were itching so much that i had to take out my feet out the water they are not sanitary there !! They do Not clean the tub lots of women get infections due this !! Make sure they put a plastic bag on your tub!! I have red spots all over my feet now from the unsanitary water !

I had a pedicure done on Saturday. The woman ripped the sides of me feet open with the file they use to pumice your feet. I went to urgent care today and I have a major infection. I have been put on bedrest for at least the next 48 hours, had to have a tetanus shot just to be safe, and was put on an antibiotic. I will be calling the health department and the BBB to file a complaint.

Do not come here! Waited almost 2 hours to get my pedicure even started! On top of that while getting my toes done there was THE BIGGEST roach Ive ever seen crawling on the ground! One lady just stepped on it and kicked it under a pedicure spa chair!! I shouldve gone else where. Never again will I come back.

I’ve been going to diamond nails for 6 years now and never had a bad expierence!! I always come in for a pedicure and get the super delux pedicure that leaves my feet looking and feeling amazing!! The massage chairs are wonderful along with the free beverage they give you to enjoy! Getting your hand nails done is a hit or miss at this place but definately come in for a pedicure and waxings!!!

Didnt even get my pedicure on a pedicure chair got it on the piece of broken wood. Super rough and about to rip off my real toe nails. Super rude and super ghetto. Takes 5 hours to just get a pedicure. Dont go here.

Ive had nothing but great experiences here and Ive been going probably once a month for the past 5 years. Ive read some of these reviews and mostly these people are complaining over small stuff and unfactual things. If theres an issue they will fix it. I once had an acrylic nail come off (I am hard on my hands) went back and they fixed it no issue. I also get my lashes done once a month and get my eyebrows waxed. They use real lash glue, which can sting if youre not used to it, thats is the nature of the beast, and the eyebrow technician always does what you ask of her. If you have a negative experience you should first ask them to fix it then if there is an issue blast this company on social media. But hiding behind a computer without addressing the issue with then doesnt solve anything.
