I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years and have never experienced such poor quality. Pedicure was fine. Dip nails are of the worst quality. The employee rushed and finished in 10 minutes. My nails feel rough, are uneven and feel like theyre about to break at any second. Definitely dont feel like dip. When I left I was so frazzled by the experience I realized I paid for a manicure that I never received. I spent $70 of my hard earned money. I left feeling so disappointed. I will definitely not be back.

My first time here and everyone did amazing! Talk about great customer service for a mani and pedi. The staff is so friendly and so interactive with the customers.

They had availability, not busy, they disinfect after each client, it didnt take tht long. I went w/ them cuz I have no car & theyre right here by my BF house. Easy pz! I also went w/ another look which I like very much!

I always love the work I get here. Ask for Linda she is my favorite. There arw lots of chairs and help so they generally can do walk ins with only short waiting times. Its always clean and relaxing.

Ask for Linda for great satisfaction, she did my nails came out exactly how I wanted mines. As for my two girls one of my daughter’s asked for coffin and white polish came out horrible the tech even tore her skin and still preceded and they only took two dollars off prices way to high for cheap experience.

I got my nails done not even a week ago. I got dip nails I spent over 50 bucks and they are chipping not doing anything hard on my nails !!! Ive never had this happen before

Their gel is too cheap went there twice for replacement still coming up off I never gone twice with nail tech on westside the only reason I tried it cuz nail tech is under construction and I didn’t enjoy my nail at all

I’m super happy with this place! The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because I wish they were a little better at getting you in and out - like soaking off while doing toes, etc. I have gone 3 times and spend a little longer than I’d like there but it IS worth it!They do the best dip powder I’ve probably ever had. They actually listen to what you want, and it comes out smooth and even and natural looking.They also give fantastic pedicures! Very thorough!I appreciate that they are very easygoing and will listen to what you want!I will definitely be back many more times!

I mean this place is not good my friend been there back and forth three time for a so call gel replacement cuz they didn’t do it right the first time poor quality gel polish that peel off even just while you are driving make your money worth do not go here it’s a waste

Would not recommend going to this place. I went here on New Year’s Eve because my normal nail salon was closed and they totally messed up my nails. I had dip powder on so I needed them to take that off and I also got a gel manicure. The man ground my nails down so thin to my nail beds that they hurt to even have the gel polish brushed on my nails. I stayed and finished the manicure with a woman. When I was finished the gel polish was so lumpy and bubbly it looked horrible. Not to mention My nails were still extremely thin and sensitive from the first nail tech I was placed with there. So many of my nails have broken off since then that I had to cut all of my nails down to the nail beds to prevent any more breaking. Needless to say this place ruined my nails and I will not be going back.

My brows are no longer caterpillars! My feet look glorious! I love this salon!

My friend wanted to take me for gel manicures for my birthday. I just moved to Academy so we googled the nearest place and they were willing to make two reservations at the same time. I had Linda and she was wonderful! Sweet, genuine (didn’t talk behind your back like they do at a lot of salons...) It was obvious that the nail technicians value their art. Linda gave me the new tiger eye gel manicure and omg! My nails look like emeralds! I got a dark forest green for the holidays and with the tiger eye gel there’s microscopic magnetic glitter in it and then on your last coat they hold a tiny magnet over your nails to create a shiny line that’s only just obvious enough to look like gems but not look fake. So cool! Loved the ladies, loved their work, loved the vibe. Definitely recommend!

David and Linda are the best! They both do such quality work in nails. They time there time with clients and do detailed work too!

I have been going to Nail Studio since 2007. I have been to many other facilities in this city and even though it is way out of my way, I always get consistently good service and just what I ask for. They had a different owner when I first started and sold out about 3 years later, but the new owner makes sure the place is in good shape. Her and her staff are always friendly and helpful. I always recommend them.

Very nice staff, good prices. Love the massage chairs. They do a great job. Will definitely come back again and again.

Did the deluxe pedicure and did not receive all items on list. When asked gentleman ignored. Items are not cleaned properly. They lysoled items in front of customer. Did not receive top coat and polish was goopy. Go somewhere else. Save your time and effort. Im not from here and tried to give my niece a treat. Oops

They did not take good care of my nails and my moms nails. I did not get what I paid for.

The people here are so sweet but I wasnt satisfied with my mani/pedicure. The mani was super streaky and dull. My cuticles werent cut properly and more than anything it took them FOR-EV-ER for them to complete my services. Wouldnt recommend if you dont have 2 1/2 hours to spare.
