Hands down the best microblading Ive seen! I had my eyebrows done by Amy and its seriously the best thing Ive ever done. I always wanted to get them done but was afraid of how they might fade over time but its been a year and it still looks amazing. I get compliments on my eyebrows almost every day, thanks to Amy! If youre considering getting them done, GO FOR IT, you wont regret it. Ask for Amy, shes so talented and professional.

This was my first time going in & Julie helped me out with my haircut. She was so sweet & personable towards me I enjoyed every moment of my appointment. My eyelash tech is Amy, she is very sterile, professional, kind, and she makes sure you love your lashes! My eyelashes look amazing, and even when it’s time for a fill they still look really good. I recommend her to my friends, family, and anyone who wants eyelash extensions! 5+/5

I wanted to get my eyebrows microbladed (light eyebrow;very light) and everyone told me to go to another salon but it was incredibly hard to book. So instead I went to Cindy at Lorencos and I was blown away by her amazing service and outstanding artistry. She gave the most eyebrows ever and Im so glad I didnt pay $700 for the other salon because Cindy is the State instructor for microblading. Highly recommended!

I really liked Amanda who did my facial. Everyone was kind. But the receptionist who you interact with for several minutes was not wearing a mask. Another employee talking to her while I was 2 feet away pulled his mask down to talk. That is unacceptable these days. So dangerous. I was very uncomfortable and almost left. A face shield is not a mask. It does NOTHING to protect you or others around you. If Lorencos doesnt understand these precautions yet they should not be allowed to operate.

Amy is fantastic!! For anyone looking to get permanent makeup on their brows Amy is the one you can trust. She was such a pleasure to work with. Amy is fun, artistic has Integrity, and is professional to the fullest extent. I will definitely go back to Amy for all of my permanent make up needs and I will make sure to refer anyone I know looking to step up their make up game. I went to your place of business, it was a very nice environment, everyone was very friendly. I just have one complaint, I got my eyelashes done, they were not how I wanted, I even showed her a picture of what I wanted and she said she could do it. I was even willing to pay more if I got more but it wasn’t offered so I just thought it would be free. So I was very disappointed. They fell out left and right, it’s like I don’t even have them in anymore after exactly a week. I followed the rules of not getting them wet 24hrs after I got them done, I’m very cautious with them and they still fall out. Sadly I won’t be returning.

Everyone was super friendly and had very uplifting attitudes. It was my First time getting microblading done. I Wanted to give my brows some deepth. The owner worked her magic and they came out great. l left feeling Like every woman wants to feel when leaving the salon, a million bucks! Awesome experience, cant wait to explore the rest of the salons services.

Had an appointment here with Christina, was wanting highlights and she offered a shadow root color, I said I wanted a burgundy color. Well it came out red (which was fine it looked OK, I guess) the red bled into the highlights, Christina told me if I didnt like it she will change it to the way I liked it. I said it was fine. Within two days after washing my hair it turned an orange color. I messaged Christina personally, which I have done before, and asked her what I can do to remove the orange mess. She left me on read and never responded, obviously she didnt want to keep a client. I will not be returning. Also, other staff/stylists just gives dirty looks as well. Very unfortunate.

I bought myself lashes on Groupon to try this place out. First appt, i was told my lash extension tech was Sara. On the morning of my appt, she pushed the time back by an hour. I accommodated her tardiness then, but now on my 2nd appt for my lash fill, the tech has messaged me she can’t make it and offered me a discount on my free lash fill in. Super annoying when ure a mom of two and have to find childcare just to get services at a salon and the girl keeps changing appt times. My birthday is this Thursday and I had Greatly looked looked forward to My fill -in. Now I get to look awkward for who knows how long because she has no more weekends( my only time off) and am waiting for a manager call back. If you’re going to cancel last minute make sure you’d can even offer the client an appointment. The worst part is I was careful to read reviews and HAD read about her but thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt. Don’t do it people!!! In order for a fill in to be appropriate you need to get into a lash tech within two weeks. Otherwise the rate at which you will normally lose lashes will be too great and the tech can charge for full new set.

Everyone is so sweet and willing to help you with anything you need. Amy does an AMAZING job with eyelash extensions and is so knowledgeable. She always has your best interest at heart and will make sure you leave in love with your eyelashes. She also does amazing facials, nails, and micro blading. The best salon I’ve ever been to and will continue to always go!

I just moved to Albuquerque and I was looking for a new stylist who worked with short hair and cut with a straight razor. Lucky me...Christina was my stylist. She listened to me and cut and colored my hair just like the previous stylist I went to for 15 years. Beautiful job. She has a new client..me! 😄

Lorencos is the Best salon in town. I had an issue with a hair color I wasnt happy with, I called in and spoke to the beautiful manager Cindy went above and beyond to make me happy, since than, I now go to Lorencos for all of my beauty needs. Ashley is incredible. But kudos to this entire salon. They got me ready and looking fabulous for my pageant. They have a a new regular on their hands! The young ladies at the front desk are so helpful with setting up appointments or explaining products to me. Definitely a 5/5.

I highly recommend this salon. Everyone is professional and friendly. The salon is classy and well kept. Nina is my hair dresser and is the best at what she does! She not only takes pride in the styles she creates, but the health of the hair!

I have had 3 bad experiences. Every time I made an appointment it got changed either for a different time or day. I have always waited 30-45 minutes to get seen. Today I was going to be in a wedding and my appointment was at 10:00 got changed to 12:45 finally at 1:45 I asked the receptionist what was taking so long and how much longer was I going to have to wait she told me about 30-40 minutes. I said I couldnt wait any longer because I wouldnt be able to make it on time to the wedding. She said she could reschedule me for another day. 3 bad experiences is enough for me. I did get 1 good haircut out of 3 times Ive scheduled an appointment. I dont care how good the stylist is for the high price for a haircut she charges my time is more valuable and the stylist didnt even come and acknowledge that I had been waiting for 45 minutes to see her. I will never go back Im very disappointed.

I have been going to Fidel ever since I moved to ABQ. My hair color and style has a whole new look. He is a complete professional.

I never would have thought eyelash extensions would make such a difference in my day to day life, but they have. In the past, I spent 20 minutes every day styling my eyelashes to have perky, beautiful lashes that would last through most of my day. I would keep an eyelash curler in my purse, office drawer, and car to give my lashes the extra boost they needed. When I decided, over a year ago, to get eyelash extensions, I got something extremely priceless back, time. My family and friends love my lashes and are always complimenting me. Strangers stare into my eyes and tell me how beautiful my lashes are. A close friend decided to use a Groupon coupon to a different eyelash technician and quickly regretted it. The experience left her very dismayed about getting another set. I recommended that when she was ready for beautifully placed lashes to call Lorencos. Shelby has been wonderful and I recommend her to everyone who asks about my gorgeous lashes.

Ive been going to Stacy for a long time and in this time my hair has gone from brown to red to blonde and back to brown, there was even a little pink involved. She is an expert at coloring and cutting hair and I wouldnt go to any other salon to have it done. I also have permanent makeup, which was done by Cindy, and it still looks amazing. I love the Lorencos environment and how the employees there do such an incredible job.

Not sure what summer is talking about but Stacy is nothing short of professional and amazing a her job!! she has done my hair and every time it turned out amazing! This salon is wonderful and has the BEST stylists and spa professionals in the business. i highly recommend coming here and seeing Stacy for what she is capable of, not take the advice of some rude person who obviously had a bad day! I have been coming to Lorencos since i was little with my grandmother who got her nails done, since the new owners took over it has only gotten better. you will not find a bad stylist in the place and the new salon is AMAZING!

Amy Maestas has done my nails and lash extensions here at Lorencos. Ive done gel nails, gel apres and she makes them perfect every time! She is friendly and creates the look I want perfectly, I highly recommend!

Lorencos is hands down the best place to go for lashes. The lashes they use are high-quality and so light that you don’t even notice it they are there. The service is also outstanding. The ladies that do lashes there are kind and incredibly professional. I have gone to several other salons and Lorencos is by far the best.

If you want to get your lashes done go to Meagen!! I had an awful previous lash experience, but she made my latest experience so wonderful! I have sensitive eyes and she was very gentle and careful. I was extremely comfortable with her. She did an amazing job on my lashes, they look so beautiful. She spent the full 2 hours on my lashes and really took her time to make sure they were what I wanted. I really could not have asked for anything more from her. I have had my lashes for about a week and they are still so full. I would highly recommend going to Lorencos salon and making sure your appointment is with Meagen.

I made an appointment back in July (for a Sept 2nd appointment) with Jody. I moved here from Oregon and needed a new stylist. I received a text confirmation of my appt on Thur August 31st. Imagine my surprise when I arrived for my appointment and was told that Jody didnt work there anymore (for almost a month). I asked WHY they confirmed my appointment if the stylist wasnt there and she told me she didnt know. She tried to fit me in with someone else and I said that Jody had been recommended and that I was not having someone that I hadnt researched cutting my hair! If I could give zero stars then I would. Jody should have notified me that she was leaving AND the salon should never have confirmed my appointment with someone who they knew no longer worked there. Says alot....and none of it good. I am annoyed but clearly I dodged a bullet...

Do NOT ever get your eyebrows tattooed by Cindy here. I hate to be so rude n criticized but I gave her a try not once but twice n have been screwed up twice, save your money and go to derma dolce she dont judge you for your skin care routine. My eyebrows almost 2 years later are still ruined.

I have been going to Lorencos for about 3 years now. I have always been very picky about people cutting or dying my hair (call it a trust issue as my hair is extremely long had a bad experience of someone cutting off all my hair) I finally went to Stacy and let her dye my hair. It came out beautiful! She then asked me to try a brazilian blowout on my hair. It is the best thing I have ever done and Stacy did a great job. I couldnt be happier with the service I have received at Lorencos they have a great staff! I will not trust my hair to anyone else!

They do not return calls. Still dont know the availability of any stylist and I called over a week ago. Seem to have a lot of male stylists when many women are not comfortable with that. I will be seeking out a salon whose owner calls you back when they say they will and who offers a larger selection of female artists.

Complete waist of time!!! I told the receptionist why I was there she had me waiting for over 30 minutes just to come up to me and ask if I had an appointment!? Worst service! I will never return to this salon nor ever refer anyone!
