I’ve been here a couple of times they are friendly, always honor my appointments and I really like their deluxe pedicure options. They are thorough and it’s a true time to sit back and relax a bit. The place is nice, clean, and big enough that it’s comfortable even when there’s more people.

My oldest daughter was getting a new set of acrylic nails and my 16 ye old daughter was looking at what services they offer and the lady at the front told her to sit down and dont touch nothing. Very unprofessional and we will not be returning to this place. Sad we really liked this place.

The tech Willem did a great job on my nails. I was very happy with the results.

So it was my first time to ever get my nails done and I told the lady that, so expecting her to show me different shapes or whatever she just put them on asked how long and that was it...she was just rushing nails came out crooked and thick near the cuticle, told me pick color, sitting there trying to look thru with one hand idk very unprofessional especially for it being my first time. Will never go back...

They are all very customer friendly and have a lot of repeat customers. Im not exactly sure how they all do nails (Im sure they are great) but William is fantastic! I have been going to him for my nails for about 2 yrs. It can be a bit pricey especially for a fill, its pretty much the same price as new set. That would be my only complaint.

I made an appointment for me and my three daughters, when we got they said my appointment was at 12pm not 11am. I told them that’s fine we will be back at 1130 so waited came back at 1145 they took me in right away then my daughter waited for almost 2 hrs when we should have been all done together! I was very upset!

I went here twice the first time was great! So I returned a second time and the service was horrible. I explained to the man my nails were crooked and he gave me his opinion instead of fixing my nails. I got charged more the second time than I did the first time! I will never go back here..

They should put appointment only at the door or something so people can know its by appointments.

They always do good when I get my nails done here they are also very friendly as soon as you walk in the door.

Literally the worst pedicure I have ever gotten in my life! I’m still sitting in here in the chair as I wait for my toes to dry. And had to make a review.. I made an appointment at 4 waited almost 30 mins for someone to start my pedi. And my pedi lasted almost 10Mins maybe? Didn’t get half the things done I should of got done.. so disappointed will never come back! I could of done a better job at home..

Ive been going to them since they opened, Hai is great and his new sets last me an average of 2 months or more with one rebase in between. I love their herbal pedis!

I got a gel nail manicure that lasted not even a week. So, I went back for another manicure and decided I simply wanted regular nail polish. The lady that did my manicure argued with me in attempt to sell me the gel nails. I politely said no thank you and after that she was so mean to me. I am not very pleased with the end product or experience.

Great placeI moved from Santa Fe Nm to Albuquerque and this place is amazing, I have almost 2 years as a client with this place and waited until now to give them 5 stars. Anybody here can do an amazing job, I have to say I have no favorites because they are all good. Fast, friendly and very professional.

WORST SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED! Got a manicure from LEE. She was painful and had a terrible attitude. LEE was sick and coughed on me! She also charged my credit card a different price then was quoted.

Hai is my favorite! He takes his time and does a great job! Im never disappointed with his work.

I love when Lee does my nails!!! She is amazing, especially with ombre designs.

My nails I got were awful and didn’t look how I wanted at all. They were for my birthday I’m so disappointed. I’ll never be coming here again, Demi’s nails is so much better

Worst place of service I’ve been to . They never seem to want the business, I walk in, wait and then walk out. Just rude overall

I’ve gone there since it opened and my lady left so I tried someone new. I didn’t get polish or my nails clipped just filed. The lady only took 30 minutes for a “deluxe” and charged me $49.51, needless to say I won’t be going back.

Very rude employees. Went in on a Sunday which their Google hours say closes at 6:00. Walked in at 4:55, they said they were closed. I told them their website says closes at 6pm. They laughed and said they dont have a website. I told them when you Google their business its says 6pm and should fix it. This conversation all happened when they were all at the back of the store. How can they not provide the services if I walked in at 4:55? Lost multiple clients because I make sure to tell everyone not to give them their business. Upon telling people my experience, they also tell me the horrible service they have had there.
