I loved it here. I never get pedicures because Ive always had bad experiences, but this place was so nice and so understanding of my overly ticklish feet. They did such beautiful job on the art. Im so excited to have found a place to get my nails done (finally)!

Theyre are very friendly. This is my 2nd time and they remembered my wife and my colors and choices.. good pricing and great work!

I’ve been here 3 times In hopes my experience would improve since it’s close to my house. All I can say is don’t waste your time and money here. Plus they are way too expensive and the quality of the work is poor.

Pretty much the worst place I’ve ever got my nails done. I was really nice to them, but they acted like they understood what I want and the completely did their own thing. I’m super unsatisfied with the work and I’m so upset I had to even spend time and money there. Horrible work.

This is by far the worst set of nails I have ever gotten. I waited for an hour for them to soak off my old set or while he was having his lunch. He then proceeded to do a new set, and they were bumpy and uneven. He ripped my natural nail by using another nail to pull the old set off and I kept telling him he was hurting me.The owner is nice and she tried fixing them 2x and they were never good. Ill drive to Rio Rancho to have Demi do my nails from here on out.

So Ann Did my my services. She is so professional and nice. I have been back since and will continue to do so. This salon is SUPER CLEAN AND FRIENDLY. Make your appointments now.

I stopped by 30 minutes before they closed but they still took me as a walk in. Very nice, clean, and did a wonderful job with my cool design! I will be going back for sure. They had a large range of options for colors and types of nails too.

Both my daughter and I are very happy with the gel manicure we received. I actually think it might be my favorite polish job I have ever received.

I went here for the first time recently, June 2019. Everything was excellent and this is the best set of nails I have ever had. The place was clean and the people friendly. They took me in as a walk in. I had a pedicure and full set. One lady did my toes and another gentleman did my nails. They were both great. There was more attention to detail here than anywhere else Ive been. They also had more options for colors and effects- everything from glitter, metallic, marble, and cat-eye plus more Im probably forgetting. There is almost overwhelming styles and colors to choose from. I had the cat eye effect done and it is so cool, Ive had so many compliments. I love this place and they are my new nail spot.

I went in for a simple gel manicure and the time and attention to detail that was taken to clean up my hands made this the best manicure I think Ive ever had. SO happy & impressed with the quality of work at really great prices, Im not going anywhere else from here out. Staff was super courteous & made sure I was happy every step of the way. One of the cleanest & most welcoming nail salons Ive been in!!

As soon as you walk in you are greeted with smiles and attention. The women their are very sweet, kind, and very personable. This shop has a very comfortable, excepting atmosphere. I have gone to several salons and this one is top notch in my book. I drive from the south valley to Taylor Ranch because of the service, the sweet professional attitudes and the comfortable calm atmosphere.

This place is amazing! I make excuses for trips to Albuquerque just so I can come and get my nails done here! I love the chrome nails! Those are my absolute favorite types of nails to get! They always make you feel very comfortable here! My Tia is the one who showed me this place and shes been going here for more that 5 years!

I was excited to get my acrylics done there but, they were way more expensive then i expected. they looked good when i got them on but i realized my pinky nails werent the same in size or length. the nails only lasted for a couple days then they started to fall off. i realized my middle finger was starting to ache randomly so i took the nail off to see what was wrong. my natural nail was split in half and bruising under neath. i will not being going to this nail salon ever again.

After reading reviews I thought this place was going to be amazing. But I spent over 2 hours there because the lady didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. Another lady had to jump in and help her. They were really rough as well. Also the lady got mad when i asked her for short nails (due to my job i need them short) also took in my own decals and they all seemed upset when trying to do them for me. This place is literally down the street from my house but I’ll drive further for better service.

Have been getting mani/pedis here for several yrs now. Ann and her crew are very professional & friendly and the place is very clean. Ive had both acrylic and gel nails with no health issues at all. Very sanitary. My nails are left natural looking and not thick and heavy; Prices are reasonable as well. Would highly recommend this nail salon.

Went to get my eyebrows done and it was the absolute worst expierence. Not only were my eyebrows done AWFUL, but I gave her simple instructions and asked her not to go thin and she did the exact opposite. The price is not worth what you are getting.

Ive been going to Diva Nails for a very long time and I love it !

I read amazing reviews for this place, and maybe they were having an off day, but I had a pretty bad experience. Hannah did my nails (sort of). I went in for a new full set of acrylics. The pricing was good so I was exciting -- could it really be true? A good price AND good service? I sat down and Hannah didnt say a word to me, just started grinding away the top layer of my nails. This was my first red flag. She didnt push my cuticle back, but I assumed, maybe that comes later. She also didnt clip my nails. She proceeded to glue on nail tips, some of which didnt fit as well as others. She stood up and walked away and another, younger woman came to apply the acrylic. I thought it was a little unorthadox, but whatever. This young lady was actually very professional and seemingly skilled. She asked Hannah what nail shape I wanted to whih Hannah gaped amd looked at me. Almond I said with a tight smile. The younger woman smiled at me and got to work. Asked me where I go to school, where I work. Nice girl. Then Hannah came back and went on to unevenly file my nails into shape. She looked at me and said Wash hands. Cool. At least theyre sanitary. She then asked me to pay before I got my nails painted, which is pretty normal and considerate. However, in the time I was paying, she gave my seat away. So I got my nails painted on a nail drying light table thing. I soon left, fed up with the whole thing. Now a week later, my cuticles are clearly visible due to not being taken care of, the shapes are still uneven, and the fit of the nails are too skinny as the sides of my nails are still exposed. I have come to the conclusion that they give great service to regulars and dont really give a care about most walk ins. Kind of super disappointing.

I take my 83 year old mother in to get her nails done. Staff has always treated her well.

Yesterday I got my nails done and Im pretty upset with them I got the holographic blue and the bottom of my nails are not done all the day you can see my nail underneath and Im the sun they are really blotchy you can see spots that are not done right as well I dont think I will be going back there again and it sucks cuz I liked them the first time I went but I paid to much this time to not get them done right and they are for my gender reveal party so Im really hurt😞
