Not a good nail salon went here about a week and a half ago said i would be seen at 6 then moved me to after another client, didn’t get started on my nails for a good while had to stay till after they closed. once she was finished i was very unhappy with them the acrylic was laid very poorly and thinly causing the nails to break off with my actual nail in the first few days absolutely will not be returning

All the technicians are each skilled and talented! I have been coming here 2 1/2 years and Mimi and the crew are all wonderful. Very professional and they each care about their clients. I am so thankful for Glam Nail. Keep being wonderful ladies..

Walked in and was kindly attended to with out an appointment. Tech did a great job on my manicure. All safety procautions in place.

First time here visiting from Colorado. Great dip nails for reasonable price. Would highly recommend this place. Very satisfied!

I decided to give Glam a shot because they had good reviews.I get dip done about 2-3 times a month for the last 9 months at my usual salon and it lasts 2-3 weeks with no issues at all.Well at Glam I had a 5:15 appt and waited 20 minutes for them to start my regular pedi. It felt rushed and uncomfortable with them removing my dip from my hands while in the pedi chair, I did not get to relax. And when it was time to pick my dip colors I had no help choosing colors. I showed them a photo and they just handed me the basket of examples to look thru. But my hands were gloved with foil on to remove the dip so it was insanely difficult!I couldn’t find the colors I wanted so I finally settled on two shades of pink.The pedi came out horrible, with parts of the polish still see threw and not fully painted. I was shocked they said I was done.For the dip mani she asked me if I wanted them cut and I said only a little. She asked if I wanted to keep the shape and I said yes definitely.I did like the technique she used and it seemed like she was careful but then I realized she had cut my nails so short! It was way shorter than I preferred and then she finished filing and the shape was not at all what I had before!I asked her to reshape more oval like I prefer and she said she couldn’t because they were too short. Seriously!?She did not push my cuticles back enough and it spent hardly any time on them at all.Well now it’s only been 1 week and I have a huge chip and crack already and growth because she didn’t take care of my cuticles.I even told them when I had arrived that it was my first time here and I usually go somewhere else but I wanted to give them a shot.All in all I am very dissatisfied and wish I had stuck with the place I usually go.The only thing I would rate higher would be the atmosphere but I don’t like how the pedi chairs are arranged in a circle.I won’t be going back to glam.The photo of pink nails is from Glam. Horrible. Will never return.

I got short nails one solid color for 50$$ so over priced I couldve done it for cheaper myself so disappointed I will not be returning back when I asked for a thicker nail the lady got an attitude and continued what she was doing

I mean yes prices are a bit on the expensive side.. but have you seen how gorgeous it is inside? Employees are super nice and respectful. and yes they may not know English that well, there is a language barrier but have you ever thought about leaning Chinese? I enjoyed my time here, I’ll definitely be coming back.

They did not clip my ingrown toe nails, they arent severely ingrown but I would appreciate my nails sufficiently clipped if I pay $70 for a pedi. They painted my toe nails before they did the paraffin wax or massage, it was very bizarre. On top of everything my gel polish has little air bubbles throughout. Im not happy, the only thing I could think the whole time was this sucks.

This place is the best mani and pedi spa here in Albuquerque. I only trust this place when it comes my nails because they are the cleanest and gives the best service that I have ever received!

This place is beyond amazing. Ive know the owners for years, they are great people just like family.This establishment is very neat, clean, and always has the newest products. You will never be disappointed with there work. They always make sure you leave happy and satisfied with there services. I love this place so much that I come from across town to get my nails done .

This is a lovely salon to get your nails pampered. This place so clean and everyone is so friendly. My nails look great for my wedding! There is always a long wait but that’s just because it’s busy because everyone knows they’re great!

Very clean and modern inside. They have several televisions you can watch from either the pedicure or manicure stations. They also offer a frequent shopper discount card, which is nice. The staff is friendly and they don’t try to upsell you on services.

The salon its really clean. And there customer services its great. Nail are well priced and I have no issues with fungal or falling nails at all.I really recommend there services.

Love this place small personal. Always clean and the girls are AWESOME. I have had my granddaughter get her pedicures here they are so nice they always send her home with a cut flower or some other type design makes her feel special.

Don’t come here if you want anything but a solid color. Nobody knows how to do designs and have an attitude when you ask for design. And they will push gel polish onto you. Only came here because my mom wanted to. Go to Nini’s nails for the best nails ever

Just got a full set of acrylic nails, I got them done by a gentleman there except i made the mistake of not asking his name.. he did a perfect job and was super gentle. I’ve been to quite a few salons and have you ever had your nails hurt, being super sore afterwards from someone being too rough while shaping your nails?? well, not here! they’re super gentle and i love the result of my nails, shape and everything. I also got my toes done by a different lady and she did just as well and the massage chairs did me good ❤️

LOVE this place! I had gotten my first set of nails the week earlier at another nail salon and they were falling off and causing me pain so I found this place hoping they could help. They were shocked at the horrible job the other place did. They told me that nails are not supposed to look the way that the other salon did mine and are supposed to last longer. They were soooo sweet to me! I have gone back ever since and I have never had a problem with breakage. Every time I go my friends always want to join because they love my nails! They have all had amazing experiences too.

Truly amazing! I am a hair stylist whose hands are constantly in water and chemicals, and my nails lasted for 3 weeks without lifting!!! Which is a miracle! The staff is friendly, the place is super clean and beautiful! Highly highly recommend!!! Found my forever spot!!

Today was my first time to Glam Nail Bar and Salon. It has a beautiful design. I was impressed with the decor and cleanliness. The staff was friendly. Hanna took great care of me. I had the glam pedicure and dipping powder nail enhancement. I will return.

I absolutely loved this place. My sister and I were trying to find a place that was open on day after Veterans Day when most places were closed. We drove by this place and were amazed with how great the customer service was. They honestly made us feel super welcome like no other salon has made me feel before. The decor is super cute and my pedicure was honestly the best I have received in a very long time from anywhere in town. Also it has lasted so long without the nail polish even chipping. Highly recommend this place and to get the 35 dollar pedicure. We cannot wait to go back and get accrylic nails. The nail polish collection was also to die for!

After looking all over the city for a decent manicure I am so thrilled that I found this place. They did an amazing job, my dip manicure with gel only took an hour! I will definitely be going back!

I can’t believe there’s a nail salon like this in ABQ, clean and beautiful environment with soothing decors. Amazing staffs, absolutely give the best pedicure I ever received, I bet others services would be too. Even though is it far from my house but worth it. I will be back to get everything done soon. Came in at 5:40, hours are stated to close at 7:00pm.Asked for 3 to get a new full set.Lady asked if we could come back tomorrow due to the time. I explained that we live an hour away and would not be back in town.She then just shrugged her shoulders and walked away.Place is beautiful and I enjoyed my last time here.But I will likely not be coming back here. Which is so unfortunate.

I got a pedicure and the staff was very friendly. This place is calm, quiet and most importantly very clean. I cant stand going into other salons and seeing trash, nail debris, etc all over the floors. Will definitely be going back!

I have not had acrylic nails for over 20 years. I have been using bio sculpture on my natural nails for a few years. My daughter found Glam Nail Bar and Spa and I love how her nails always look. I gave it a try and now this is my new nail place.

My daughter got a gift card from there. They did a bad job. She took a shower next day,two broke the nail polish came off. She went back the next day got them fixed,5 days later two broke again. We will never go there again.

First time here, and very nice, clean place. Reasonable prices. I had acrylic taken off and he did amazing, very attentive.Although I had higher expectations for this place, since I kept hearing good things about this place. But what didnt really set the bar was when we came in we just requested a mani and pedi, not knowing they had a variety of options for pedi with no sign to indicate it either, so I just got gel pedi.Another thing was that no lotion was applied to my feet after the pedi and hands after my mani with no cuticle oil how most places do. I dont know if it depended on the type of manicure you get.And the different services I didnt see Until I was paying, I seen their services in a book at the desk.. maybe promoting their services prior in a brochure when sitting down for pedi to know what your getting. However, overall nice place with nice staff.After a week my gel is chipping. It an okay place. Could be better and has potential.

Got there minutes before closing for a NEW SET they took me in quickly and took there time .. very nice job compared to other places I’ve been too in the area and the set up is BEAUTIFUL great experience.

Not everyone there does a good job, they are always in a hurry and rush, you sit and wait even if you have an appointment. Than you sit in the chair with your feet in cold water for a while and than they tend to you by this time its already 30 minutes. They were great when they first started but once you become a regular they dont care anymore. The people who work there are all employees and dont own the place, the investor owns the place. There is no manager or owner present ever. They do the same stuff as the other places do in the city. They are also very expensive for their services, I pay far less and get an amazing service at other places. They charge 25% extra for basic services compared to other businesses in the city.
