First time here and absolutely loved the friendliness! Love the color for the dip. Unfortunately, the work done for dip services was very sloppy :( My natural nails have been filed too much on the side making my nails look deformed and lots of left over dip crusted near my cuticles.

Worst experience in a nail salon in my life. Had been coming here for years. Today I was ignored even with an apt and it was the WORST EXPERIENCE. Will never go back. Not clean and not good. Do not recommend.

I am not here to complain, but not for me.Depends on the nailist, it will show different results. Or i think the quality of their product is just not great.Using Gelixer(?), the name of the product is never recommended in general. It started peel off in less than a day.I did this powder and gel set less than a week ago. Loved the color. But look at how it is looks right now. It is been only LESS THAN A WEEK....I do not work for carpenter, or mechanic. Why the nail needs to start cracking and bubbling.I dont think i would like to go back.

Warning for people of color. This salon is very non-professional. I am a professional black woman, dressed better than anyone in the place, yet I was treated like a leper. Specifically, they dismissed me upon entry, polishes offered were old and a variety of types, and when I summoned someone to help find a color I was told the color is no longer made. That is not true. Ive seen the color elsewhere. Then I was told to sit a chair where there was no person or water in the tub. After a few minutes Im approached by a man that didnt seem to know what to do or that I had an appointment. Its clear they do not want to serve black people. I will never return.

They did an amazing job! Cathy was my nail tech and she was friendly, didnt make me feel rushed, and the results were beautiful. Ill definitely be back!

Im sorry but the service I received was terrible. After being referred here by a friend whos nails always look good. I will say that my daughters nails were done well she loved them. Unfortunately the gentleman that did mine rushed me, told me they couldnt make the silver glitter look like the sample because it was a sample (I get my nails done religiously and never have I had a problem with a basic silver glitter looking like silver glitter...) He left lumps in the polish, get polish over my cuticles and when I tried to ask him to fix it before it dried under the light he got frustrated and raised his voice saying Oh my God! Like I was being unreasonable. When at the end I asked him to fix it, it was the same areas he could have wiped away before they set. In drilling off the excess he made me bleed twice. I hate complaining and making a scene but he acted like I was wrong for just wanting my nails to be done right. I have never left a bad review but this was a terrible experience. The girl that did my daughters nails was amazing, maybe this gentleman should just not do nails, or reconsider his customer service and attention to detail. :(

Prices are not posted and when I ask for a breakdown in charges no one knows anything unless Kims there. I am charged differently for the same services all the time. It is very frustrating! Nails look nice though.

I made an appointment for full set and pedicure. Pedicure was ok but even with an appointment I had to wait for a long time before they could get to me. They put cold water and said they had it all the way hot, so that was uncomfortable. They did great and spent time on the massage which was nice. After the pedicure I had to wait another 45 min to an hr before they were able to get to my nails. The tech wasnt very nice and demanded I have someone bring cash because I only had my debit card. She also said I could venmo, but I dont have that app. They also charged my a higher price than what they quoted on the phone when I made the appointment and when I asked why she told my thats always the price. Within 3 days of my nails being done 3 have broken off right at the tips. Very disappointed. Would not recommend. If you want somewhere good, Id recommend Glam Nail Bar and Spa.

I got my nails done by a man named Paul and he did an amazing job shaping them and doing a difficult design that he did perfect on. Definitely recommend! I have gone there 3 times and they didn’t lift at all. 😍

I had been going to this salon for over 5 years and never had a problem until today. I made an appointment for a pedicure, went in was seated right away asked for the deluxe. My tech got started all was well, I get up to the register and she tells me it’s $86......I asked her excuse me? She said $86 and showed me on the calculator....and then asked if I had cash for her as a tip. I just looked at her said no I’ll put it on the card, she said “so no cash for me?” I told her I had a $50 if she could break it. She said ya and took the $10...people, $96 for a PEDICURE!!!!!! I get times are hard but this is ridiculous. Sadly I will not be returning anymore to this salon. Who has $100 for a freaking pedicure!

I am new to the area and thought this place was okay based off google... I WAS WRONG. I sat down for my full-set and asked for almond shaped nails and for them to be short (multiple times.) The lady then proceeded to basically yell at me what shape did you want? That cant be done on your shape. after I told her short. I cant even explain the shape I got she called it coffin, but It looked like slanted on one side, straight on the other and the sides were so sharp... I scratched myself. When I got home, I had to file them for almost 30 mins. After I was there for 2 HOURS! Im normally a all gel polish girl, the way they were looking I decided to go with regular polish.. Multiple times, I said just regular she kept saying, gel its better, more expensive but better. My polish is so streaky to the point I could have just bought stick ons and they would look 10x better. This is more on me, but Im a really bad nail biter and sometimes the tool gets too hot and burns, well I said ow and she went on to say, I know how to do nails, it is going to hurt, I do this everyday. I am sorry, but if its hurting or burning I am going to say something. My pointer finger is evidentlycrooked which is funny because I have been getting my nails done for the past 12 years and have never had a crooked nail or finger.I also got a pedicure, I never got a menu and I had one person starting and then I got somebody else. The menu really made me mad, because maybe I wanted something else. The girl that did my toes though was very sweet and she did a great job, if you just want a pedicure this place will work, but anything else. FIMD SOMEWHERE ELSE.When, I got up to pay it was $87.00 with tip, Im sorry thats too expensive for nails that look like this. Never gave me a detailed receipt so I dont even know how much was what, but I do remember nails being $25, but was my pedicure $47? made no sense. I paid and got out of there as soon as possible. I really hope my tip went to the pedicure. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

I went to get my toes done there and now my toe nail is infected.

Terrible place with very rude man who told me one thing and did another. Had me wait an hour with NO service after asking if I could be seen he told me next, right! When I inquired I just kept getting told the same thing as others came and went. Dont go here there is several nail salons in the area pick a different one.

I just want to say this place is awesome. The deluxe pedicure with scrub was well worth the money! The massage they gave on my legs and feet were A+. I have never had a treatment like that in any salon. The attention to detail was amazing. I went with three other friends, we all had different nail techs, yet we were all treated the exact same. My legs were so soft. I will be a repeat customer.

A good friend recommended that I try this salon for a pedicure. I loved it! The deocr is so fresh and relaxing. Everything was so clean! From being politely asked to wash my hands when arriving to everything being completely sanitized it was great! All tools were sanitizedI was in a big of a rush so I didnt upgrade my service but just got a basic pedicure. I was so long over due and probably had the worst feet this gal had ever seen but she never made me feel bad about it and offered helpful hints to try at home. My feet still look great 2 weeks later. I will be back for sure

Went to Elegant Spa & Nails for the first time today on a recommendation from a friend. Its been several years since I have had a pedi. This is a business and it showed as everything was extremely clean and organized. They give you what looks like a menu to decide on your options, lots of options! Ladies were very good at what they did and very friendly.Would highly recommend this place for anyone.

Ive moved and havent found an equal to Elegant Spa & Nails. Clean, friendly, relaxing atmosphere. They do beautiful gel manicures. My friend who used to do nails said he could tell they did a good job because the polish went all the way to the edge of my nail. I felt like my nails actually got stronger because they werent too rough in removing the polish. Seems like they never chipped. I miss Elegant Spa & Nails especially.

Went here yesterday for a minimal artwork with noriko and it was awesome! From start to finish she did an amazing job with my nails. She cared for them and painted them so lovely! And she is the nicest!!! We had a lovely conversation and she was so warm and friendly and I cant wait to go back to her! She listened to what I wanted and the end product is mesmerizing! I loved it!!

As I waked in they greeted me and helped me sign in. I believe my wait time was less then 5 minutes, but keep in mind I did go around a time that they werent too busy. I went in for a full set and a pedicure. They started me of with the pedicure. Let me tell you it was so relaxing. I loved the hot rocks massage. I like how they offered me something to drink. After I was done with my pedicure I sat to do my get my full set. Although I thought it was pricey for the ombré coffin but I loved the way they came out. The staff is friendly and the place is well kept up. I love a place that is clean. Overall my experience was amazing. I will definitely return.

Been there twice, first time for a pedicure, second to e a manicure. For my pedicure, I received the longest foot rub in history. It was wonderful! For the manicure, I sent the poor guy on a wild chase for crazy colors. He happily did it and the result was fun and great. The manicure was short and quick but very well done. I needed it to be quick that day so worked.out beautifully.Probably very much like other nail spas out there. Clean and efficient.

What can I say? I LOVE THIS PLACE! Ive been going to Elegant Spa & Nails for about a year now to get my gel polish done and am never disappointed. I am very picky when it comes to nails because you have to look at them all the time, and theres nothing worse than not liking your nails and being stuck with them for 2 weeks until its time for a change! My manicurist pays special attention to details and always makes sure I am overly satisfied before I leave. His positive attitude and over the top customer service is what keeps me coming back! This was my third time coming there. Never disappointed with my visits. Always seen within 5 minutes of walking in. Have yet to get a pedicure there but Im sure I wont be disappointed when I decide to get one.

My first experience, I was a walk in. In walking in, they were able to start on me right away, but then a large group of women came in with appointments. I was asked to sit on the side and wait... instead of making me sit down in a regular seat, they let me relax in the pedicure massage seat! How nice is that. My son was with me so he was able to do the same. I didnt mind the wait, especially after that! When it was my turn, I was very happy with my gel nail color change on my toes and my fill with gel nail on my fingers. They offered me a discount since I had to wait awhile. I since then made this place my go to. Never have had a bad experience and never have been cut or scratched. (yes that does happen in some salons.. If you are in the area, I would totally go there and give them a try! I will miss you!!I would definitely recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back!

Customer service is anything BUT elegant! I expressed my concerns about poor service to the woman owner, who really could have cared less about what I had to say. When I told her that she had lost a customer for good because of that poor service, she didnt even respond to me or look at me. All I know is that this establishment will never get one more penny of my money & Im going to enjoy that :)

First time. The service was good though I did have to wait a little bit in the chair for my pedi. The woman who did my nails was really nice and helpful. She took care of 3 toes with ingrown nails.Place is kinda small but very clean. They do not take appointments so you may have to wait when you get there.

As others have said, theres a reason why this place is always packed. Technician does amazing nail design and the technicians at Albuquerque are generally quite competent.Ive gone there three times now and my gel manicures have lasted a month each (I tend to fall on the longer range for gel hardiness).

Finally a nail salon I can stick with!! I moved here about a month ago from other place and went to a couple places that only disappointed me from the customer service, to the actual product.This place is a fair price, but they are very friendly and take their time to do a great job. I am very pleased and will be coming back!

Definitely not going back. Okay overall but seemed to rush to complete my gel nail and pedicure services. May nail chipped a couple of days later all and the color didnt look even. Price seemed higher than other shop also.

Her you want pedicure? Me: no, not today. Her you want eyebrow? Me, my eyebrows are fine! Heryou want me to buff your nail real shiny? (They charge extra to buff REAL shiny.)

I cant express how much this place deserves FIVE STARS!!First impression of the place was it was so cute. I last minute asked the lady up front if someone was available to just polish my daughters nails and toes. And within 5mins she asked around and said yes someone would. I then met manicurist for the first time. Shes so pretty and sweet. She kept asking if I was ok, if the water temperature was warm enough, did I want water, etc. She made my whole experience beyond great. Plus shes funny.I love how they help one another with their customers. My little was so happy with her cute pink nails. I didnt get the name of the gentleman and lady that did her nails. But thank you both for making her feel comfortable. My nails turned out soooo amazing and I can say that I am more than 100% happy!! Im so happy I chose this place. And yes we will be returning. I already told my cousins about this place.So if youve been wanting to check this place out.... JUST GO!! you have to experience it for yourself :)

Nail tech was late and had scheduled 3 appointments for the same time. Not cool ! A new lady did my pedicure and she did a very nice job. When my gift certificate runs out I may try a new place.

I love this place they are absolutely friendly, very time mannered, and clean as well as professional. I have had my nails done by Tina and Kim and I loved every second they definitely know what they are doing. I would recommend this place 9/10 :)

I’ve been coming to Elegant Spa & Nails since I moved to Albuquerque. Before I discovered this salon I went through multiple fails in finding a friendly, and quality salon for my mani pedi needs. I have currently been loyal client now for 5 years. The staff is beyond wonderful, their customer service is top notch. On busier days there is always a bit of a wait, but that’s to be expected considering their high client base. I highly recommend Elegant Spa & Nails for anyone in the heights or surrounding areas!

The male technician who did my nails was absolutely awful at polishing & shaping my nails. I cannot recall his name. All I know is, he should at least know how to simply polish nails. I had nail polish all on my skin, it was lumpy & he just ignored it. Unacceptable! I looked at the pictures & thought that I would be receiving quality service, but unfortunately I did not. I will definitely not be returning & I would not recommend!

A man was not wearing gloves and would hurt me with his tools for the toes and the water was freezing and gave cuts in knees cut me off when I spoke and was rude

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. The nail tech was extremely rushed, unprofessional and rude beyond words. When I asked for a toe separator as he put nail color on, he responded with why are you so picky.Safe to say will not be going here again. Wish I could give zero stars. Money wasted!

Asked for SNS nail which they did but they put a gel topcoat on and had me put my nails in the heat lamp oven. The top coat peeled off within 3 days. My nails were left looking awful with a dull look. While she dipped my nails in the SNS powder, I was telling her how I was from out of town and leaving the next day. That was my first time getting SNS and I am now told they should NEVER be put in the heat lamp oven. Not sure of what the advantage was for her to do this but sure she would not have if I was not going to be far far away starting the next day when the tops started peeling.

Always excellent service and my nails are done with care and perfection! I have had wonderful looking nails and toes thanks to Paul and Kim!!
