We had my sons birthday party at this establishment, and I couldnt have been happier. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful!!! Its very safe, and all the kids had a great time! Their pizza was delicious!!!! 😋😋😋 We definitely will be having more parties here!

Great place for children of all ages. Fun, friendly atmosphere. They have a reasonably priced snack bar but also allow you to bring your own birthday cakes and such for celebrations. SUPER friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent place to spend some ty with the family. My kids always have a blast. Hopefully when they come out with memberships they will be at a good price. Food is a little pricey so we eat at golden corral after working up an appetite.

I had my sons birthday party here its a smaller space than some of the other jumper places in the area but they really utilize the space in an amazing way there was no shortage of things to do and honestly I feel like my kids had a better time here than other places also its really set up better in terms of being able to shop around your children because parents have access to all of the areas without having to jump on a trampoline it seems like extra Care was paid to the comfort of the spectators because theres chairs to sit in throughout and also lots of massage chairs which are pretty cool the food was good service was perfect I will absolutely be back... Maybe even tomorrow

A great place for kids to get out energy. Friendly staff, but it is pretty disappointing that they don’t enforce the mask mandate. Half of the kids and adults are not wearing masks, or have their mask on their chin. I won’t be back until my children are old enough able to get vaccinated… it’s not worth the risk.

Fun family place, smaller than other trampoline places Ive been but was made up for with the ninja course which kept my kids the most occupied. Lazer tag is included, and their small kids play area is Perfect for my 2 yr old.

Amazing staff ensuring everyone stays safe! Very nice facility! Only thing I would add for covid-safety would be the option to open the bathroom door with the foot pedal when exiting. I would also add a dryer in the bathroom for an environmental friendly option. Thank you so very much for a great experience!

I paid 36 dollars and some change for my daughter to jump for ONE HOUR and they told me they had NO socks AFTER I paid. Idk about you but I dont like the idea of my daughter or myself jumping w no socks. They didnt offer a discount ON TOP OF THAT the biggest part of the park wasnt available.

I thought the food and drinks were really good e xcept the service it was 2 40 and one of the employees said it was time up i was like ok but then when we checked the time it was 2 40 bhe called all my teammates and we were all passed of cause we still had like 20 min left any way thats it

Great place to take the kids as well as have a little fun for the adults. If you going as a spectator, make sure you brought good shoes to stand in because most seating areas are full. Overall, this is an inexpensive place full of fun and a way to get your kid off the electronics.

This is generally a good place but there new location doesnt have as many trampolines for ticks and flips to many little kids. The new cool springs also has food involved winch can be good for birthday parties but when I went a little kid threw up on the trampoline and they had to close part of it which was incontinent . Little kids will run in front of you when you try to flip. the staff is very polite so it just depends on the day and people.

We’ve been a few times when visiting our family in Albuquerque. It’s become a bit of a family tradition. Really love this place and my kids always beg to go. An hour is usually the perfect amount of time for them to exhaust themselves and take long naps after. 👍

Love this place! They have great prices on admission, you can even upgrade your time for an extra 1$ or 2$. Staff is very aware and friendly. Very spacious and enough room for everyone to have fun even of its crowded. Main room has a snack bar with lots of seating for parties or hang outs. They have about 5-6 massage chairs. They have 4 TVs each on a different Chanel. Last time I was here they had some classic cartoons on! I come here about ever other week!

Great family place to take the kids to jump around and play games. Cool snack bar with pretzels, pizza, nachos, and funnel fries. I brought my 8 yr old here for her birthday. They have good birthday packages. I always use the massage chairs while I wait for about 15 minutes. You can relax in the massage chairs and watch television. Nice and friendly staff.

First time in this place. Exelente please to bring the kids to have some fun and exercise. Staff requires extra training in customer service.Over all a good experience.

This place was very clean had plenty of staff and very friendly. They have equipment to train for American gladiators and available to all ages

For the price and attractions this place is great and the children have fun however when did the sock policy change? We’ve visited Cool Springz for years and never once were told that the children needed to use their grip socks much less borrow some if we didn’t buy there their own. Isn’t that a sanitary issue? I’ve reviewed the website and there is no where on it discussing the sock issue or policy if one actually does exist.

First with a phone call with Shawn, extremely knowledgeable and friendly, to a very warm welcome from Gage making the chaos of checking everyone in easier, to an awesome ending from Gesus! The facility is fun, entertaining and keeps everyone occupied, but for my experience the staff made the difference for us! First time there, but will definitely be willing to go back!

Had a great birthday party here

I went there today to have fun with my daughter and cousins. And it was so expensive ! They dont even charge you the 1 hour $8.99 they charged me & my 6 year old daughter $12.99 each!! Because we were to tall?? I felt that, that was very rude. Since when do people charge by height? What are they going to do next weigh people and say that they have to pay more because there fat or skinny??? I was super upset about that. Ive been to fallout trampoline at cotton wood mall and it is way more cheaper there than this place ! Dont waste your money here. All the workers looked miserable and unhappy. If you dont like your job get a new one !!!

Walked into this place expecting something like Hinkle but was blown away by its uniqueness. This place is amazing. Ninja warrior course, trampolines, laser tag... What more could you ask for? My son loved it. The staff was fantastic, friendly, and helpful and the facility was very clean. I would totally recommend a visit!

I have been to cool springz several times with my 2 and 5 year old. It is one of the only places that I will bring my children during flu season because it is cleaned daily. I have also received great service from the employees. Since I also have a 4 month old baby strapped to me while Im there the employees have been more than happy to help my 5 year old with the climbing walls. They have also gone out of their way to recruit other kids to play laser tag with him. We have had nothing but great experiences here and will continue to keep going back.

We have been here a few times, pretty fun! This visit we had 3 adults, and 5 kids. 2 of the kids were under 3 years old. A staff member named Courtney was really awesome! She was helpful with our 18 month old and 2 year old. Our 2 year old was jumping everywhere and Courtney made sure other kids didn’t knock her over or run into her. She was very nice and made sure all the kids were safe. She really stood out from all the other employees. Thanks, Courtney!

Really neat place to take kids of all ages. The two hours is way more than enough time the kids play until they are completely all played out. There are birthday party options here. And a small place to buy drinks and snacks. You will need to purchase grip socks for 3.00 a pair if you do not already have a pair. There are games and trampolines and a obstacle course. There is staff walking around and monitoring everything and benches for parents to sit if they are not jumping. This place is fun and the kids always ask to go back. My children are 13 and 10 and love this place I have seen older kids and adults jumping also very small kids jumping in a designated area with their parents. There are massage chairs if youd like for a fee.

Cool Springz is COOL! I actually did the electrical work at this building and I got to see this place go from nothing to something. Something very COOL! Families are going to love going to Cool Springz together. There is fun and entertainment for the whole family. The manager Debbie is great and she is so excited to have her doors open now to be able to give Albuquerque, Rio Rancho and all surrounding areas an experience to remember. You also have to try the pretzels in the snack bar. They are delicious! So to all who will be reading this, go to Cool Springz and have a blast and dont forget to thank all the team there for all of their hard work.

Cool layout. Disappointed with all the attractions that cost extra. 19 credits to climb a wall or play laser tag. It feels smaller with the areas designated for various things and the open jump area is pretty small. They put in a little food bar. Thumbs up. Ninja Warrior stuff might be the coolest part. Overall, its cool but looks like gravity park might be our new go to.

This place is so awesome! We go to Cool Springs when we are in Albuquerque for my daughters Specialists appointments. It is a nice sensory treat for my kiddos after having to sit in a waiting room and doctors office. It is also very clean! I highly recommend this for the whole family even the adults! We all had a blast!

We just celebrated our daughters bday at the new location! It was outstanding! Great area for the small kids, lots of wonderful employees all willing to help. It was very clean and has lots of space. The pizza was great and Debbie was fantastic. We will be back!

They werent very helping to people that were there for their first time and when I did ask them they were very rude. Staff needs to be more polite. Other than that great place to play and take the kids.

I would of give it 5 stars, everything went good at first the employees were really nice and got my son birthday setup quickly but I dont know where the miss communication went but when I put my depost down they told me kids jump for 2 hours and than when they brought me the bill for after party they told all kids that it there passes are done and when I talk to the lady she told me its only 90 minutes and I told her the girl other day it was 2 hours and she was nice enough to let the kids have 20min more so everything was awesome till that point but overall a good experience

It was our first time going and we all had a blast! The staff was informative and friendly and the different areas are great for all ages. The staff does a great job of keeping everyone safe and enforcing boundaries. I would have given 5 stars except there seemed to be only one changing station and when youre there for only a certain amount of time its hard to wait 10 minutes to change a diaper. We will definitely be back though!

Staff was very nice no complaint there,but our party was to be from 3:30 to 5 the kids got to jump for a hour we didnt get into our room until 4:45 by 5:15 they were kicking us out. My guest didnt get to finish eating or get to see the birthday girl open her gifts. I do not recommend anyone to have a birthday party there. But my kids love to go jump there other than that. It was very expensive for 30 minutes in the party room. The owner needs to come in with a more reasonable party plan for families.

Probably the best venue for the price for kids in Albuquerque. its one of the largest trampoline parks Ive seen its probably about 50 thousand square feet. The reason why I love it is because its safe for all-ages other trampoline parks have very dangerous multi-level structures not this one its all around story. The icing on the cake is that there are massage chairs refreshments and vending machines in the staff is very friendly and helpful and we do frequently run and vending machines in the staff is very friendly and helpful and they do frequently run specials. Recommended for kids age to 18 must visit

Good place!

Cost was not bad approximately around $8.00 per hour. The customer service was very good when it came to satisfaction. I was not that impressed with one of the virtual games and I was provided compensation but I didnt accept it because it was not their fault. It was still nice that they wanted to make it the best experience and it was.

Officially our favorite trampoline park now! Cant even really call it just that, cause there are so many other things to do now! The manager, Shane, was very professional and polite, and just overall great! The other staff too...they kept checking in with us, asking how everything was, if we were having fun, or needed anything. Who does that?! There were alot of staff throughout the whole facility, which I really liked as I am a parent, because you dont usually see that at the trampoline parks. They were helping kids out and checking on them, even helping take care of them if hurt. I was just really blown away by how awesome the staff treated us. The place is huge and there are many fun things to do besides jump. DEFINITELY 5 STARS!! For customer service and fun!

This place was awesome!! Fun for all ages and no shortage of fun. The ninja warrior course is great also. The warped wall, is like on TV, tall and not easy to get to the top. Good challenge. Timed rock climbing wall, bouncing areas, a hoop you can dunk, jousting, and more. Next time I’m in town, I’m bringing the kids back here for sure!
