I would highly recommend this gym for anyone like me who is ready for a change but dont know how to do it on their own. Like any program, you question if it actually works or if your wasting your time and money. Well let me tell you....They provide you with the tools you need to be successful!! They train you on dieting, exercising, and offer many optional classes, therefore, their is no excuse for anyone who wants to transform their body. The atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly and the staff is very supportive. Overall, a good place to workout.

So I see that Yelp! only shows the one bad review from a Maria R. person, and I felt that I needed to add my own review in support of Psychofit. First things first, I dont appreciate her statement to not trust facebook comments [...] no honest people. I am a Pyschosomatic member. I participated in the challenge, and the FB review that I left was 100% true and from the heart. Maria is correct that the challenge isnt technically free. If you lose the 20 lbs, or 6% body fat, and follow the other three requirements (which are to [1] make daily FB posts about your diet/workout/progress/etc., [2] workout 30 days out of the 45 day challenge, and [3] to leave a review at the completion of the challenge) you can either get all of your money back or you can apply the money to a membership. ALL these DETAILS/REQUIREMENTS are discussed with you before you ever choose to sign up for the program. Arnold is very thorough with you when you first meet with him - he doesnt just try to pressure you to join; rather he gets information from you as an individual to see if signing up for the challenge is a good fit. The Pyschofit Team pride themselves on success stories, so it wouldnt make sense for them to just have a bunch of people join only to have a few of those people actually succeed. When I first met with Arnold I went to discuss joining the challenge. However, upon further discussions Arnold felt that it would be more beneficial if I just tried working out at their gym and attempt to stick to an eating plan first, and then did a later challenge if I still wished/needed to do so. Due to my circumstances at the time, he felt that if I signed up for the challenge at that time, I might just be setting myself up for failure, and that is not something he would ever want to encourage since he wants his members to succeed and feel proud of themselves. The Psychofit Teams goal and desire is for each person to be successful in whatever fitness endeavor they have - whether that is to lose a certain amount of weight/body fat or tone up and gain muscle. When you go here and workout out here you truly become part of the Pyschofit Family - everybody (the trainers, as well as fellow challengers/members) encourage and motivate one another. I eventually signed up for the challenge. The two mottos at Psychofit are FTDI (Follow the Damn Instructions) and Trust the Process, and that is exactly what I did. I did my 30 workouts, and worked out hard (and boy let me tell you, the workouts can be intense). I stuck to the eating plan, and never cheated. I drank my gallon of water every day. I drank my protein shakes 3 times a day (which was the hardest part for me b/c I have never liked protein shakes). I took my supplements (which are optional, but I wanted to enhance/fast-track my results/progress in any way I could). I did all of my FB posts (which was the second hardest part for me b/c Im not a big social media person). And after all of that, I did not lose the 20 lbs. I did, however, lose a little more than 5% body fat, I lost over 10 lbs of fat and I gained over 3 lbs of muscle. But the best part of it all was that my trainers, especially Arnold and Brittney, witnessed the hard work I was putting in, and at the end of it all they worked with me in different ways. Although I didnt lose the 20 lbs, a lot of the other challengers did. What we have to remember is that we are all different - what may work for one person, may not work as great for another. But I will guarantee you this: you will see positive changes, you will see results, and you wont regret at least giving Psychosomatic a chance (whether that means doing a challenge, or just trying the gym and eating plan out). I love this place, and if you ACTUALLY talk to any other member or challenger you will find people with the same general consensus/attitude as me. Even though I didnt lose the weight, I loved my journey - that is why I became a member, and that is why I fully support this place.
