I took my wedding dress in to get altered and they did it so quickly and it turned out so well! The lace is very intricate and they did an amazing job with it. I have several bridesmaid dresses to get hemmed and altered over the next year or so and they will for sure be my first call!

I got my wedding dress altered here and the ladies did an amazing job. It was a tulle wedding dress that was backless. They not only let it out and shortened it, but they added a beautiful strap in the back as well for more support. These ladies are super creative and can tackle any task. I defiantly recommend!! Thanks again!!

I cannot recommend Sew Whateva! enough!! I had brought my wedding dress to two other alterations places that had good reviews online. Final Stitch said they would do it for $400 and Seams and Sew On was truly a traumatic experience... among other things, when I asked the lady to take in the bodice a bit she said it was fine and that, and I quote, there are thousands of people dying in the world, and you are worrying about your dress?!ANYWAY! This is not a review about either of the places. I found Sew Whateva when I was reading reviews in solidarity of my experience with Seams and Sew On. Someone had said they had had a botched job at Seams and Sew On and they took it to Sew Whateva!--and that Sew Whateva! saved the day.Sew Whateva! has been my best alterations experience ever. The owner helped me schedule and appointment with great ease in these strange pandemic times. All three of the ladies I met were super kind and genuine when I came in to try on my wedding dress. I worked specifically with Sarah. She listened to me with what I was thinking with regards to what needed to be altered and even affirmed oh yeah, I could see why you would want to take in the bodice (a real level up from my previous experience), helped me talk it all through, and then, in her expertise (Sarah is super experienced) told me what she planned to do. She worked by the hour and gave me an estimate upfront but said she would be in communication if it ended up taking her longer, but it didnt, she was right on with her estimate. She took in the bodice and a lace overlay and hemmed the layers of the skirt for half of what the other places had told me, scheduled an in-progress fitting, got it done in 2-3 weeks, and did really thorough and fine work--really, really awesome. I am going to bring any and all future alterations here! I am so grateful.

They charged me $70 to put straps on two dresses. The straps on one look like black shoe laces. The stitching is not straight. I honestly could have bought shoe string from Hobby Lobby and done this myself. The sewing on the hem is not a straight line, its all curved and was done very carelessly.

Been taking all of my alterations to these ladies for many years! They do amazing work and they are reasonably priced. They have altered or repaired my military uniforms, bridesmaid dress, leather jacket, jeans, scrubs, lace dresses, etc.

Took my tent in to have it repaired as I searched for a place to do this kind of work. I noticed their name as being able to SEW WHATEVAand gave them a call. They said they could do the work. It had a plastic window that had detached and they were going to replace the window with a piece of matching fabric. I was told that it wasnt ready (at the time i they said) so I had to wait an extra day to pick it up. I went in to pick it up and was antagonized because there was dirt and leaves in the tent, and they had to shake it out(Im sorry). I asked if they had used waterproof thread, and was told I dont know what that is... I paid and went camping. Once out in the wilderness we set up the tent only to find EXTREMELY poor work. The circle patch was not sewn in a circle but about halfway sewn together. instead of completely going around in a circle it looks as if they were either not paying attention, intoxicated, careless or probably all 3, and only completed sewing half of the circle while the rest flapped around??? NEVER seen work this poor!?! Will add pictures when I get a chance. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!
