My boyfriend and I both got the $35 pedicure. A last started him 30 mins before mine . A man did mine, rushed thru, I didn’t get everything my boyfriend did, yet both were 35. Then I got gel, I’ve never seen anyone blot it on. Edges and top of tip have no color. Would never go backAlso the drain behind me smells like straight sewage, disgusting to sit there and smell it the entire time

So the lady who did my nails not only cut me off when I was telling her what I wanted done but instead interrupted me and told me to do something completely different to do because she didnt want to listen. I wont be going back!

My mom and I showed up to get our nails done. I had called a few days before to make an appointment for 12:30. We show up five minutes early. The lady tells us to sit on the pedicure chairs and wait for our work to get done. It was very hot and uncomfortable while we were waiting. We waited 55 minuets and no one came to us yet. So I go to the lady at the front table and tells me we have to wait another half an hour. Mind you there was only two other customers in the shop. We ended up walking out and going somewhere else. I used to love this place. Now its gross extremely hot and the customer service sucks.

They did amazing, and I would go back. My nails are even and naturally shaped. I would go back and have them do it again because they were consistent.

Its hard to find consistency among the many nail salons and I just recently returned to this salon a few months ago. I left because some of the staff were rude and would not listen. Since my return I have been extremely satisfied and feel the staff want to do their best. All it takes is communication.

I only had to pay $30 for a fill and that is much cheaper than in my hometown.

I had a horrible time at world nails. I went in with my nine-year-old kids and she came out with acrylics when I told the lady I wanted to get her a pedicure. She stated to lady she was 9 years old. I was on the other said getting my toes done. Never again will I go there . I ask lady to take them off . She said she have come back in 2 week. I took her to another nail place. They took them off for 10.00 and did a pedicure for low coast. Never will come back. I get my nails clean and done every 2 weeks. World nails charge me 55.00

Wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt. Nope. Went in for 2 sets of acrylics. Was immediately criticized for not getting shellac. After this two of the associates starting arguing in their native language loud enough to cause a scene in the whole salon. I asked for a round tip and got a square. Plus my nails have black specks and air bubbles. Wouldnt go back.

Very expensive, and they change there price with every visit.

I have been coming to World Nails for 16 years and I absolutely love this place. Tee is my nail tech and she does an awesome job on my nails and Im highly satisfied with them and highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

Great service as usual though covid has made the experience and atmosphere a lot less inviting with plastic curtains and a gas station like passthrough to stick your hands through while the tech does your nails...

They do good work but their hospitality is incredible.

Ask for Calvin - he gave THE best foot/leg massage and was very attentive to me as a customer. He spoke English the entire visit and helped with my ingrown toenails. I’m from out of town and I was his last customer of the day, but he did a thorough job and did not slack off on any part of my pedicure. Bring cash to leave a tip. I’m 47, and have had many pedicures, and this was the best one of them all. Highly recommend!!

Clean and skilled. Tried 6 other salons before this one and was not happy. Been going here for 6 months now. Prices reasonable, rarely have to wait and if so under 10 mins. First visit they found fungus on 2 of my nails under the acrylic from previous salons lack of cleanliness. Never had a nail lift unless I did it while working (my nails are very long and I sometimes catch one). They listen to what shape and length you want and the thickness is perfect so not too thin but look natural.

I love this place. Been going two years and only a couple of visits have had a bad job done, usually same person as she was learning and now she does great. One time I had bad polish but went back a couple hours later and she redid all 10 nails.

This was my first time coming into this nail salon with my friend. It was a very friendly atmosphere. We didn’t have to wait. We were done in 45 minutes. We both got the $30 pedicure and were both very pleased. My lady, Zin was very nice and the other lady was also. We received a complimentary glass of wine... Awesome! The pedicure itself was a great experience and I had no problems. I would recommend to anyone.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They charged me 46 bucks for short full set and gave me shellac without my permission I was also charged for that. I showe the women a picture of the nails I wanted and she did the opposite. I asked her if she’d would fix it or maybe spice it up a bit since it wasn’t what I asked for. 2 of the workers went off on me and ignored me. They told me they will not fix my nails nor give me my money back. I will never go back to this place. Very rude !!!!!

I would never recommend after my daughter returned home yesterday. All 10 nails were missing skin and bleeding😡 and they charged her more than quoted price!

My manicure was fine enough but there was hardly any massage at the end of my treatment and the way they did my paraffin was bizarre. I had to go into the back room where they keep it and the tech literally told me to dip my hand in it twice - once up and one down. I did it because I thought to myself surely they know what theyre doing and it burned so bad! And then she took it off in the middle of the salon drying station getting the wax everywhere and causing a spectacle! Will not return - ever.

The lady that did mine made them uneven and way too short. Im going back in today so they can make it right

Ive been going here for over the last 4 months because it was recommended by a friend . I do strictly manicures with gel polish. I am patient in waiting if I need too, and I tip well more than expected. the last 2 times I feel like Im being passed off to different nail techs. I start with 1 and then another one is finishing my nails half way through. 1 week ago I had my manicure and my polish lifted and was peeling off. Im disappointed that I feel like I was a great repeat customer but was treated like a last minute walk in everytime I was there. I will never be back

I came in as a walk in. I was seated right away and my feet soaking in warm water. I did not get the attention of another employee until I started to put my shoes on after the water had gotten cold.

Went in for a fill. The woman who helped me sat down and asked if I wanted a full set. When I told her I already had one and only needed a fill, she took one look at my nails, whipped out a dirty vat of nail polish remover (with the sponge inside) and told me to take my own nail polish off. Apparently I wasnt doing it fast enough for her because she told me more than once to do two fingers at a time instead of one... I was put off by this, but didnt think anything of it until she started and was obviously in a rush. By the time she was finished, my nails were too long, uneven and all different shapes. The polish she applied didnt even cover the whole nail! I was not at all pleased to pay $17 for such an awful job.Do not go to this salon. There are much better places in town that do a better job and dont charge as much!

Technicians are rude when you dont get the service theyre pushing. Today I just wanted a fill with no polish. (Ill polish at home.) She charged me $5 extra for removing the shellac she had applied 2 weeks ago. I would have removed it myself but shellac is almost impossible to remove with acetone. So I wound up paying $20. Shouldnt it have been less than $15 if all they do is fill? Definitely shouldnt have been billed for polish removal. Im not returning.

Nail tech #4, does an AMESOME job! Her name is Tu. Everyone time I go to her she is professional, polite, and very fun. Ive had a couple of bad experiences with others, but shes great! I prefer her ONLY! I highly recommend her!

So I am having a baby any day now and wanted to get my nails done to look good, who doesnt?! Well I saw a lady who told me her name was flower, come to find out from another nail tech, her name is really Tu. Then I bring in MY OWN decals and ask her to put them on 4 nails, (shes viewing a picture the whole time) which only got put on 2 nails, and charged me $10... a design is $3 per nail!!! Let alone all she had to do was cut it out and stick it on, literally! Thats not all, she glued my nails before even sizing it! So my nails are narrow at the bottom and flare out at the top like a pair of bell bottoms. They are super thick and short when I asked for them to be longer. She was in such a hurry the whole time. The girl I went with just got a fill, solid color and my full set was done before her nails! My friends nail tech even told my friend she cheat your friend needless to say Im super mad, not happy with my nails at all and paid $40 for the crappiest nail job Ive ever had. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO HER AND RECOMMEND EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE TECH! And remember dont ask for Tu or Flower which is what she claimed her name was.

Ive been coming to this place for over 12yrs I started out with Kim, then she left, I had Van she was the nicest lady and always knew what I wanted, they open at 930 no one gets here til 945 this is ridiculous not the first or second time every time for the past months that its been this way.

Paid 187 bucks 6 days ago for my 2 daughters and my self to get our nails done.... It was a treat for our selfs after battling a sickness.. Well yesterday my right hand lost a nail I was driving and reached over to turn on the radio and a nail broke off... Im going to go back into world needful and see if they can fix it without charging a arm and leg.... Im giving 2 stars only because 6 days of haven them done one fell off... And lets see how Im treated today .. They was nice and fast made a lil too fast...

They are the only place the has the glow in the dark acrylic powder.... for the past two days Ive been trying to get in to get my nails done and theres been too long of a wait Im a long-time customer been coming here for 5 years and today is tip the cake to where its pissed me off that I think Im going to find a new place because I feel as if somebodys getting their toes done they dont walk over and get their nails done in front of everybody else is just walking to get their nails done

Went In Earlier Today To Get A Full Set For My Cousins Wedding Tomorrow & I Usually Have Good Experiences Here But Not Today . I Needed A Burgundy Polish To Match My Dress, The Label Literally Said Burgundy Mist & Matched My Dress But Once It Was On It Looked More Bright Red . I Asked For Coffin Shaped & The Sides Are Very Uneven . The Lady Kept Filing & Filing My Nails Down & Now Theyre So Short & Look Horrible . To Top It All Off They Still Werent Dry After An Hour & 3 Of Them Smudged . Also, They Kept Bugging About Getting Schlack, After I Repeatedly Said No . Very Annoying If I Say So Myself . Do Not Recommend This Place . Cheap Prices, Cheap Quality .

They used to have the best service and quality supplies. Lately the service is not the best. The prices have increases and my polish came off the same day. Their suggestions were to pay more for the shellac or gel so it will last. Yet another gimic of upcharging. Avoid this place.

Did not get a professional nail fill! They dont take their time and do your nails ie when more customers come in the door the quality of work suffers! I wont go back!!

They didnt paint my nails on the edges very well, and I kept trying to point that out to them but they didnt understand what I meant and just kept filing it bc they thought it was just the glitter causing the rough edges. But it wasnt bc my solid color was rough and too thin. The girl who did mine didnt speak English very well, that didnt help.

HORRIBLE experience! The lady that did my nails DID NOT shape them the way I asked, my nails looked LUMPY and crooked, and she kept cutting my cuticles! What made it worse, she MAN HANDLED MY HANDS. I understand the store closes at 7:30 on certain days, but if they didnt want anymore customers after a certain hour, they shouldve simply just closed and locked the front doors! I was so displeased with the job that was being done that I told her to just stop. One other thing I strongly did not appreciate was the fact that I KNEW they were talking about me in their language. English next time please.🙂

I went I tidy for a manicure and gel polish. My cuticle look worse than when i went in and she cut my cuticle - went to work at 12:30 and my cuticle was STILL bleeding (I got my nails done around 10ish).When i got home i noticed polish on /around my cuticles as well as the sides of my fingers.I told her square round and she ROUNDED them.The polish is blotchy and chunky looking, it looks like a5 year old polished my nails.I called and was told the SAME lady will correct the work.... if she had done it right to begin with there would be no need for a correction.There was ONE customer in the salon but she rushed as if they were packed.NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN WILL U STEP FOOT IN THAT ESTABLIShMENT AGAIN!LOOK AT THIS RATCHETNESS.

Dont waste your money its expensive and they look horrible. She even asked so you like then I said no she goes okay good! Just dont !!!!
