T workers were very polite . The lead person was training his helper, but he needs to pay closer,attention to the training. The helper actually reinstalled several of the vents backward. Directlt the air to the wall insread of out into the room. . Two of the vents were actually swapped, which really,affected the direction of the cooled air...

Issacc was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Since my duct work was over straight shot and didnt go branching off they didnt try and take advantage and charge for the other vents. The bedroom carpet looks brand new! Thanks Xtreme clean.

What a great experience! I called to see when I could get an appointment and Amy answered and was very professional. She got me in in just a few days which worked great with my schedule. Paul showed up on time and after some pleasantries got to work right away. I was able to move everything except my couch and he moved it to clean and moved it back before leaving. I was considering new carpet but instead got a great professional clean instead. What a great decision.

My water heater exploded in the apartment where I live and 30 gallons of water flooded four rooms. Hector from Xtreme Clean was a complete professional. I had seven industrial fans going to dry out my place over four days. He monitored all areas as the carpet and padding dried. He repositioned fans and helped to move furniture. He got my carpets and padding back in place and secured. Very glad that Hector was the service technician! Thank you.

Called to get an estimate. The person I talked to on the phone was rude when I asked a simple question, and I will not be using this company for any services.

They were timely, courteous and did a fantastic job! The only drawback was they didnt move the sofa to clean under it. I moved everything else off the floor and went for a walk while they cleaned. I wish I had stayed to move the sofa for them. I hadnt thought to ask before leaving. Overall, Im very happy and my carpets feel great on bare feet again!

Hector came out to my apartment within a day and cleaned my carpet for me ( I had a guest with oil on his feet ) and he assured me the stains would come out and sure enough they did! Scheduled an appointment with this company. Get a call at the scheduled time that they will be several hours late. Completely wasted my time. If you make a commitment you should honor it regardless of whether you get a more lucrative client.

I bought a groupon from them to have full interior and exterior. Received some VERY poor service. But, wait!!! Thats not all... the customer service is by far worse than the job done.. my advice and recommendation is that I WOULDNT RECOMMEND!!

Had the carpets cleaned today by Joe. He was on time, did a great job and removed a couple of tough stains t hat other cleaners gave up on. A good place for carpet cleaning.

The tech was an hour late. Left the carpets smelling like mildew so I called the company and they apologized and said theyd send someone out at 11:00 the next day to do a rinse and deodorizer and I waited at the house the next day and no one showed up. Called the company they said they didnt have it in the schedule and so I asked for a refund, the carpets were left with a bad odor. They said the owner of the company would call me and he never did. Never heard a word back from the company and never received a refund. Worst $200 Ive ever spent....would recommend going elsewhere.

New young guy came. I wanted the stairs cleaned thoroughly. He said no problem and it took him less than 5 minutes. The stairs carpeting STINK. Otherwise in the past the service has been great. The stairs needcleaning again the service was so bad and it is harsh but will not allow this young man in my house ever again

They showed up for air duct cleaning with the carpet cleaning truck and had to leave to get the right equipment. It took an extra 2 hours and they were already 2 hours late and I had to call to see where they were.. I told the receptionist I was scheduled for air ducts and they still showed up thinking it was carpet cleaning.

Stay away. Rude on the phone when you have simple questions about pricing. Give you absurd windows of time for the cleaning crew to show up...just for them to show up an hour and a half late of “late”. And best of all they don’t even acknowledge the fact that they are late or apologize for it.
