We have 1” tiles on the floor in a couple of our bathrooms in our mid century home. Every year or two Chem dry comes out to clean and seal our grout and makes our bathrooms look fabulous. We also use them to clean our area rugs on a regular basis and they always do a fabulous job.

Weve used chem-Dry for three years now. They arent the cheapest but I love them because my carpets dry in one day (we usually have them come in Sept). We have a ceiling fan, but no other fans and just leaving the windows open with our AC fan running all day does the trick and carpets are dry about the time my kids come home from school (3pm and they come at 8am). With four kids, we cant wait for days for our carpets to dry. Steven is always professional and very thorough. We pay about $1100 for our 2 story 2800 square foot house (1500 is carpet) including the tip and taxes and everything, and thats for the highest quality tier.

Dropped cans of coke from shelf and cans exploded and sprayed walls and carpets all over the place. Called Chem-Dry at 9 am and the nicest lady ever checked their schedule and said they had staff near our home and would be there at least by 2-5 but she would do her best to try to get them earlier. Before 2, they arrived and even had time to do an extra rug which was not hit by coke. Super friendly, efficient, and professional. Finished quickly and the price was unbelievably low for one small rug, one medium rug, and a large living room rug. No chemicals, bottom of carpet does not get soaked or even wet. It just doesnt get any better than this.

I had my carpets and several area rugs cleaned in addition to upholstery (fabric and leather). Steven and his crew did a great job! I especially appreciate the quality products and professional manner in which they come in to do the work. I would highly recommend Chem-Dry to anyone needing these services!

Service provider arrived during designated time, was efficient and effective. Communicated great with me and did an excellent job cleaning carpets. My only constructive comment is that the services were a little pricey.

I had an excellent experience with Chem-Dry with one exception. I have large carpets which had never been deep-cleaned. I opted for the more costly dipping method and am glad I did. The finished products are rich and deep in color. The sole reason I give them 4 and not 5 stars is that one of the guys who returned the carpets was not vaccinated -- I had to ask; the information was NOT volunteered. More concerning, when Chem-Dry called to confirm return, the representative a) did not ask me if I was vaccinated and b) more to the point, did not inform me an unvaccinated person would come into my home. What if I had an immune-compromised person living with me?! Life worldwide now includes a serious, endless pandemic; it is unprofessional and inconsiderate to not disclose an employees unvaccinated status when they are entering your home. Otherwise, I am very happy with service, pricing, communication (except that one issue), and excellent results.

My tile and grout look amazing! We had renters on our home for 2 years and they werent kind to our floors. The ChemDry group did a wonderful job bringing them back to sparkling clean. The guys were professional and neat and really worked hard. No complaints!

We have a sofa with a pull out bed in it that has been a guest bed and cat bed for many years. It had a lot of staining on the sofa and some light stains on the bed. The technician worked especially hard to get as much of the stains out as he could. The mattress looks great and the blackest spot on one of the arms is nearly gone. He did a great job. We had a headboard for a queen sized bed with sweat stains that he went over twice and it looks almost as good as new. The stains are so light that they will be invisible once you put pillows on the bed. Our other sofa and chair are pet hair and stain free thanks to the wonderful work of their technician. I am extremely pleased with how everything looks.

I hired Chem dry to clean my couch because I have pets and kids... stains are still present, couch smells, and there is a pet odor that was not removed as was promised. In addition to being charged a lot for a pisspoor job, my couch also now has a tear in it from the cushion being man handled and pulled during service. The technician who came out was polite, but I am so disappointed in the lack of quality work and this new issue... I’ve only owned the couch for a year... I am so upset. I have sent an email to the lady I have been working with and no response. Attempted to call, no answer.

The technician was nice but did not do a very thorough job on the carpet. I paid $150 for something I could have done myself. It took the technician longer to take the machines upstairs than it did to clean the carpet. Won’t be using this company again.

Chem Dry did an amazing job. I had an 18 year old dog that had numerous accidents the last few months of his life. I was expecting to have to replace the carpet, but Chem Dry made the carpet look new again. I will call on them to serve all my carpet cleaning needs in the future.

Service itself was good—sofa and chair were cleaned very well and at a reasonable price. However, although technician was efficient and courteous, he never introduced himself to me or wore a mask. The Chem-Dry website made a point of saying how the company followed best practices for covid. I’m not a cranky old person but that’s important stuff.

I hired Chem Dry a year ago to steam clean my outdoor furniture. They did a great job so I called again this year and added some indoor furniture. Although they did a nice job with the outdoor furniture, they made a mess in my house. They did not wear booties and tracked dirt and boot prints into my house and on my Asian rugs which had just been cleaned.They put a tarp down on the floor but they produced so much water in the cleaning process that my wood floors and Asian rugs were saturated when they left. I wont hire them again even for outdoor furniture. They werent conscientious enough to avoid damaging my house. How odd that a company you hired to clean your furniture could leave such a mess in the house.

We have been using Chem Dry for many years now. We have our carpets cleaned 4 times a year because we have dogs. They do an excellent job cleaning our carpets. We have 20 year old carpets and they still look new. I attribute it to the fact that we have them cleaned frequently which keeps the dirt, etc. (^%$&^$) from getting ground in. Their pet sanitizer works great if your puppy has an accident. We also scotch guard the carpets as well. Travis, one of their techs/cleaners is excellent. He works hard to get the stains out. We schedule around his schedule. Our favorite staff people are Travis the tech/cleaner and Ashleigh the Administrator who calls us. They are great! Best cleaner company around!

I spent a lot of money getting our sectional reupholstered with a mohair velvet material. Just in my house for two weeks after getting it back from the upholsterers (Lira’s Home Upholstery, love their work), my husband lit a fire in our fireplace, forgot to open the flue, got into the shower, and within minutes the house was filled with smoke. Our new gorgeous couch was infused with black soot and I was very upset. I called Chem-Dry knowing that mohair needs special care and not a hot, watery steam cleaning. Trent, our technician was professional and courteous as was the woman who set up our appointment. He also cleaned our Kerastan rug and a club chair. The colors brightened and everything looks fresh and clean, and my husband promised to be mindful when starting a fire. Happy ending!

He was here today and all I can say is my faith in this company has been restored. Great customer service, on-time and very professional. The house needed some serious time as the previous owners had a problem with pets wetting the carpet. It was not cheap; but, they resolved the odor and cleaned the carpet very well. Two things that they did not do were the easiest, they did not put the throw carpet back nor the coffee table back in place. Not a big deal but I cannot move things back due to being in a wheelchair. I would have given 4.5 if it were possible.

I had my carpet cleaned. They did a full-service job & got stuff clean. It wasnt nasty when we started, but it wasnt the cleanest either, thanks to 3 large fluffy dogs & 2 cats. Most stains got well-lifted, but a curry stain that was yellow from turmeric just wouldnt give even to the greatest of their efforts. They worked with my schedule & honored a coupon. Pretty standard, Id say, but what counts is the results: satisfactorily-cleaned carpet.
