They were professional, and the cleaning job they did on our older carpet just makes it seem NEW AGAIN!!And the Drying Time- That was something I had worried about. I of course volunteered my study. The completed service was excellent, performed efficiently and all in a timely manner. We had 3 stains that were in the carpet when we moved in 2017(at which time we had our carpets cleaned with a different company but the stains remained). Mr. Tellez was able to get the stains out! They used solutions for our specific carpeting (thick polyester). Excellent company!
