This entire staff is so efficient and responsive. Most issues are addressed with timely attention. The Manager, Assistant Manager, and Maintenance Staffe are pleasant and friendly.

Aside from the amazing management, I’m greatful for the staff as well. My dog got out of my apartment without my knowledge, the maintenance man, Dominic, alerted me right away that he was out roaming the complex. If it weren’t for his quick actions, I wouldn’t have my dog today. Thank you Valley Apartments!

I have lived at the Valley Apartments for a couple months now. I enjoy the area, close to work which is a plus. I love that the utilities are included in the rent and I dont have any surprises with my rent. The office staff is sweet and always willing to go above and beyond for us residents. The apartments are spacious . The only issue is the A/Cs could use some work, they are not the best. Maintenance is great too!

Valley Apartments’s is nice friendly. The office staff is nice, friendly. There are no problems with any Residence there are three play grounds for the kids. There is a nice Newly remodeled sign

My family has lived at Valley in the past years, and I now live here. Valley has improved a lot since the new manager has been here. Crystal is great with us residents. She has a really great team as well!! The property is very much cleaned up, and the maintenance is always working at all times (every time i see them). The outside of the property is brighter and more welcoming. The inside of the apartments are a little out dated but the office and maintenance team are the reason i decide to continue to rent here. Never change the manager again, the past manager was very unprofessional and never wanted to help us. Keep up the great work guys!

Nice place to be in. Apartments are nice, roomy and clean. The people and employees are very friendly and think of Valley as not only a place to live but a community.

We consulted because we plan on moving in april when our lease is up at our current place and our experience with the staff was fabulous. They are kind, accommodating and we cant wait :)

Lived here for 6 month was absolutely horrible neighbors car got shot like 12 times while we were upstairs, seen another neighbor house get robbed. I called the cops because a elderly lady got robbed if you got the extra 100$ find something else unless your in a bad situation and you need move the despite is only 300$ best thing about these apartments. The last leasing manager is super unprofessional.

This place could really use security. I know crime happens everywhere but this place a little more attention. Cops have been here a few times.

The rooms are spacious and location is convienant but the leasing manager is unprofessional and should be fired. The air conditioning didnt work most of the summer so be prepared to suffer a heat stroke.

I lived here when I first moved to ABQ last year, while I was looking for a house to buy. The apartments are nice, they are a good size. I was renting a two bedroom, the floors are tile in the living room and kitchen, title that looks like wood, the bedrooms had carpets. The big bedroom has a huge closet. The utilities were included in the rent, so that was great. Now for the bad stuff. There is no security at all. I lived there from August 1, to January 1st. so five months. The battery out of my car got stolen. I went out to the parking lot on Thanksgiving morning to find the battery stolen. A rim on the same (very old) car was also stolen, I was so pissed off, that I slept in my car for a few nights with a loaded gun just waiting for them to return. The building is full of people that use drugs and are desperate. Its also full of cigarette smokers, the entire grounds reek of cigarette smoke. Its nasty. There are no smoke free options in this huge complex. The maintenance issues are addressed quickly which is good. But the security issues, and the rift raft that live there, makes it less than desirable. There are much nicer places in ABQ to rent for about the same or even less money. There is a lot of trash yelling and screaming at their kids, the poor parenting skills are on display daily. I found it to be very depressing. They have some nice play areas for the children. Its dog friendly, so if you have a dog, there are lots of people with dogs. There is a very nice condo complex right next door that I always took my dog to. The location is nice, next to Old Town, but there is a lot of crime, and no security in the building, which is a HUGE problem. I would only live there if no other place would except you.But there are so many units in ABQ there is no reason to go there, unless youre a drug addict and or a criminal. Sorry its a shame too, because the units themselves are ok, I dont know if they still include the utilizes in the rent, which is a good deal.. One other thing you cant go into the office and pay your rent. You can do it online for a cost of 3.00 or drag yourself to a Walmart and stand in a huge line. There is no where to mail it to, which is crazy IMO.

This place and the apartments directly behind it are THE reason the area is known as a bad neighborhood. A truly horrendous den of criminals and human trash. Stay as far away as you possibly can.
