I would like to thank Olivia Saiz and the whole staff at La Mirage Apartments. Olivia helped me from beginning to end in finding the perfect home. My son went off to college and I needed to downsize. She was able to get me everything I wanted refrigerated air, full size washer and dryer and a carport for my vehicle. The area is gorgeous, so close to the mountains and my favorite store Trader Joe’s. She accomplished this in just a couple of days. I cannot say enough about the professional team at La Mirage. Thank you!

Super-positive experience during the application process!!! Olivia was prompt, personable, and professional in helping to answer all of my questions about the apartment I was interested in applying for and helped to alleviate the stress and uncertainty of applying for an apartment from out-of-state. Other property management companies should take note at the exceptional service that La Mirage provides. Thank you Olivia and I look forward to joining the La Mirage community in July. NO PACKAGES FOR OVER A YEAR! Increased risk of COVIDWhen I first moved in, you could get your packages at the front desk. When the pandemic hit they stopped that, understandable. They then shut down all the facilities, also understandable. All of a sudden there was no way to get packages except risking getting COVID and going to the post office the day after the package was supposed to be delivered! Then La Mirage all of a sudden chose to remodel the leasing office, paint the complex TWICE and reroof the entire complex... Still no way to get packages. How they spend all this money on remodels and NOTHING on resident services is astounding.When they finally finished with the leasing office they decided they will no longer accept packages period. And zero communication about it. I had to go to the office to ask what the situation was and they finally told me that this was happening and maybe next year theyll get package lockers, they have a lot of projects to get done first.La Mirage management would prefer to increase their curb appeal and put the residents at higher risk of getting COVID then improve and even save the lives of residents by spending a fraction of what theyve made off them during the pandemic and installing some trifling package lockers. I guess attracting new residents has priority over the lives of the residents LITERALLY. This review will remain a 1 star until this changes, and all the residents I interact with will be encouraged to do the same.

Olivia and Melissa from La Mirage were totally wonderful to speak and work with! The face-to-face tour was professional, with great COVID precautions and even after I left ABQ, they were very responsive via email and on the phone. Their apartments go quick, so dont hesitate to make a move when you see something you like!

Our Leasing Consultant, Melissa McDonald, is absolutely spectacular! She has been very responsive to my general inquiries to the Office. One of several examples is when I contacted her in a panic when I realized that a delivery carrier had delivered a Christmas gift for my spouse to another apartment. She went out of her way to contact the other resident, and retrieved my package. She saved my spouses gift, and saved our Christmas!I shall always be indebted to her, and she won my respect and gratitude always.I am so happy that our community is blessed with staff like Melissa!

I was contacting a leasing agent at La Mirage to rent an apartment. I wanted to see the unit before renting it though and they had told me it was upgraded. They canceled/rescheduled on me 3 times and every time they put pressure on me to try to rent the apartment without seeing it first. Eventually I just stopped responding to them. My friend had rented an apartment managed by this company (NALS/Eagle Ranch Apartments) too and she said they promised her the unit was upgraded so she rented it without seeing and it wasnt upgraded at all. Then once she was in there they never fixed several problems with the unit. She asked them 2-3 times to fix a light that was outside her apartment door that had burnt out because she couldnt see who was outside through the peephole at night and it was also the light that was lighting the stairs so it being burnt out was dangerous. They never fixed it. This company just needs to be shut down.UPDATE: The owners response below is just plain not true. The apartment viewing I had scheduled was canceled/rescheduled 3 times, every time because the leasing agent said the apartment was not ready to view and that the maintenance was still working on it. It was never canceled and rescheduled because the apartment was rented. The last time the leasing agent tried to reschedule they said the apartment still was not ready to view but the apartment had been rented, however the application was not approved. This was the last time I wasted my time with this place.

So far I have been living at La Mirage for 3 months. Overall the experience has been great! The value for the location is great, the safety is great. If you are looking for views of the mountain, look elsewhere, but otherwise a great location! It took them a while to get to the initial work orders we placed, but they did them all within a month. My only complaint so far is the air conditioning and the electric bill. The air conditioner is super inefficient, and the thermostat is one of those old lever ones which is very innaccurate. Today a cold front is coming in and Santa Fe might get snow in early September so I imagine I wont be complaining about the heat for much longer, but the apartment barely holds in cold air, and the air conditioner puffs out lukewarm-cold air almost continuously despite being set to 75. It rarely turned off during the month of August for more than 3 minutes at a time before running for an hour again. (Note this is after 2 workorders for the air conditioner as well)

So very disappointed in this complex. I have lived in the Riverwalk apartments before and loved the experience. These guys are owned by the same company (NALS) so I expected to have the same experience with them, however its been far from that. The front office staff is nice, unless you start getting frustrated with them for never being in the office during their posted hours. Over the past 2 weeks I have tried getting packages that are delivered to the front office for safe keeping. I guess its safe that theyre in the office but I still have yet to drop by and see a staff member working there during their posted hours. Some days they have the Back in XX Minutes sign up but then theres days like today. I know its St. Patricks day but there is no posted sign stating that the front office is closed for the holiday and the doors are locked with all the lights on. Another past incident took place a week ago today. We were trying to get our packages yet again but were greated at the door by maintenance worker who told us that the office would be closed for 10 minutes. One of the receptionists walked out right after and informed us that there was an emergency and they would be back shortly. This never happened and yet again we were unable to get our packages. I find it hard to believe that a complex that prides themselves in being luxury cannot afford or accomplish having a friendly, helpful staff member available during their office hours. This review would be a 0 star if Google would allow it to be.

Utter Disaster of a move out.Upon being promised we would be worked with nicely the nastiest collection agency ever called. This is during COVID-19 and we were excellent renters with no late payments or damage done.The issue was the state of NM stopped paying unemployment.I was willing to work with the company and had even had a verbal agreement from management this wouldnt happen.So much for we care.

We moved my son into La Mirage straight from the dorms Spring 2020, due to the pandemic the amount of apartments in ABQ was very low. The location and the reviews were part of the reason we picked La Mirage. Our daughter lives in another apartment complex about 2 miles away. From the start my son had problems with his upstairs neighbor, bugs & spiders in the apartment & dishwasher that never ever worked despite being fixed 3 times from workers on staff. My husband tried to fix it numerous times management just kept saying it’s fixed never was. He never had a dishwasher and the fridge grew mold from day 1. We bought smaller fridge for him and never used the fridge. Upstairs neighbor stomped around so Loud it cracked the upstairs ceiling in my sons bedroom. Upstairs neighbor also kept trash, boxes at front door for months which caused bugs & spiders to remain in my sons apartment. Management notified many times, courtesy patrol notified did nothing. This Fall it became so bad APD was called and warned her she would be arrested if she kept harassing our 19 yr old son. I met with manager and addressed the issue nothing was done. The final straw to move our son from apartment was our Ford F-350 Diesel truck being stolen in the parking lot in December. Our son used the truck to bring a large item to apartment. The so called courtesy patrol did nothing to stop this. Truck was stolen overnight. APD called, report filed, managers didn’t care or notify residents of a truck being stolen. THERE ARE NO SECURITY CAMERAS IN ANY PARKING LOTS ON SITE. APD found our truck 3 weeks later had been crashed many times full of meth and other stolen items. If we would have known this we would not have set him up there. Our daughter lives 2 miles away in another complex and has cameras, a security patrol that will walk her to her front door, managers that cares about its residents. Never had a problem at her complex. La Mirage is not safe, managed very badly. We paid to break the lease and move our son last month to a safer apartment.

Beautiful place to live. We had a wonderful spot on the second floor, had a beautiful view on the pool and kids playground. So sad we werent able to experience the pool this year. I will sure miss living here!!!

Having a directory of sorts that had appartment numbers posted by the buildings would help delivery and family and friends locate apartments easier.And Parking spaces are very narrow, can almost not open doors.

The La Mirage Apartments is a very nice community to live in. The apartments are well taken care of and the grounds are beautiful. The complex is very quiet and safe. I have never had a bad experience here. Any maintenance concerns have always been dealt with promptly. The entire staff from the office to maintenance are very friendly and efficient! I would like to give a big thanks especially to Jovanna who works tirelessly to make each resident feel like they are her priority!

Not only is the staff at La Mirage easy on the eyes they are also friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful! Jovanna and Jessica make living here enjoyable and easy. If maintenance issues arise they expedite the order the day of and ensure they are resolved timely and professionally. The staff also did a great job catering to any needs or concerns I had when I decided to get a pet. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time living here.

I wanted to take the time to thank Jacob for responding to my maintenance request so quickly. Jacob was extremely friendly and was able to complete my work order very quickly. I have lived here for a couple of years and just renewed my lease. Parking is not the best but I am happy with my apartment. I actually just sent my sister and her new husband to check the apartments out and they loved it and will be moving in next month. Very happy here.

From the moment I arrived here at La Mirage Apartments, it was clear to me that I was not just another tenant. I had a few personal issues that required a flexibility on the part of management and every detail that I needed to know about was discussed with me thoroughly and my best interest was taken into account. Any request for maintenance was honored in the most efficient way possible. I love that I can have packages of any size delivered to the office and be confident that they will be taken care of as if they belonged to the staff themselves. I have always felt that when any change or decision needed attention, I was included in the process as a team player. This has been important to me as apartment living is a relatively new experience for me as opposed to owning my own home. I am thrilled that I discovered La Mirage. It feels good to be addressed by name when I come into the office for any reason. Thanks, Team!

La Mirage was my home for nine years. My husband and I just bought our first home, so we had to say goodbye to our cozy little one-bedroom apartment.La Mirage is the only apartment complex I found in the NE Heights that offered the most square footage and amenities and at the lowest price compared to other complexes. They are an older apartment complex, and they dont have fancy appliances or anything, but, for the most part, we were happy in our apartment. Although I wish the appliances were newer because it seemed we had to call maintenance all the time, I will say that any maintenance issues we had were resolved as soon as possible. Leslie and her team are respectful and really do everything they can to fix any issues and take care of their tenants. I never felt that my problems were trivial, and I really appreciated the concern that Leslie and her staff always gave us.I have noticed that over the past year or so that the new tenants moving in seem to be more ghetto. I totally dont mean to sound rude, but the type of people moving in has changed drastically over the years. Im thinking the credit score or something was lowered, but I have noticed that the complex has gone down hill a little over the years, which was disappointing. However, I never had any vandalism issues or anything like that, and like I said, Leslie really does her best to take care of everyone.For the price, location, square footage, and amenities (especially a full-size washer and dryer), I would highly suggest La Mirage.

The staff at La Mirage is awesome. So far Ive had one issue I had to bring to the front desk. It was fixed within a few minutes. Ive had to report two non-emergency maintenance requests. The maintenance team was in my apartment within two hours on a holiday. I cant recommend this apartment enough!

Love this complex, great staff from Leslie manager and the team in office to Leeland maintain guy. They all work so hard to make you happy.Quite areas, dog friendly, great pools. Have privacys and yet still know your neighbors. The grounds are well kept, very pretty.We have been happy living here, all employees are very helpful. They don’t know how to do their job and communicate with each other. Their staff suck because they don’t know how to communicate with people living here and what they need for their apartment. We’ve been needing our AC to be fixed for weeks and they haven’t done anything still. But yet it’s 94 degrees outside and it’s 76 in my apartment. I have a dog that’s inside too all day. It sucks not having AC but they have it in their office. And they’re always not telling us when they’re going to come and do work in our apartment.

I have lived at La Mirage since 2007, and even when I had to downsize to smaller apartment when my sister moved out, I never had any thoughts of moving anywhere else. The entire staff, from Leslie the manager, to the maintenance guys have always been wonderful to me! Whenever a maintenance issue arises, it is always quickly addressed and fixed. The apartments are nice, and the rent has always been reasonable compared to surrounding complexes. It is a well maintained complex that I regularly refer people to if I know they are apartment hunting!

Shes amazing with her customer service and she helped me and my fiance with any questions we had. She made us feel very comfortable in the setting and was very professional. Lived here for almost 2 years, great fun pool and bbq area! Washer and dryer in apartment which is so nice to have because most complexes in the area dont! Sold us on that! Staff always changing but overall good experience here! Yes weve had some issues with the complex but nothing that couldnt get resolved! I am excited because in one more year we will have a house and will miss this place and area we lived in!

Worst apartment complex Ive ever lived in. Ive lived in 5 different states and this is by far the most unsafe complex Ive lived in. Albuquerque is notorious for crime so its unfortunately inevitable here but the management at the complex has zero safety measures. My husbands car was stolen right outside our door in the parking lot for starters. Our new puppy got deathly ill due to careless tenants leaving marijuana out in public for innocent animals to consume. And the last straw this week is that our mailboxes got broken into TWICE. When we asked management what they are doing to keep us safe, the answer was a joke. They refuse to put up security cameras because the crime is going to happen anyway. They explained that people are allowed to have medicinal marijuana so I guess sucks to be the rest of us that dont use it.Besides the security concerns, the water heater on the 3rd floor broke one night after maintenance hours and it flooded our apartment on the first floor. It took them 2 hours to show up. They did a half ass job patching the water damage in the walls and put a blow drier on the carpet without pulling it up or replacing anything. Their repairs are half assed.DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!

Honestly La Mirage is the worst place Ive lived in so far!! There is nothing luxurious or worth the price we pay here! It takes months and multiple visits for something to be fixed they never answer there phones and dont respond to messages. Ohh yeah and good luck finding parking cause there is never any and youll pay more than way nicer communities for the paid parking! Go figure ..

I use to live here and really enjoyed it(: But the worst parking. I had a few dings on my new car:/ One really strange experienced I had with maintenance, I was sleeping in late and all of a sudden i woke up to a guy and girl talking, and laughing in the hallway next to the laundry room. I didnt hear them knock or anything?!!! Right when I got up they left. I checked to see what they were looking at..The dryer knob was broken right off. It was fine before! So odd.... There was a part wrapped in plastic under my laundry. Like deep under it and I knew it wasnt there before. I say that because my socks n other personal stuff...were around there. I had to call the office to fix the knob by the way

Never rent here! When I moved in, the apartment had not been cleaned before leasing it to me. Doors were off hinges, there were bleach stains and cigarette burns in the carpet. There were sticky areas of leftover food inside of the refrigerator and freezer, indicating they had not been cleaned after the previous tenants and before my move-in. Parts to the refrigerator door were broken and the screen door to the patio was clawed by the previous tenants animals and despite putting these things on the initial check-in sheet and going in to the office again, they were never fixed in my seven months of leasing this apartment. The office claimed that their key did not work to my apartment and they could not get into my apartment to fix these problems. The shower in the bathroom that I had never used was clogged because a scrub brush was lodged down deep in the pipes. When I called this in, the front office did not believe me even though I told them there was black mold coming out of my drain. It took them 3 days to clean and unclog the drain so I had to live with black mold in my shower for 3 days and I have pictures to prove it. There are no lights on the outside of the apartments that are on all the time during the night, making the staircases completely dark and very dangerous. La Mirage has very poor management and communication. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

I have been looking for a potential apartment for my family and I to move into this summer when my lease is up at my current apartment and when I went to La Mirage Bryanna helped me and was VERY informative and helpful! She went above and beyond for my family and I by providing us with all of the different options. Honestly this is the fourth complex I’ve been to this week and we chose La Mirage simply because of the customer service we received from her. And on top of it the complex was very well maintained!

The staff just does not return calls. Its a nice complex, and nice area, but the staff seems prejudicial and biased to who they serve. I have been waiting on a refund for my deposit for over a week now. Their website says refunds would be processed within 24 hours, not true, and no one has returned any of my calls at all. When I do call, all tgat I get is their answering machine.

I have lived in many apartments in my day and this has been the best. The office is very proactive at keeping their residents happy. Im a busy mom with tons on my plate and the last thing I need is to be worrying about my home. I have never had an issue with them regarding my maintenance requests. DO NOT EVER move in here! Our apartment has had so many things broken that they took MONTHS to fix just for them to go and break again a day later! its ridiculous! Worst of all we have a MAJOR mold problem! They wont come fix they say its mildew so its fine! Youve got to be kidding me! Its not mildew and even if it was thats still their job to fix it! I have had to take an allergy pill every single day for months! If I miss an allergy pill I wake up in the middle of the night coughing and sneezing with a dry mouth and nose and itchy eyes. The front desk girls are rude and consecending. They lie and they treat you like trash. Cant wait to move out of this stupid place!

My Husband and I went into the office on the weekend we are looking for a 3 bedroom for our family. A young lady help us her name was Jovanna she help us answer all our questions. she could not show us a 3 bedroom that day because she did not have any that where ready she offered to email us pictures of the 3 bedroom and even offered to give us a call when a 3 bedroom was ready so can go and take a look at it, We had visited the apartments right next to La Mirage and the lady was really rude I thank you Jovanna for making us feel Welcomed We will be waiting for your call.

Me and my boyfriend just moved into the La Mirage apartments and we couldnt be happier! Jovanna at the front desk was SUPER helpful during the application process and move in. She even walked us to our apartment when we first got the keys and showed us an easier way to get our stuff in. Plus the fact that we requested updated appliances in our apartment and without hesitation they ordered the appliances the day we applied, they are BEAUTIFUL by the way brand new stainless steel. If you are looking for a beautiful apartment ( we got a 2 bedroom 2 bath) in a quiet part of town I would suggest looking here. The only downfall is parking near our building but its an apartment complex it comes with the territory. So far we are in love with our apartment and the staff that is here! Daniel from maintenance is awesome to he spent almost an hour making sure that everything on our list was fixed and was super respectful to me and my belongings! check this place out promise it is worth your time!

Once we moved he they were always on top of things if they needed to be fixed. Only reason we left was due to the long commute to work. I was very sad to move but Id recommend la mirage to anyone!!

Beware, the place is superficial, but dig deep and you find they do not care about you at all. I was robbed and all they said was oh my, ill let corporate know and hung up. I complained about 12 times to corporate and to the idiotic manager about extreme noise from neighbors above me and her response was, the neighbor said they didnt make noise. What was once a good place to live, has turned into a place that has no concern for its residents and hires people who need to go back to school to speak properly and maybe get a clue.

Please bear in mind that the 3 star rating is for the entire moving experience, not just the apartment itself. The office staff outright lied to us from the start as to when we could expect the keys to the apartment. We were told that the apartment was being cleaned so the keys werent available. When we went in to pick them up on the day they had specified, it turned out that no work had been done on the apartment in any way, and the cleaning staff only started on it while we were signing for our keys. Maintenance hadnt been in since the last residents left or they would have noticed the crack in the shower door. Also, when they tell you all the appliances have been replaced in the last five years, take that to mean all the appliances in the model apartment have been replaced in the last five years. If the refrigerator and stove in our apartment has been replaced in the last five years, then they must have replaced it with something from Goodwill. The fridge is actually almost the same model my parents had when we moved to New Mexico 17 years ago. We were told that the freezers came with ice makers, but ours is lacking one. There was still food stuck to some of the appliances, the carpets had not been cleaned, and there was trash on the floor from the previous residents. The apartments are fairly nice and roomy, however, and there are only a couple complaints as to the build quality. An issue for us is that the drawers throughout the apartment dont have railing of any kind. Theyre just wooden boxes stuck through holes in our cabinets. That means that they fall forward every time you start to slide them open. All those complaints aside, if youre looking for a decent apartment complex for the price in this part of town, these ones arent bad if you can stomach the management staff. A lot of residents Ive talked to didnt have the same experience with the office staff that we had, but I can only speak for what happened to us.

This apartment complex does not give accurate information about lease clauses to be signed. After paying a $200 hold fee and a $64 application fee, it took two weeks to process my application. Upon signing the lease I was shown a lease clause stating there would be no medicating with cannabis which I have a prescription for my ptsd from combat operations in Iraq defending this great nation. After I explained that I could not sign a lease remanding neighbors to report cannabis smoke to the office, terminating my lease I was told that none of my money could be refunded and that no smoking signs in the lobby and in various places in the lobby constitutes no smoking in my apartment. The company kept my money and told me that they would also seek an additional $64.75 which if not paid would be reported to collections. That’s a total of $330 to look at and apply to an apartment that I was not going to rent. Unethical business practice. Do not bother with this company.

The worst place to live! Not only does my apartment mold, but they expect you to pay for an extra month if you dont do a 60 notice. The pool is always under treatment, these apartments have turned ghetto whit so much noise, partying and fighting from its tenants. It is a nice area but these apartments are not worth the money.

We have live here for 5 years. And this year has been the worse now that they have new management and staff. They will barge in whenever they want saying that they sent out emails saying they are paperless now and to check our emails things about our apartment. But yet we just recieved a notice for a patio violation on paper for having a mop on our patio. I do not recommended living here. It is like a prison here, No freedom. If we could we would put 0 Stars 👎

I have lived here for 2 years now, and have never had too many issues. The only issue Ive had lately is that the office staff makes mistakes with their mail/packaging storage. Ive had packages sit in their office for weeks because they right the wrong apartment number on the package. Its happened twice for me. The apartments are pretty comfortable and safe, but the mail storaging sucks. They really need to do a better job. And the mail boxes keep getting broken into👎

Seriously can’t wait to move out of this place. For the amount of rent we pay you would think that everything would at least work. When we moved in there were belongings from the previous renter still in the apartment, maintenance left tools, we had no hot water, plus the lock on our balcony door was broken. We have had maintenance come many times to fix our air conditioner and it still doesn’t work. Not to mention our toilet gets clogged every week from other peoples poop and dirty mop water and it comes into our toilet. Gross!! I still don’t think they got to our building with inspections and they say they have pest control spray but I have seen two black widows in our apartment. Don’t move here especially for the rent they charge it’s NOT worth it.

Neighborhood is very good. The stuff inside is quiet old. Bird poop for my apt is a huge problem. Parking can be bad. Price is ok for that area. But I feel like I could get some much better apt with little higher price.

Lived here for a year and our experience was great. Our unit wasnt updated but it was very clean and well worth the price we paid monthly. When ever we had an issue, maintance responded within 24 hours and addressed the issue as well as staff being very friendly. Quiet and safe neighborhood as well.

I lived here previously and had our vehicle broken into and 2 mountain bikes stolen off our balcony. We reported to management but we were not provided any reassurance other then to report it to police. The parking spaces are also small. Neighbor upstairs was a heavy smoker which drifted into our unit, which was disgusting.

If you value your property. Dont live here. I would never recommend these apartments. Although the staff are very friendly I think their hands are tied when it comes to helping. There is no security. My husband had all 4 tires stolen off of his 4 month old truck and wa left on the ground. It cost us over $5000.00 for repairs. In a different incident his truck was jacked up in an attempt to steal the spare tire. The bumper was jacked up and needed repair. The truck was parked in front of the office at the time where we assumed it would be safe. There are no cameras or security on the property.We were without air conditioning for over a month when the temperatures were over 100The did give us a small window unit that cooled the area about 5 ft in front of it but that was it.On their website it states call if your heat or air goes out as that is considered an emergency. It took over a month. We also had mice. We were given paper traps with sticky stuff that the mice would step onto and drag around the apartment. It was gross. It took them weeks to take care of that problem. I have lived In New Mexico 17 years and rented several different places. it has never taken over a week for things to be fixed and never have I ever had mice. If it takes that long to have things fixed I suggest hiring more maintance people. Again I dont blame the office people. I blame the corporation they work for..

I was scared to go and take a look at La Mirage because of the bad reviews but I have learned that you never judge a book by its cover the apartments look really great and in good conditions We went this last week and liked it a lot we are looking for something in the summer but la Mirage is definitely one on the top on our list The lady that helped us was I believe jovanna she has really good costumer service and made us feel welcomed by offering us something to drink and also a little snack thank you so much jovanna we will be talking soon I just thought I would leave a review to let other people like me know that this place is really pretty and costumer service rocks!!!!

I live here now.It’s over priced. The front desk people leave randomly throughout the day which makes it har dot get packages which you have to pick up from the office.The pools are closed without any notice. The front office people are terrible. They enter your apartment with barely a day of notice. Would move out if I could.

Im so frustrated! We just moved into this apartment 2 months ago and have already face 3 major problems! From the day we moved in, our dryer didnt work, even though that was a major draw to the apartment. We had to repeatedly complain about it- 4 to 5 times- until finally over 2 weeks later it was fixed. Then, as we used our oven, we noticed that the smell of something dead was eminating from it! We filed another maintenance request and once again, it took the maintenance person visiting 3 times for them to replace it and admit that there were MICE nesting there. Now our dish disposal is broken and the dishwasher is backing up into the sink. Who knows how long that will take.We were ONE day late with rent and they want to charge us $100 for that. No understanding or apologies on their part that they take a long time to fix things, but if were late, theres no flexibility. Urgh, I regret moving in here. I would not recommend it.

I moved into these apartments in June. I did the move in inventory AND STILL nothing has been fixed. My air conditioner has broken 3 times. When I brough up issues of suspected water damage following heavy rains on 7/18/17 they completely disregarded what I told them. I also have requested maintenance to check out some leaking from behind the refrigerator twice and nothing has been done. To give you an example of what im paying $1000+ for, picture a floor unit with 2 window screens either off or hanging off the windows, exposed light switches, frequent calls to maintenance to fix the a/c, horrible parking, and possible water damage that gets ignored. I do not recommend this apartment to anyone.
