Been at the blue water village now a few months its been great office staff is easy to work with they take care of the apartment quick to fix anything wrong and the apartments are very nice any updated I lived a few other places the charge more for out dated nasty apartments

Nice apartments for the price. Ive lived here almost a year and havent ever had any issues aside from normal apartment living. Managment is easy to work with, and addresses any major issues quickly.

I’ve lived here for about two years now, and I’ve never really had a problem with staff, once and a while they can be rude!! But at the same time who wouldn’t be when they have 1,000 people constantly complaining. Our car was stolen from the property but they said that it’s not there problem basically. I would like if they would take more initiative in their residence safety and possibly put up gates and security cameras up!!!!!!!

The maintenance guy named Dave or David is very nice and helpful to me and my son, I am a single mom that works 80hrs a week can’t do everything like last night my pipes busted and David came and helped me with my problem while I cooked dinner and when I was done I seen he was helping my son with his math homework and I’m so happy for that because my son never had a father figure in his life and I’m glad to live here

This is the worst place I have ever lived atMy car has gotten damaged twice and the office did nothing about it they say they don’t let strays come out here but they are always out here we suppose to have security at night and I have never seen a security officer I have only lived out here for 3 months and have had the worst of the worst experiences of my life I wouldn’t recommend no one to move out here

I love this place the staff is very friendly and caring!!! They helped my little family out so much in search for a new home !!

Nice apartments

HORRIBLE, cheap rent is not worth the stolen property or the black widow infested apartment. First and second day of our lease our vehicles were broken into. Later my bicycle was stolen. Then we were blamed of putting garbage by the doors and staircase, when it was someone else. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this property.

Dont know what these people are talking about but the management has always treated me great and worked with me a few times yeah parking lots get packed but never had a problem with my car being broken into its mainly quiet around here Ive lived her for 3 years now never had an issue not once.

OK so I was living at the blue water apartments for about 8-9 months. The 2ND day we were there our car got broken into and stuff was taken. A few months after that me n my husband were coming out if work, once we got home a group of people that live there were standing out side and attacked me n my husband from behind. We told management and they turned around and gave us a 3 day notice. So if your looking to rent here think twice. These people are very unprofessional and dont do there job right. Everything sucks here they never fix ANYTHING!!!! SO if u want your family to b safe I would highly recommend looking elsewhere!!!!!

My sister in law and brother live here my brother is disabled is blind in one eye, has diabetes and severe neuropathy in his legs in which he has to use a walker, they have had a water leak for quite a while now they have complained several times to have them fix it and due to the neglect from bluewater apartments my brother has fallen down hurt his back and legs and making him suffer even more pain than hes already in. The apartment is starting to grow mold and they still continue to do absolutely nothing about it. I have tried calling myself and no one answers their phones. Extremely concerned and annoyed with bluewater village apartments.

I would never recommend anyone living here! It is such a ghetto place and most of the residents are not very nice. My sisters car was broken into once. And, once she got a new car, they tried to steal that car twice. Then, someone stole my car at gunpoint from the parking lot when I was getting home from work. Plus, the men that do maintenance arent very good at what they do.

My daughter lives there, they are friendly people, a safe place to live! !

A good place to live friendly staff

My elderly mother lives there. Maintaince people are poorly trained or have little to no knowledge of what their job in tails. Office staff is just as ignorant this is a place where promises are made, but never kept. Most residents are not the kind of neighbors you want. I would never recommed any one live here!

Sooooo getto and there a lot of people stealing cars and the workers are so mean dangerous for kids because there is to much people shooting at houses and a lot of drug sealers and people smoking in front of people driving aggressive

Do yourself a favor and dont rent from here if the manager dont like you theyll treat you like trash and give you a dirty apartment and if they really dont like you after a few years theyll evict you and refuse to give you a reason my few years have been very unpleasantto the manager if your reading this which I doubt you are good luck getting anyone into your stupid MEXICAN ONLY COMMUNITY thats right people if your not Mexican dont bother trying to apply here youll be turned away dont waste your time, save yourself the hassle go some where elseP.S. my name isnt really Kaleb but i dont think the manager will be smart enough to figure out who I really am

I live here and this is the worst apartments I live in thank god I’m moving in July management is horrible unprofessional maintenance is about as bad you cars are always being broken in to no cameras no security they raise you rent and the apartments have nothing to show for the rent Increase the management gives you wrong information if I can rate a 0 i would don’t move here !!!!!
