Got a beautiful gel manicure and pedicure for my wedding. My technician was so sweet and did an excellent job.Update: it’s been almost 3 weeks later and my gel manicure and pedicure still looks amazing with practically no chipping.

I will say this was the worst nail experience I’ve ever hadThe location was great the lady that did my pedicure wish I got her name was fantastic however the gentleman that did my anc #175 did a horrible jobThese are my nails with the exception of two that are not pictured hereI did them on 6/25 so a Friday and today is Tuesday 6/29One cracked one broke and one is liftingIf it wasn’t for the fact I live 35 minutes away I’d go back but just a reminder to not go backWhich is a shame bc I was looking for a new nail place even if I had to travelAgain I give the staff a 5 but the work was a 1

Great nail salon! I would definitely go back. Staff was super friendly. As soon as we walked in I was seated. It was quite empty which was nice but I also went later in the evening around 7p. The service I received was a UV Gel Set which cost $50. I decided to get my nails painted yellow hoping that Spring was coming soon!

Overpriced. The staff was nice but the price was not okay. I got a Wonder Spa pedicure and manicure with gel color it costed me $110. My husband had a 90min massage and felt that the massage was poorly done . It cost $115..🙄🤔They left the door open before during after the massage. He felt uncomfortable. We also tipped them $40 we will not be back. During this time where things are going up I am not going to pay for overpriced luxury self care items. Its not ok . Very upset about this.

I went with my sister... My husband was very pleased. Ill be returning in a few weeks for Grace to service my nails.

Wonder Nail and Spa is the best. I get ANC and a pedicure with Amy and she is wonderful. She always takes good care of me every time. Such a nice person and really does care. Grace is wonderful too!

I regularly go here for pedicures and ANC manicures. The staff is so friendly and extremely accommodating. They even go as far as fixing my nail free of charge if I chip or crack my manicure! I highly recommended!

Great place not only for the manicure/pedicure but physical therapy if you have orthopedic, ortho issues - therapy is HAPPY FEET, 45 minutes session.

My nail artist was quick and super friendly, he made sure to ask me if the shape color and length were all okay before proceeding and my nails came out absolutely beautiful. Definitely my new nail spot!

I love their Happy feet massage!! Makes me feel so relaxed for $24.95! Can’t beat it. Never had a rude person there. When my nails were drying I have even had them rub my back! Doesn’t get better than that! Oh, and my grandkids love it! They are treated with respect!

So rude honestly. Charged me for literally everything, $10 for shaping is really ridiculous. The guy there was disrespectful and his breath smelled really bad as well. I asked how much for an acrylic set and the lady almost said $25 & toilet breath jumped in and said $35. Guy was rude and didn’t care much,, barely a spa just a cheap amazon chair.

Love it second time here. Both times did a great professional job. Nice warm environment. Ray did my nails and feet both times.

I went on Sunday for happy feet I kept telling the girl please be softer she didn’t listen...one time I scream out in pain and she said oh that hurts? I spend $30 bucks to basically get beat up....I couldn’t sleep that night my neck and shoulders were in so much pain...today they are still sore, stiff and they still hurt... never again

Very professional service. I’ve been going there for 6 years and have always received excellent service. I usually always go for the ANC nails .They can shape your nails anything you want, which I have gotten done many times for my cosplays. They last a long time and I’m always pleased with the result! Overall, love this spa.

Ill never go here again...had my nails done on Monday and by Wednesday two had fallen off. I went back to ask them to redo them and they blamed me for them falling off! Ive been having my nails done for a very long time and never had this issue previously. Definitely going elsewhere!

My regular place 5 star nails on colonies was closed so I had to settle. Okay customer service. Nice hand/back massage and cuticle clean. Poor nail design had to keep redoing a very simple design. I will go wait for my store to open next time.

Best spa pedicures ever!

A little expensive for just gel manicure, but they were very well done. Lasted over 2 weeks without lifting. Zero customer service skills, and the place is quite shabby. But a good manicure is a good manicure!

I had a basic manicure and pedicure done. Rude staff. Poor customer service. Rushed me in and out. Very bad pedicure. Part of scrub tool came off and he didnt finish scrubbing the bottom of my feet. Expected tip. Husband gave them a tip out of pressure because he didnt want to be rude himself.

This place has terrible customer service. I had 6 nails crack and break a week and a half after getting ANC done. They gave me a hard time about fixing, argued with me about whether they were broken or not and wouldn’t fix the 4 that weren’t broken to match. The guy did a terrible job fixing them, got the stuff all over my fingers, looks like a kid did them. They were rude talking about me In Chinese while I was sitting there and I told them so. I DO NOT recommend this place and I will never go back!

Pedicure was way too fast! I didnt even have a chance to sit and exhale in the pedi chair before she started the pedicure. Although she was super friendly, you can tell they push for the specialty pedi. The basic pedi for $25 was ridiculous. My feet were still ashy and heels hard. Felt as if we were rushed.

Terrible experience. The tech didnt do my cuticles, didnt fully clean under my nails, didnt even have me wash in between filing and applying gel polish. My nails are bumpy and I said three times that he needs to do my cuticles and he still didnt. When I cashed out I said there was no way that 15 minute, gel polish application was worth $30, so I didnt tip. They yelled at me for not tipping! I told them, as someone who works in the cosmetology industry that tipping is based on the experience of the visit. And they were still upset. Never again

Severe pain after massage and during. Massage therapist mostly massaged my bones. Very painful. She expected a tip after and mentioned it. I wasnt going to give a tip and she got upset and started talking angrily to another employee. Never going back.

I have a very stressful job. So I was told to go to this place and get a Happy Feet to help with the stress. I walked in and was immediately met with a smile. I asked for what I wanted and was put in a room with my wife and we enjoyed a nice green tea foot soak and then a massage of the arms, chest, back and shoulders. Then they massaged our legs and feet in a total of 45 minutes. All that for $24.99, you cant go wrong with the that!

Happy feet oriental massage is for sure much better as well as Medical Arts hands therapist Miss Rutht too than OrthoNY physical therapist on Union Street, Miss Kim with 30 years of experience according her and knowledge about inflammatory stage of feet and exercise she offered to have as well as Mr Williams as referral 😂😂😂. Guess, 30 years of doing nothing within 30 years didnt come any medical experience and customer satisfaction goals too.

I don’t understand these awful reviews. I’ve been 4 times now and staff are always wonderful and do a great job. Always get seen within 5 min of walking in the door. I would recommend them to anyone!

In full disclosure, I am a very picky client, and I will admit that I may have unrealistic expectations. Pleasing me is not an easy task.Due to prom season, mothers day, and scheduling I was not able to go to my nail place, that I have faithfully gone to for almost 3 years.Without appointment I walked in on a Friday afternoon (330) and someone helped me right away. They were quick and efficient. Had the color I wanted.I was impressed by how the technician held his instruments, like a surgeon. He was very attentive to detail and addressed some items I didnt have to mention. He took care of items that I did address with ease.The reason why I am giving this 3 out of 5 stars is the severe lack of communication due to language barrier. For the record, I work for a company where I am the only employee that English is my first language. I am confident and comfortable working with people to which English is a second language. However, I think the end result here would have been better if there was effective communication.More importantly, and disappointing is that my nails were filed some as coffin, some sqoval, and some are filed so far that they are coffin on one half and sqoval on the other half. I will add pictures as soon as I get home.And lastly, the price was the same that I pay at my regular place which was somewhat disappointing. This outfit literally 10xs more employees than my regular place. My regular person is proprietor of her business, and works alone, which limits her volume, and her prices reflect her 20 yrs experience and exclusivity. With 10xs more people, doing 10xs more work, you would think that with the amount of volume, they would be slightly more competitive than a single technician location.Otherwise, I think, all in all, if you find yourself in a pinch, this is a safe bet to get you good enough to hold you over until you can get to your regular person.

I do not recommend Wonder Nails. I had the worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. Someone needs to teach the staff what customer service is. They were rude and unattentive, and did not listen to what you wanted done. Also, when your ready to leave not happy with the job they have done they have the nerve to ask you how much of a tip your going to give them.

It was relaxing but the actual pedicure was awful. I went with my mom and her nail polish a had bubbles in it (witch the lady did NOT take care of) and the only reason I went was because I have a lot of dead skin on my feet, and it barely changed. I have enjoyed it in the past, but u DEFFINITELY expected WAY more than what I got for 60 dollars.

Horrible. Rude. Try to steal my money. I gave him 20 dollars after a foot massage (which was nice) and an (awful) full set, and asked for change, it was closing time and kind of hectic, all of a sudden I was being motioned to go brocade my nails were dry, I asked where my change was and he looked around like I was nuts, threw his hands in the air all mad and had to go to the register and get it. It was definitely on purpose. Never again.

Rude Rude Rude! My hands are in so much pain! The paint job was messed up my nails arent straight and my fingers bled because of how rough she was being. Then she charged me 40 dollars when acrylics are 30, and told me that she made me aware it was going to cost more, which she failed to do until after all was said and done. Im not happy what so ever, do not go there find a place that is cheaper and customer service is a thing.

Everyone that said they are rude they are right and say they can do things that they can’t. I ask for a ombré ANC and let’s just say it looks ridiculous. I will never step foot in this place again I only went because I had a gift certificate. I was nicked several times, the lady didnt care, she didnt do a good job at all. The guy had to take over and complete the work I wanted.

I went to wonder nail and spa two nights ago for a mani pedi. Not even 24 hours later my nails started to chip. I wasnt doing anything that would cause this to happen. I went back the next night to have them fixed. This morning when I looked at my nails they had chipped even more. Never going back here again. Wish there was a zero star rating.

I love the staff here! They make me feel like my business is appreciated, they remember my name, and they always do an amazing job, especially on my ANC French manicure.

The absolute worst experience ever in a nail salon. The male staff person was so rude, proceeded to do my toe polish change with an attitude. Then passed me off to a female to do my nail fill and eye brows.When it was time to pay, he began yelling at her in thier language. She angrily came to me with my change and informed me that he did my toe polish and both of them need a tip. I should not have tipped him at all for is rude behavior. I gave her a tip for both of them and she was clearly not pleased with the amount. Unreal. She did not give me a chance, still holding my change and demanding I tip both of them. I have never seen such rude, obnoxious behavior in a salon in my life. My regular salon, 5 Star in Colonie will get a bigger tip from now on. I appreciate thier great service so much more now. I only tried this Wondernail Spa on a recommendation. Never again!

After a terrible manicure and French anc which is way over priced they complained about the tip we left. What a joke this place is. Go somewhere else for a better quality service for less money! Really deserves negative stars.

My daughter went in for acrylics this evening and 2of her fingers cut, the woman doing them was not customer service friendly..the nails are loose, filed unevenly,the polish job was not profesional..then she got charged for a service she didnt want and to make things even worse is that they did not refund her money And they didnt fix the botched job on her nails..this place doesnt have any good customer service and its all about the money and not making the customer happy when they leave the store...I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!

Let me just say..... I have never been to a nail salon with workers who have such awful attitudes.... NOT ONLY DID THEY HAVE NASTY ATTITUDES.. They are so rude, and aggressive. I went for a pedicure and manicure. During my pedicure I lifted my foot out of the water because the lady cut my nail crooked and when I took my foot out of the water she pushed my foot back in the water.. She was very aggressive while peeling my heels. Very rude. THEN I got my pedicure done by a worker named Tony... he yelled at me because I was looking at my thumb nail because it was shorter than all the other nails. He yelled “stop it, stop it, I’m not finished yet... don’t do that.” And shoved my hand on the arm rest..... also way expensive for a manicure and pedicure $70.00???? I had a coupon for $10.00 off..... if I didn’t it would have been $80.00??? AWFUL.
