First time getting a pedicure and all of my 56 years they did an awesome job. I love how gentle they were with my feet and my toes. With my disabilities. Would recommended it to anybody

I don’t know how to feel after this last experience I had with Alba. But this is how this last experience went. I honestly didn’t want to get my nails removed by Alba but they did. I knew it was going to hurt getting them removed. So I decided to cut and shave off most of my last acrylics. And the removal process was painful. But I am a non confrontational person. I don’t speak up and that’s my own fault. But I started tearing up because of the harsh removal of the acrylics. I also had a piece of my hyponychium cut into. (The skin under the nail). While the process of the acrylic was put onto my fake nail my nails felt like a burning sensation. Overall I thought the nails might have been a bit pricey ($70) for what they were maybe but it’s up to personal thoughts. The removal process could’ve been better.Response time I went I asked how much it would be any you guys had said “We don’t know up front till it is done.”

Very disappointed. Won’t be going back here. Didn’t even have someone start on my nails until 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Some of the ladies were nice but the gentleman that did my nails was very unprofessional. He didn’t even say hello. Didn’t ask me if I wanted my nails shorter or what shape. He basically did what he wanted and I had to pay for it. Very sloppy and crooked. Half my fingers were bloody and cut and he didn’t even bother to wipe the blood off my fingers before painting them. Please don’t go here. Plenty of other business that are more professional and clean that will give you way better quality than this place.

If you pay for the basic pedicurebdont expect much. Each time I have been there they arw at least 30 minutes behind schedule.

I went there for my birthday nails, I waited for a while before they finally got me to the chair. It took forever for them to do my nails when I left my nails where chipped before I got out the door. The next morning when I woke up my nails only had a tiny bit of polish.

I’ve gone to Alba Nails and Spa several times and I have nothing but great things to say about them; they are awesome! The ladies there are so sweet they make you feel at home. I usually just show them a picture of something I like and they do it perfectly. My favorite nail place in town!! ♥️😍❣️💘 Thank you so much Kristina and Kristy

Paid 210+20 tip for two full sets and two pedis. I really like the girl that did my nails, but they are not thick at all. My daughter said the guy did not listen to what she wanted. The pedis worst Ive ever had. My feet feel exactly the same. Like I paid 45+ to have feet washed and painted. I could have done this at home. I wont even call to fix anything due to other reviews. I will fix on my own and chuck it up to lesson learned.

I just want to mention I am the nicest person, I never cause problems. I called to see if they would fix it and she agreed then called me back yelling at me and defending the tech. Who does that? No someone who is professional, that’s for sure! I think they know they messed up and just don’t want to fix it. I understand them being busy which is why I didn’t mind waiting even though I made an appointment but if you don’t have time to do a good job on my nails then don’t do it, I would or rather waited longer to get someone who could focus. That’s ok though, I will find a better nail place! Customers beware!I have been here 3 times. Other experiences have been great but this last time I went in, I believe it was the manager that helped me. She was distracted the whole time, even while the drill was on my finger nail. She did a horrible job filing my nails and didn’t even have my wash my hands and get the dust off before painting them. She neglected to file my actual nails underneath all the way off. She also rounded my nails when I had squared and told her I liked the shape and length how it was. She painted them so sloppy and fast that she didn’t end up painting the whole nail. And lastly, she left the ends of my nails unpainted so I asked her if she could paint them and she had the nerve to yell at me and tell me next time tell me before, we don’t usually paint them afterwards. Such an all around horrible experience! Won’t be going back.

Very very disappointed! Will never use Alba nails again this is the second time Ive gone and gotten poor service had my eyebrows waxed got in the car looked in the mirror and it looked like she didnt even hardly wax anything so many left to be waxed and plucked so before even leaving the parking lot I called them and let them know that I had just left from having my eyebrows waxed and I was not happy and that they needed to be redone she said I needed to wait an hour and come back.very unprofessional and while I was at this appointment getting them done the lady dropped hot wax onto my hair ! When I brought it to her attention she proceeded to try and wipe it out with a cotton ball and alcohol all the while smiling and giggling. Pulling pieces of my hair out. Never again and never will I recommend them!!

I want to start by saying I will admit that I may have not been the easiest client. I do not get my nails done often and so I wasnt exactly sure of my options or exactly what I wanted. However I feel like part of their job is to answer my questions about the services the offer and help me find what I want. They seemed to be over booked and were rushing. I was very clear that I did NOT want acrylic. I asked about different gel options. Christy (I believe) began answering my questions then when Nikki (I believe) came she took over. I explained to Nikki that I do not want acrylic and was trying to find out my options. She explained that what I was getting, (I was under the impression that it was not acrylic) was more expensive and quoted me $62. I agreed. Next we talked about nail shape. I said I wanted almond but I want them short. She expressed that it wouldnt look right if I got that shape too short. When she showed me the length I said I think thats still to long she said no worries Ill file them. She filed them again and showed me again. I said that I felt like they were still to long and if going shorter was going to ruin the shape then to go rounded. She started filing againg but quickly and left them uneven and still more almond shape and still too long. At this point I didnt want to say anymore as she clearly wasnt listening and was in a rush. Oh and she did acrylic when I stated multiple times I did not want acrylic.I am happy with the color and holographic powder but that is all. They are also pretty thick which is why I didnt want acrylic.

I absolutely LOVE Si and his wife Jenny!! They are the only ones I go to for my nails. Very efficient, attention to detail and very personable. Si is very creative and has been able to literally do EVERYTHING I have ever asked as far as nail designs go!!! Their prices are very reasonable as well! I will never go anywhere else!!

Prices posted on google are apparently wrong. Books for a full set came in only to find out that they had no idea that I was coming in for that. Then I was told I needed to wait for other people to be serviced. Then when I ran out of time to wait for my scheduled appointment I was told that the pedicure with $42 went online a Manny Pedi it posted for $35. So I paid $42 for a pedicure just so I could leave and not have to deal with this place anymore. Customer beware!

I broke a nail the night before going in and the women who worked there were very kind and gentle!I unfortunately made an appointment on Facebook not knowing they dont really use the appointment system via Facebook BUT it was quick and timely. I came in early and they got me in a chair within about 20 minutes.The color I currently have is amazing. They took really good care of me. The associate who worked with me today was Christy, she was getle, talkative and in general just very sweet. They were incredibly professional and I watched how they handled the workflow. They were busy for a Sunday! They also had great COVID-19 precautions and you could tell they cared about the safety of their clients and associates.Definitely will come back.

Hey guys this is just a warning to you PLEASE do not get your nails done at Alba Nails!!! I have never ever had something like this happen. The nail tech drilled down my natural nail so far that if my acrylics pop off at any point my whole nail is coming with it too. It’s been painful nonstop. You can see how deep they drilled it’s actually red.

2 people had to do my nails which they did horrible and 3 days later 3 nails broke off. Also while I was getting my nails done, during the process before putting the nail on they made me bleed so much with that drill file. I have gotten my nails done many times In my life and this was by far the worse experience I had getting my nails done and I paid $42 dollars to professionals who did a job of beauty school student. And Im so sorry for giving a bad review but Im very disappointed with my results and work that was done on me. I definitely wont be coming back. Please take time in your guys work and pay attention to your customers hands and listen to them. You all maybe professionals but having a customers always right attitude will get you guys better business, reviews and happy customers.

Absolutely amazing.I have been all over linn county searching for a good place to keep up some beautiful nails. I was disappointed until I was referred to Alba-Nails by a friend. I showed a pick of what I was wanting, a fall theme, and the sweet lady took a look and within 1 minute, she had all the colors picked to make it work (which is impressive in its self) when I saw the finished product I knew I found my place.I showed all the other girls in there getting their nails done, they were too impressed. Then another gal, who was done around the same time, walked up to show me her nails. Hers were a totally different style but still just as well done. I believe it is safe to put out there, for those of you searching for a good place to get your nails done, this is a 5 star place. I 100 percent recommend.Furthermore... they are very nice, not pushy or rude at all, you know how some of those places can be lolI added some pics. One is of the pick I showed as what I wanted done and the other is of my nails after she was done. There is nearly no difference, I’ll let you try and figure out which is which (bet ya can’t)

They are pretty friendly but do not always listen to what you are wanting. I took my daughter here to get her nails done, she showed them pictures of what she wanted, they said they could do it but did not. The expectation vs reality was quite a bit off.Also when calling and requesting a specific technician, theyd always be booked up and put me with someone else who didnt do my nails the way I wanted, either the shape or thickness. Id never leave fully satisfied and always felt Id not gotten my money or times worth.Overall from what Ive found around Albany, they are definitely one of the better nail salons but they arent the best. I do not mean to be negative, just giving my personal opinion on my personal experiences.

One of the best places here in Albany, Oregon to get your beauty nails, waxing, etc, essentials serviced! Albany is a small social town that has a gas station, coffee stand, mattress store and a nail salon on every corner! I have tried most nail salons in this town. Personally I always go for the job skills, prices, and the employees; more of the mom/pop shoppe! The prices are very remarkable for what the economy is doing. Staff are very wonderful, very polite, great listeners to your needs and very creative to art designs. The shop is always well cleaned and they offer a variety of types of nail polishes!

I have been with this company since 8 months after they opened. I was searching for a new place and after trying Corvallis, Lebanon and everywhere in Albany i came in and i absolutely loved the girls in this shop. Always professional. Competitive prices but i have to sayabove all this shop makes you very comfortable and relaxed while getting pampered. Highly recommended.

Horrible service. I felt pressured by the entire staff at closing to tip ($15), and say it was adequate. My nails were $65, and 4 were filed crooked. 1 separated at its base within hours of leaving. They do NO HAND ART. They crookedly placed decals on my nails to jack up the price, and when I went to ask for a partial refund, or at very least my tip, they refused. Their offer of a fix with the same service, is unsatisfactory. Waste of my time, and money.

Best manicures in Albany! I have received . The customer service is great! I have very sensitive nail beds and get a little nervous around drills. They have ALWAYS been very careful and done great work. I can truly relax and enjoy!

I love this nail salon. Nikki and Kristi are both talented, amazing and professional. Occasionally my daughter tags along with me and she loves it. They were even brave enough to give my husband a pedicure. These ladies really do care about theyre customers.

I usually have my nails done in the Portland area, I reside there. I was in town for a long period of time and decided to give this place a shot. I have to say, they were fantastic. :) Clean, genuinely friendly, gentle, caring, fast, and honest. All of which are not something that you find at your average nail salon here in the PDX area. I will most definitely be making appointments for when I am back in town. Love this place.

Quick and easy to get in for a pedi.

The technician that did my nails was super sweet. She told me to browse my phone while she was working which was relaxing for me. Overall, I’m good with the results. However, I’ve never been left with so much glue around my nails & I’ve got a few rough edges that weren’t properly addressed. I would go back but only with the understanding that I expected more from the end result. I paid $52 for a full set of acrylics...it was listed as much less on their pricing board. Might just travel the distance to my old nail technician 😞 The tech also cut my cuticle pretty bad on accident. Not bad but not great.

I came in to get a fill because when they were done the first time it was perfect and amazing. This time that I came in I have never been so embarrassed by my nails or so upset. She took my nails and made them look like sales dots. She shortened them and thinned them to where they looked like press ons. When I got ready to pay I was holding back tears and all she said was $35.00 please. I told her I was ashamed and embarrassed and that I wanted them to be removed. She told me it was unfair to her that I didn’t tell her exactly what I wanted so it was “my fault” and told me that I needed to calm down. So now I’m stuck with the most HORRIFIC nails and I even had to pay for it. I will NOT go back!!!!

These girls are so nice! I usually always do my nails myself because most nail salons have rude technicians, add thinner to the polishes, and charge too much. But Ive started going here because they actually do a good job, my manicures last an appropriate amount of time, they are cheaper than other salons in Albany, and they treat you like family!

Came in for a fill and repair on my acrylics with my aunt. This would be our first time coming here. We made an appointment for 230 for both of us. When we arrived we were not given an estimated time of service, instead we just waited in the lobby waiting for someone to pay attention to us. 20 minutes later I was called, about 40 minutes later my aunt was.I was told that my current set was ugly and that it would be better to just do a full set. Yet the tech continued to work feverishly on filing down my nails. As a licensed nail tech myself, I notice everything. The tech used improper removal technique on my broken nail and also used a drill on my natural nails. No prep work was done, my cuticles were completely overgrown and they covered them with acrylic which I know causes lifting. My nails were touching my skin in numerous places. I was not asked about the shape or length of my nails. I was rushed off to the polish station where I attempted to explain how I needed more work to my nails before polish. The tech I had already started working on someone else so another tech took me back. She did a better job at listening and being attentive but I still felt rushed through. I pointed out around a dozen flaws and she blamed it on my natural nails and the usual salon I went to. My nails came out minimally ok, but my aunts are wrecked. I wish I had a photo before she made them polish over the bad work. Not happy.

I went to get my nails done with my sister and mother, and could not believe the lack of attention that I received while getting my nails done! My sister and mom had fantastic pedicures, but the lady who was putting on my acrylics made me wait 10 minutes for her to finish playing a game on her phone, then continued to mess with her phone while she was doing my nails! Will not be going back!

The people here are awesome. They talk to the customers not each other like a lot of other salons that I have been to. They are gentle and caring. Best ever. My only salon now

My nail tech was amazing. I was doing chrome on some of my nails and one nail was giving her trouble. She tried patiently several times to fix it and didnt have any luck. She called the younger lady that sits at the front and asked for help. This lady was rude and condescending and tried to blame the nail tech for not knowing how to do it correctly. When I told her the issue, she then said I was being picky and once she sealed the nail it would be fine. I tried to explain again and she would not listen to me and just kept blaming the nail tech. I told her it wasnt my nail tech that was upsetting me it was her, so she left and immediately went to her station and started playing the victim to the other clients and co-workers, then started speaking so that i couldnt understand her. When I told my nail tech that I knew she was talking about me so if she could please speak English so I could understand her, my nail tech confirmed that she was talking about me. Upon paying for this horrible customer service they tried to defend their awful behavior. I told them that I dont appreciate them talking about me and was asked how I knew they were talking about me. Total high school drama. Once I walked out, they began talking to the other cuatomers about me so I returned and told them that I was right there and could hear everything they were saying. Needless to say, it was the WORST expierence Ive ever had getting my nails done, and will never go back there again.

The previous owners were completely inconsiderate and by far the rudest people I have encountered...BUT there is a new owner that has taken over and my goodness the girls there treat you like family. I refer anyone and everyone to give Alba another chance.. my nails are always perfect and they actually care about the quality and treat you with respect. Give them a shot you wont regret it!

I flew out this weekend from Florida to Albany, Oregon to visit my cousin and we were traveling from Portland to Eugene when our car broke down on I-5 in Albany when i discovered the most charming Nail Salon next to a Fred Meyers ~ stopped by this little shopping center and found a treasure: Alba Nails & Spa.I got the finest French Nail gel coat, the whole works! Manicure & Pedicure and Waxing ~ I wish we had a fabulous Nail Salon like this in Fort Lauderdale, Florida! The owner is the sweetest girl, and they made me feel like a Princess!

I Am not please at all! My nails are uneven some are more rounded on the corners than others. The girls in there were not friendly I even explained how I wanted the edges and they didnt listen to me!! I gave them another chance and they fixed my nails (which had to be completely redone after only 4 days). They look great now but the girls were so rude. I have never had a bad experience getting my nails done anywhere else in town until coming to this place. Think twice before trying them out.

Wonderful! That is all I can say. I went and got my original set at Unique Nails.. bad. So bad. Guy wrecked my cuticles, nail beds (went way to deep with the drill), and charged way too much. I didnt want to go back to him, so I went to Excellent Nails in the mall. A little better but between the women there and the previous guy. My nails had an awkward shape, and one of my nails was crooked (2nd techs fault). If you havent seen Anjelah Johnsons comedy act Nail salon Animated Cartoon .. you need to. That was my story with the other two places the exception of the boyfriend talk and getting a pedicure. The ladies at Alba Nails were so nice and the nail tech fixed the shape of my nails at no extra cost! I will be forever a client here. Dont waste your money going somewhere else!

By far the rudest, nastiest nail salon I have ever encountered. Never have I been so roughly treated or spoken too. It is no wonder that there is only one nail tech on staff at a time. Ive never walked out of a nail salon before but by the time she finished harshly grinding my nails with the electric buffer and poorly filing my nails without any attention I finally walked out. I should have know that I would receive such terrible service when the tech was so rude to me when I walked in the door. Ive never written a bad review for any place but this salon absolutely deserves it. DO NOT GO HERE!

Their work is really great but unfortunately I will not be going back. The first visit I made an later appointment and was rushed out the door. The second time I didnt make a late appointment so I wouldnt be rushed out the door only to be rushed out the door because they were closing early. The younger gal that works there kept leaving my mom sitting for more than five minutes with no instruction several times to do other things. I understand people want to leave to go home or they are multitasking while working but this was a bit much. This last time i went early in the morning to avoid being hurried and got the younger woman again and literally everytime the phone rang or someone came in she stopped helping me. I finally was so irritated that i started counting. 13 different time her work on my nails was interrupted and to be honest she forgot where she was more than a few times. I am a very understanding person but there were 3 other women in the salon and most of the calls were taken when the other women were not busy with a client. They charge top dollar for there work. An example is $40 including a tip of $5 for a fill its not the most expensive but its up there in price. I was very upset and unhappy and tried to go back 3 separate times only for an issue to happen each time. Their work is good but they desperately need work on their customer service practices.
