Mixed feelings! On one “hand”, my toes and nails look great I really like them, but on the other “hand”, I walked away with several cuts on my cuticles, and a really deep cut on my big toe (painful even to walk on it now). Then to top it off, got charged over $200 ($220) for 3 pedicures and 2 sets of sns dip nails. Seems really high?

I have been going to Trish for years for a gel fill and she does it to my expectation each & every time. Customers should remember that they arent perfect but they are human and doing the best that they can as they are focused on giving you a good look. Also remember that they cant take anymore customers at/after 7pm because they close at 8pm and need to go home and have a life as well. All nail techs are good at their task and cannot be friends with everyone. This is the best nail salon in Lumberton. Trish is the best.

Ive never had a bad experience with anyone at this salon. The owners and employees do the best they can to deal with us customers ALL DAY long. Many want to argue, change their mind when the salon is full. Thank you Glamour Nails for keeping my claws pretty.

They were very accommodating. They could use some new nail polish and their pumices looked pretty worn. They understood English pretty well and had a concern for customer satisfaction that I appreciated. Very hip family of owners. Nice personalities.

The best nail salon in Lumberton. Im from N.Y., & very picky about my nails. But Glamour nails never disappoints me. Ive been going to them for year & have never thought of going else where. They got an A in cleanliness, sanitary conditions, customer service etc.

Just went today based on reviews and word of mouth and worse experience ever!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! Rude nail tech, very heavy handed. Acted as if she was doing me a favor!! Remember and understand this business owners, never are you doing customers a favor!! We dont need you, you need us!! Dont take for granted where we spend our money! I am only one person I understand this but take for granted too many customers and you will NOT have any customers or a business because they will go elsewhere!! Painted nails and toes should not be so poorly painted that you can still see the toe nail when done when its not a light color!! Nor should the nail polish be lumpy or have bubbles! Too many nail salons have arrogant workers! I wont be back!!

New to the area went there to see if I found a new nail tech I didnt. got my nails done for my birthday the design they didnt know how to do when I asked them if they did she say yes and it was done very poorly the biggest issue was that she did not put the acrylic on my full fingernail so when it was done it already look like I needed to get a fill. A week later a nail breaks wasnt doing anything strenuous nor did I pop my nail off I blew my nose and I press my fingers together in the nail bent backwards and came off. Then the next week I was at work and my left finger nail just came off Im a right-handed person so its not like I was really using my left hand for anything that would cause it to break. Also paid to get my eyebrows waxed and when she was cleaning up the eyebrows she use tweezers and she left sores on my eyebrows! Not pleased with the outcome have talked to other people and they have given me other recommendations will look into other nail techs in other businesses.

The worse experience I’ve ever had afterwards got a fungus and a black blood blister on and under my toenail. I went to talk to the lady about it and she got very defensive about she didn’t do anything. I’m very disappointed in the response I received now I have a doctor bill, a prescription and loosing my toenail on my Big toe. What a disappointment, I made a complaint so we will see. I just don’t want to loose my toenail I’m so self conscious about my toe now. Never ever again for this place.
