I really like nail lounge they are friendly, diverse, and very good at what they do. I wouldnt suggest going when youre in a rush. You will have to wait a little bit, even with an appointment (approx 10 to 20 minutes) but I usually go during peak hours. They are pretty honest and on point when you ask them how long it will take. My nails last a lot longer compared some other salons and thats why I wait. 😏

Very nice nail salon. Nail tech was great and did a wonderful job, especially on my cuticles. Will come back. Just moved to area and went somewhere else 2 weeks ago. Not a good experience and that nail tech didnt do anything with my cuticles. Also, no wait here at the Nail Lounge. Got right in. Highly recommend this place!

The man did pretty good. He used to much gel and did NOT make the gel polish cover my entire nail! But I like perfection. Cant get that everywhere. Over all its a nice place

Went with my best friends for pedicures and nail sets before one of their weddings. Pedicures felt a little rushed, my tech kept stopping and sitting on her phone for a long time. Sat down to get my acrylic set and the guy used the wrong size on some nails and there are thin spots in the acrylic. My natural nail is showing on the sides and the sides are jagged. Didnt push back cuticles or anything before putting the set on. Didnt communicate well with me on what length and shape I wanted before he started cutting them and filing them. I kept pointing out things I didnt like and asking if he could fix it and he would grunt or laugh and try to fix it but not actually change it. Really disappointed. The price was okay, and they werent super rude or anything but I was expecting to get an actually decent set done properly. Wont be coming back here!

Love this salon, have been coming to them for years. Very clean and friendly, they keep up with current trends. You definitely need to make an appointment unless you dont mind waiting though, they stay BUSY!

If I could give negative ten stars I would! This is the first nail salon I have been to with so many rude employees!! For starters, one of the employees yelled at me when I placed my purse in the chair because his client was sitting there, but I didn’t know... I just walked in and it would’ve been ok if he politely asked me to move my bag. But, I was told to come back today because my rhinestones started to fall off the exact same day but the girl who did them wasn’t there but when I called she said it would be no charge. So one of the guy workers just POLISHED the nails no rhinestones or nothing so I’m walking out the door and they are chasing me telling me I have to pay making a huge scene so I told them once again the lady said I didn’t have to pay and then the guy says you have to pay because you didn’t get the same color..... polish is freaking polish!! You are charging me $5 just because I got another color on TWO finger nails? Not even mentioning the fact that if the rhinestones were put on right in the first place this would’ve never happened! But, I would definitely not recommend this to anybody! Definitely the worst nail salon in history.

I have been going to them for about 9 months, i keep telling myself that maybe they are having a bad day.. You never get a smile a thank you or anything. I have asked for Heather to do my nails on more then one occasion only for her to send me to Kevin. Went a week ago and my nail polish started coming off called and made an appointment with Heather and when i get there she sends me to Kevin agian. Kevin does very sloppy work and is very rough. I guess if you dont look like you have money then they are really not intrested in you. I will not go back and will not recommend them to anyone!

Dont think Ill be returning. I was there because it was my first Mothers day and a young lady rushed my pedicure, had the worst attitude, and cut both my thumbs and told me to relax after. My thumbs were bleeding and it took forever for her to clean them. I did not leave a tip. I didnt choose that job, you did.

My favorite nail salon in Albany. No drama, just quality work.

They are rude and they keep you waiting if you arent a special customer. I called and made an appointment and I had to wait 30 mins and I was 5 mins early. They also rush and dont ask you if you like your nails or anything. They move on to the next person.

Just got my eyebrows done about ten minutes ago the lady waxes off a hole in the front of my eyebrow!! Im suppose to take head shots today! And she is laughing! i will never go their again and their prices are way too high!
