Hands down one of the best nail salon experiences Ive ever had! I called last minute and Eric was very quick to fit me in on the same day, Binh was my nail tech and she was very professional and excited to be doing my nails! They came out just like the reference picture I showed her and I couldnt be happier. Eric was sure to check in multiple times and even offered me water or wine! And even better yet some of my crystals fell off and they were even quicker with the response for an appointment for a touch up. LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM! Definitely worth booking an appointment and checking them out!

Today was my second visit to Colorful Nails. To start, I love that you can make an appointment online and that they run on time. The salon is super clean and everyone is friendly and welcoming. This is a huge plus for me. As someone who doesnt get their nails done regularly, at other salons in the past, Ive felt like my appointment was rushed and havent been totally satisfied with my nails. Ive had Binh both times now and couldnt be happier with my nails! She takes her time, and gives suggestions so that I leave with nails better than I could have imagine! I will definitely be coming back!

I have gotten my nails done at a lot of salons all over Albany and Colorful Nails was by far the best experience. Not only was the facility extremely clean, relaxing, and professional; my nails have never looked better. I cannot say enough things that I loved about this salon and I will definitely be returning!

Love the salon. It’s clean and never over crowded. I get pedicures by the tech named Kiley. She takes her time, does not rush my service. Allows my feet time to soak. Pays special attention to areas of my feet that need extra loving and very professional. Highly recommend her

I hadn’t gotten a manicure in over 2 years because my nails got ruined at another location that didn’t care about my nail health. Kiley is the only person I trust with my nails. They are thriving. She is so genuine and talented. I’ve recommended her to my family/friends, and to all the random people who compliment my nails DAILY because of her! One of the best manicures I’ve ever had especially for the price!!! She had such attention to detail and really listened to what I wanted. She even fit me in for a full set when I was scheduled as gel (we decided it would look better given what I wanted). 11/10!

I had the most amazing experience here. I was able to book easily online, for the exact service I wanted. Pricing was clear and I knew exactly what I was booking. When I arrived, I realized I had parked in the lot to the left, not the one they have directly behind. The owner was so nice and went next to talk to the business owner to ensure I wouldn’t get towed. I felt so safe here as they took my temperature, had me sign a waiver and had a plexiglass barrier up at the manicure table. This was the first time I have ever gotten my nails done in my life...that I didn’t feel rushed.From The way my nails were shaped exactly how I wanted, to the way I was checked in on the entire appointment to be sure I was completely satisfied with my service. I come from the hospitality/customer service world and appreciate the entire customer experience I received from booking to checkout. Thank you so much!! I’m writing this from the parking lot as I wait for my now second appointment here. I see no reason to go anywhere else in Albany.

Only gave 4 stars because I haven’t used their services yet. But based on the reviews I wanted to call first to schedule an appointment, I spoke with the owner Eric who was very helpful in the way they do business. He took the time to send a link to me as well for future references and ensured if an opening happened he’d give me a call. Great customer service unfortunately they were booked today and tomorrow but if I wasn’t moving soon I’d be happy to give them a try

This is the best nail salon in Albany! I found them when Covid began as my previous shop was shut down. I have been going back since. I love how attentive she is, My nails Always turn out beautiful, clean and last for weeks. Her Prices are great also.

I have NEVER in my WHOLE time getting my nails done i was (14 i am now 29) and ive never had someone care so much and take their time to make them what i would say, perfect! Both of the people ive met are genuine, welcoming and they care 100% on you leaving 100% satisfied! The way they treat you is unlike any other shop they are amazing! I dont think Ill ever go somewhere else. I love that its by appointment only, so you have you time slot with your technician and dont have to worry about them rushing to take care of double booked patrons or walk-ins. Kiley was an amazing tech, she took her time and made sure I was happy with my nails every step of the way. So happy!

I called to inquire about availability and pricing and the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional.

This salon was way better then any other nail salon. They made sure my nails were just the way i liked them and if i didnt they were quick to fix it. They gave me a hand massage and made sure my hands were moisturized. They had a nice veriaty of colors and they were all cute. They were very nice and funny and had a good set up. I will definitely keep coming to this salon.

Colorful Nails will now be my go to!!! Everything was top notch. The presentation of the salon, the customer service, the quality, everything. The services are worth what is expected to be paid if not more! As soon as I got in there I was told the price Immediately. I was not rushed into picking a color. After I had picked my color, the nail tech prepped my nails properly. She got rid of the cuticles, she filed the nail bed and made sure that she was detailed. She took her time and made me feel comfortable. When I wanted something fixed or a certain way she made it clear that there was no problem with that. She was happy to fix anything I wanted fixed with no problem at all. Everyone there was so kind and respectful. This is how nail salons should be. Amazing results! Highly recommend going. There is a large variety of colors, and they are all vibrant and pretty. Best set I’ve ever had!!

First time trying this salon for Pedicure, very positive experience! Husband and wife team, Eric covers the business side as his lovely wife does nails. Clean, modern salon, safety protocols in place due to Covid - very relaxed professional environment with strong Customer Service. My toes look great, already booked my next appointment. Where to start, when I called, Eric answered the phone with such a kind demeanor and made sure that I knew exactly where they were located and where to park! Then, Binh did an INCREDIBLE job with my nails. Her attention to detail and skill is amazing!!! They both are extremely friendly and personable and they create a really amazing experience. I will definitely be going to them from now on!! Having just opened in January before COVID,they have an extremely great attitude and persistence to be successful. Give them your business!!! They dont get back to u in a good time, after 3 days, l called again, well, lgot a guy on the phone, kept saying hold on, I finally got my appointment, the girl who did my nails, of chinese, unfriendly, Im tired lol hearing, the language barrier, they r not nice or friendly, they come here make money off us, and they. They do not like African American s which my husband is, she saw us in the car, she starred at us, when she doing my nails, she wouldnt even look at me, last time I went there, chinese r unfriendly, prices r good, to me its not worth it,

The owners wife is very professional, she pays attention to detail, and she takes her time so that they are done right. I absolutely love my nails and will definitely be a returning customer. I was very happy and satisfied with my service! This was my first time at this salon and I was warmly greeted and promptly serviced despite being a walk in. I got ANC on my natural nails and I was instantly impressed with the attention to detail. My nails were meticulously manicured prior to the powder and she took the time to ensure my almond shaped nails were shaped to perfection. I highly recommend!!

I got my nails done today at this salon and I left with the best set of acrylic nails that I’ve ever gotten in Albany. The woman doing my nails made sure to make every nail shape perfect when filing my nails. I will definitely be coming back to this salon!
