I came here as a customer with my niece and they all were rushing because they were busy!! My nieces nail broke the next day we came in today to get my money back which was cash!! The manager/owner pulled a sign that was behind a flower pot that didn’t even show there was a refund nor was I made aware of this!! I asked for a refund she said no!! Also the nail tech denied that she even touched my nieces nails!! They wanted to redue them I said no it was poor quality from the beginning why would I allow them to do that to my niece again she already said they hurt because some of the nails were lifting!! If you come here they hid the sign with this flower pot don’t make you aware of anything!!

I am in shock. This was my first time getting my nails done at this place and LAST TIME. I had already had my nails done before arriving, so I thought they would soak them (just like every place I’ve ever gone to would do) and they didn’t soak them. They RIPPED them off and ripped my REAL nail off with them. My fingers were bleeding!!! I was scared to say anything so i allowed her to do what she needed to do with my nails. She stopped the bleeding and kept going with the job. Then she cut them without asking me what length I wanted first. She then did the style I wanted, but she did it so fast and clumsy that they look awful. On top of her doing them fast, her and her coworkers were all having a very passionate conversation, with raised voices and aggressive tones. The French tip is bumpy, uneven, and the color is scattered. The shape is awful too. I wanted square and these are just not what the examples in their place look like. I can’t believe they think this is an adequate job. Most painful nail experience I’ve ever endured. I didn’t want to be mean though so I paid and left. But here I am, now, WARNING everyone to not enter this place!!!! Save yourself and your nails the pain.

The pics says it all, rushed/uneven filing/ lumpy gel and still had to pay full priced sadly. If you wanna get your toes painted here maybe they’ll do a good job but it’s kinda pushing it at this point. A woman before me was complaining already at the service and for the girl not painting nails right and I should have seen that as a warning before wasting money.

The woman rushed and appeared to not know what she was doing. She didnt polish,shape or fill the nail professionally. A nail broke and she laughed. When she replaced it with a new one it was placed crooked. It then broke the next day. . Terrible service. All new people. I dont recommend

This is the worst nail salon ever. I highly believe they should be shut down. The workers are disgustingly rude they don’t care about their work. They just care about the money I’ve never had such a terrible nail experience and they are so over priced it’s ridiculous. I despise it there It has Been the worst nail experience ever. My lady friend visited here for a holiday nail theme. A nail painter woman colored her nails red and green for Christmas... however, in the order that this woman applied the polish to my girls fingernails the polish began to fall off wholly in that order..i.e. pointer finger, middle finger, ring finger,, etc...right hand first...unsatisfactory on your part L Y Nails. Perhaps I can suggest changing your businesses name to, We Lie about nails....

The quality of service has diminished since Danny left. I’m not rough with my hands but Twice I’ve gone for gel manicures and the next day they come off or gel is lifting and polish chips.

Ive been here many times over the years and its slowly going down. I requested that my nails not be filed with the drill and just soaked off since my nails are so brittle. I have been to another Damon where theyll just soak them off with no problem. It was only gel and the majority was already chipped off anyways. They refused to Do it saying it would take too long and then they caught an attitude when I insisted no drill. I walked out of there and will never return.

First off they are very rude, especially the middle aged man who did my nails. I asked him to apply more acrylic to build a foundation to the nail so it simply doesn’t fall or snap off my finger nails. On top of that I had already liked the shape of my nail after he laid the acrylic, but then after I asked to not to file too much because I liked the square shaping he turns to a CUSTOMER in hopes that she SIDES with him proceeding to say I don’t know what I’m talking about and how I know nothing etc etc but these are my nails in which I am to be paying for so why does it matter? I requested why not provide what I paid you for. At the end of it all and the passive aggressive attitude, he did an okay job. I was expecting worse.

I had ANC nails done they are lumpy and very thick I wanted a different color everyone I picked was out women got annoyed with me put a color down said you get this. I told her my nails where not smooth she pointed to heat lampI will never go here again and will tell everyone I know not to go there.

I took my Daughter to get acrylic nails put on, she also showed them the photos of how she wanted them and the turned out not even close to the photo. I asked for gel nails on top of my long beautiful real nails along with it being French tips, they werent evenly coated at the ends with the white, had to ask for them to be re done. ended up paying $90 for both of our, not happy nails. today i went to an entirely different place and had to sit for 45 mins to take off the gel nails that this place said they used, which was not the case, they couldnt get the gel off. So i have NO CLUE what they used for my nails. After and hour and a half i finally left with beautiful nails after they ruined my nails here, NEVER AGAIN.

This man did my nails and started vigorously filing them AFTER the polish was applied. I was so frustrated. Then the next day where the polish was filed, started peeling. And this was gel polish.

The lady who did my nails rushed them. I asked for coffin shape and I got some rounded and some square. She used scissors to cut the shape of my nail instead of nail clippers. I have some nails longer than others. It was just all bad and I still got charged full price after telling them I didn’t like them. I will never go back to this place.

My nails came out awful. The first time the woman did them, they were thick, uneven and the nail polish was lumpy. So, I asked if they could fix them and they got mad at me. The older woman who “fixed” them was aggressive and cut 4 of my fingers with the drill and said “it happens sometimes” when I told her. The nail polish was so streaky and sloppy and missing in some places. So I said something again and they ignored me and started talking in their native language. Definitely not going back.

The lady who did them cut my cuticles and finger 3 times on 3 different fingers when I said how she told me not to move and slapped my hand any time Id move completely Unprofessional and streaky shape doesnt match with each nail never going back!

I went in to get a gel removal and regular manicure. Got in immediately which was good, but almost immediately I was questioned multiple times as to why I wasn’t getting gel again. Before the woman had asked, she was polite and gentle, but when I told her I did not want gel again, she became rough. I understand wanting to sell your product, but she was quite pushy. From then on, she was rough and impersonal. I was also made to pay before she actually paid my nails, tip and all. Gel removal wasn’t on the board, so I didn’t believe it to cost anything, but my total w tip ended up being $25. It should have been more like $20 but it’s fine. Once I paid, she seemed to care less and less. The shape was a little sloppy along with the paint job, and I was kinda disappointed. I wished her a good day, and went to the dryers. On the topic of cleanliness, this place needs a deep clean and maybe just all new equipment. And the tools they used, I do not believe they sanitized them. They don’t change nail files or nail tools, or at least sterilize them from what I saw.

If I could give it no stars I would. Saying this is absolutely the worse place I’ve ever gotten my nails done 💅 is an understatement. I got both an ANC manicure and pedicure. Never have I had my toe polish start to chip after a day. On my manicure there were nicks and chips before the week was over. Overall just terrible work. My second and last time there. Which is too bad because I’m here on business all summer and this is the closest place to where I’m staying. Guess I’ll try the other nail salon at this mall. Keeping my fingers crossed 🤞

Okay. This is brutal honesty from someone who has been here a couple times. It’s okay. Pretty good compared to other stuff in the mall. The pedicures are great! The end results of any pedicure I’ve gotten here have been wonderful. Manicures are a different story. In my experience, getting a manicure here is a waste. French manicures even more so. Every manicure I’ve gotten here has chipped quickly (1-2 days for regular) and often times the results aren’t good to begin with (little mistakes, bubbling polish etc.). The staff is half and half. The women who work here are nice. There is a man with kind of long hair who works here who is so rude. He literally got into an argument with a customer within the hour I was there most recently (and the argument was about his attitude).Just wanted to give a 100% honest review. I’ve been going here for 2-3 years very occasionally.

No one took my temp when I walked in. They sat me in a chair next to another person with only barriers between me and the tech not between the two techs or me and the other customer. My nails are extremely uneven both in shape and thickness of the acrylic applied. I asked him several times to fix it and thin it out a bit and he repeatedly told me that they were fine. I got a simple French and it looks terrible because after applying the gel nail polish he proceeded to file them so the polish is missing from the tops and sides. Honestly I gave up on trying to get him to fix it because I was there over 2 hrs and he still couldn’t do it. None of the other techs or owner if they were there even bothered to see what the problem was. To top it off they had me pay in advance so $50 plus $10 tip gone to waste since I’m gonna have to get them redone.

Not good! Im so annoyed! I walk in and ask if they have a wait, they say no and have me sit at a station. Well the answer was yes. I waited at least 15 minutes to get someone. Turns out, They dont know what theyre doing! In a hurry and dont care about quality. I got a no chip and they wiped it with a dry paper towel between drying. I have all this fuzz and pieces of paper towel stuck in the nail polish! They tried to put a clear coat on to smooth it out but its not very smooth and you can see pieces fibers in the nail polish, like dust particles.Dont waste your time or money! They also use their drill on your real nails so beware!

I have never had such a poor experience at a nail salon. The nail tech painfully ripped my old acrylics off. As I winced and was clearly in pain, I requested he soak my nails to reduce further damage to my nails. He used the nail Dremel not only on my nail, but on my cuticles and skin. My fingers are so sore today and I have sores and skin tears around my nails. It’s awful. There is no way he Is licensed.

I had gotten my nails done here about a week and a half ago (a full set acrylic) and the work was pretty good, not fantastic but decent. Today I came in to fix 2 broken nails and at first they asked me if I had gotten my nails done there for the current set I had, for which I answered yes. They insisted that they did not have the color I currently had on my nails, even though I had chosen the color directly from their shop. Eventually one of the workers who recognized me from coming in with my friend before looked at my nails and pulled out the exact color it had been. Not only was this a problem, but when asked who had done my nails before, the woman who I remember doing them insisted that she had not done my nails for me and never has before. Nevertheless, a different woman fixed my nails for me but did a very sloppy incomplete job. I had to ask for her to polish more of the nail because she had missed almost an entire side. In the end, the shape of the nails did not match the others, they were too big and wide, and the paint job was very sloppy. Not wanting to be rude I paid the $10 they requested even though I was told $5 over the phone when I called about it the day before. I wish I didn’t pay at all considering the job that was done was not good at all.

I thought the idea behind going to a nail salon was to RELAX, silly me...My experience was just the opposite, I wanted a particular color, and they didnt have it, so I was trying to make a decision about an alternative, and THREE techs kept harassing me and pressuring me while I was trying to make this decision. I should have just walked out at that point. And then they tried to charge me $5 more than the sign said. I used to be very happy with the service here, but I dont think Ill be coming back.

Great nails, friendly staff!

I got my nails done and they turned out bad the person only put 2 layers on my nails and 3 on my friend they aren’t even and the length is horrible and my friend got her toes done and she said she didn’t want them cut and they cut them anyways. There are black dots and like hair like boys head hair. My friends nails had black lines underneath as well. Do not recommend!

Becoming my regular place to get my nails done. A little inconsistent between the different stylists as far as quality, and I found the best one there in my opinion. She is very meticulous and is sure to take her time. They also offer peds and eyebrow waxes. I will be returning.

I’m not really one to review a place but this was just horrible service and sort of a scam. Came in to get a pedicure and I picked out the color that I wanted and she asked me twice if that’s what I wanted and I agreed. Then she walked away and did a bunch of other stuff. Then she handed me some sheet and I picked number three which was the 45 dollar one. Then we went through with the whole pedicure. After we go check out she tells me it is 60 bucks. I say no it’s 45 and she says with the gel polish it is 60. I didn’t ask for gel polish and she didn’t ask me if I wanted it so we got into a fight in the front of the store about the price because I was not going to pay 60 dollars for it. She then proceeds to take the gel polish off and is still yelling at me. She did repaint them with normal polish because she was told by other employees to paint them but I think that was to just cover themselves. Horrible experience and I would never go to this place again or recommend to anyone I know!

Even when I do my own pedicures they take longer then a week to start chipping. This is ridiculous. Gel manicures aren’t supposed to chip at all also, they just grow out, and mine started to chip the day after I got it done. Do not come here. Waste of $

I would never come back to this place. Nails very uneven. Nail polish chipping off. They had to polish twice. And that was even sloppy. I was in town for daughters wedding. Should have had them done before I came.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews! Came here with a friend cause it’s her birthday weekend and got a full set with a Jennifer. These are the best nails I have ever gotten done! She took her time and it really shows! No bumps or clumps and she was sweet the entire time. I’ll deff be coming back. No reason not to!

If I could leave ZERO I would. I have had not one, not two but THREE bad experiences here. I like to give businesses the benefit of the doubt so I gave them other chances seeing as a different person did my nails each time. First time, I picked a specific gel color, after the did a mediocre at best fill job they applied the color I told them a few times that wasn’t what I picked (it was much brighter) they said it will get darker and I insisted it was still too bright. Since I was in a rush I had to deal with it and go somewhere else to have it changed. 2nd time- I asked before sitting down if they had matte finish, they insisted they did. My fill came out better this time, basic color wasn’t bad, but then they said they ran out of matte. Being an understanding person I said it was ok and went about my way. Third time- I wanted matte again. I explained what happened last time and i wanted them to make sure they had it before we started. The lady “checked” and insisted they had it. When she was putting the finish on I said wait! I told you i want matte, she said it goes on later. I said no this is the top coat it goes on now. She kept saying no, after FOUR times total of me inquiring about it. After she was done with the top coat she said they didn’t have matte coating; without getting up to look. She knew very well from the start they didn’t have it and lied to get me in there. The paint job sucked this time too! I hate doing business with sneaky people and this nail salon is exactly that! Save your money go somewhere else!!!!!!

Customer service was okay, but nail technician I had did not know what she was doing. She cut 3 of my cuticles to the point where I was bleeding, and got upset that I wanted to take the acrylic full set off. And overpriced for the mediocre work she did... Will never go back.

I got a gel pedicure that came out very nice. I also got acrylic tips with gel nail nail polish and by the next day there was air bubbles in the polish so it peeled off. Within a week 3 nails broke off. The people were nice but the quality is very poor

Okay this place is full of scam artists literally everytime I go. God forbid they find out your tips were put on another location, they will try and rack up the price after giving you a set one to begin with. A full is 20$ but after he did my nails told me 30$, when I had a certain amount of money to begin with. Thats highway robbery and taking advantage, no wonder LEE nails, the other nail salon in the mall has better reviews! Perfect way to lose paying customers and I will not be back to this location. Do not do well enough of a job to charge as much as they do, and could use WAY better customer service skills.

Only get your nails done by the gentlemen in the front. Ive been going there for years and everyone else my nails crack, break within days. Danny and his brother are quick, efficient, and my nails always last until my next fill.

They were polite at first then I went to go sit in my seat and the lady was putting the nails on and cut them a little to short (I only stopped her at the first nail she cut she only had to replace that nail and cut them longer) she proceeds to cut them short and previously told her to cut them longer and I told her take them off and cut them longer. She took them off and was pulling my hand the entire time so I got up out of the chair and left and said I didn’t want my nails done anymore overall it was a horrible experience 🙄 sb: I’ve been her before so idk why there acting brand new

I got a full acrylic set today from LY nails in crossgates mall, I got helped right away and did not have to wait, I have not got my nails done in a long time so I was a bit nervous especially seeing all the bad reviews, all though I had a great experience! Nails came out great! Only problem I had was he rushed with putting my polish on so it didnt come out perfect but I can always go back and get a color change!

I am VERY upset with this salon. I have gotten my nails done here and the first few times were decent. But when I went the other day, the lady who did my nails was rushing. So as I left the salon pretty satisfied, one of my nails snapped perfectly in half without effort. I went back and they fixed it for free but, the next day two other nails snapped in half. Im very upset and do not recommend!

The nails themselves were done very well and have lasted 2+ weeks. But the nail tech who did mine didnt take his time, and it shows if you look closely. Customer service is decent.

HORRIBLE service they dont even deserve one star .. my nails were unpainted because they took 3 hours to finish them & i had to go to work & had to pay 30$! The lady that was doing my nails was all over the place not to mention i was switched between 3 people ... my nails were uneven lengths .. my acrylic were lifting within two days ! I had to go to millennium nails to get my nails fixed & needed a new full set . My experience was horrible. Will never go back .

My nails are sharp. Didnt file them enough. Crappy paint job. They promised to put silver glitter on my nails. That never happened. I showed them my nails before they did them and she said she could do it. I have nail glue all over my fingers. They were in a hurry and stressed out. They did nails on someone that came after me first. Bad English. I wont go back again.

While visiting in Albany NY, I got a Mani/Pedi here in Crossgate Mall. They did a terrific job!

Went here with my friend the other day to get our eyebrows done I was first. There were many technical errors made by the “professional” applying wax against the hair growth instead of with, rubbing the strip against the hair growth instead of with again. BUT the worst part she used the same stick on my friend that she used on me! So she used a new one on me then dipped it multiple times in the waxing pot and then used that very stick on my friend! That’s unsanitary and against health code violations!! All I could do was wonder how many other people they have done this with and how many others germs were in that pot. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN.

I walked in and what first made me feel sketchy, there was no prices on the wall except eye brows. They charge 25$ for a full set during the week And 27$ on the weekend. Later that night there was a white ring around all my cucitcles and when I peeled off it started taking the nail polish off. They didnt put the right size nails on nor did they get the extra arcylic under my nails. NEVER going back and I HIGHLY recommend not to waste your money.

I went here about 5 months ago but they barely tried, she didnt wait for the anc gel to dry and she took out the electric buffer and started buffing the wet nail and the whole thing PEELED OFF. I was so mad and she didnt even realize until like 10 minutes later. By the end, my nails were clumpy and orange, mind you, I chose a light pink color. Never going back. Waste of 45 dollars!!

Waited until the last minute to tell me it was $8 extra for alomnd shape, got acrylic all the way on my cuticles, was only going to do two coats of polish of a color that needs art least 3 to show, left gaps in the nail polish, filed the nails too short even after I told her to stop, got an attitude when I told her to fix the nails because they were crooked, and to top it all off filed a cut in my finger. DO NOT GO HERE!

Its a hit or miss. Went here a while back with a friend. Her nail technician took the time to cater to her mani/pedi and it came out decent, while my nail technician was on her phone most of the time and cut my cuticle so much it wouldnt stop bleeding, and she just kept on doing my nails like it wasnt there. Thats not only painful but UNSANITARY. I had to say something for her to finally put the solution on the cut. In the end, I complained to the manager, because the cut was so visible it made my manicure look dreadful. IT LEFT A SCAR. I asked if I could get a discount but all he said was sorry and told the nail technician to give me a bandaid. IM NOT GOING TO A NAIL SALON TO COME OUT WITH A BAND-AID. By the time my cuticle healed well enough to show off what was left of the manicure, I was due for another appointment (and best believe I didnt go back THERE for it). Bad customer service. They need to do better.

Ok so I have a winter formal tomorrow and my friend and I went to get our nails done today and I only had 26 dollars by the time we finished with everything so I asked how much French nails cost and the lady told me 35 and I was like oh dear. So she asked me how much I had and I said I only had 26. And she told me oh you can get a color then! So I was like oh ok I’ll do that! :) So I picked out a color and whatnot and she did ANC and tips for me! She was very meticulous about my nails and when she felt that my one nail wasn’t perfectly straight (I didn’t even notice myself or even mention it) she soaked the nail and started over! I thought it was just so sweet of her to pay attention to detail like that. She then explained to me that color was actually 27 dollars but because it was only a dollar I had nothing to worry about and she was happy to do it. It was soooo nice of her I felt so bad!!! When I went to pay, I actually ended up having 27; my two dollars had been stuck together. When I gave all of it to her she was so surprised and asked if I was really ok with giving her my last dollar and I was like of course!!! Later on because she had done such a good job on my nails and had been so sweet to me I borrowed five dollars from my friend to give to the lady as a tip. I was just so floored by her kindness and hard work. My nails look fabulous and I can’t wait to show them off at the formal. The color is so beautiful and perfectly matches my dress. Will definitely be getting my nails done here again!

One of the worst nail salons I’ve ever been to. They took way longer than they committed to, with nothing to show for it. Our nails look terrible, their equipment wasnt cleaned, their massage chairs didnt work properly, and they were rude. Go ANYWHERE else!

Terrible work, after a day of having my acrylics nails my finger nails being to be in pain. The gel nail polish even began to chip off. This my first time going there and my last. Out Wasted $45, of all the times I do my nails this will be the worst experience.

Terrible nail technicians I paid $30 for my girlfriend to get her nails done for a big family event. The day after she got them done 3 nails fell off?!?!
