SOOOO GHETTTOO!!! The girl talking loud with her friend that came n tried to skip everybody! Skipped everyone to please her friend !! Workers didnt have on no clothes ! (Females )Very unprofessional . Charging us moree then the service is actually worth ! 63+ for gel toes ! When its 43-50 at actual nail salon. I do not recommend!! Go to another nail place . If im spending my money BE KIND !

Only the owner can do nails!!I went to the salon thinking everyone can do nails according to the Instagram page because no one was tagged but I was wrong. The girl who did my nails seem very new and I shouldn’t have been charge that much for something that was ugly. The owner even looked at my nails she knew they were not the best. She shouldn’t let people who are still learning do other peoples nails.

Melissa was friendly and accommodating. She took her time and made sure I was happy before I left. I will be back again.

Tried to set an appointment for my girlfriend, but they told me its walk ins only, so I asked if I can pay for it now. They gave me a certificate, my girlfriend goes about a week later at 10:30 and they told her that they are done for the day. They open at 10:00, they told her it be ppl waiting outside at 8:30 in the morning to put their name on the list. My girlfriend asked for a refund and they told her they dont do refunds. I spent 85 dollars on a certificate that she couldnt use and nobody was in the nail chairs at the time. But when I went in to pay for everything they were very interested, overall its very hood and unprofessional. If youre a man you will get service very quickly, they will flirt with you. If I could they would get no stars from me.

Customer service was much better this visit. I vowed not to ever go back after my last visit because the tech wasnt the best at anything. I gave it another try. The nail tech was very pleasant and professional. She did an amazing job on my nails.

Love this place!! They take their time and make sure you are satisfied with your services. I would not go any other place in this city. This jewel is hidden beside the side entrance to Lowes. I spotted it one day and have become hooked.

When going there my first time I liked the place. But after coming back it’s like they slacked off. If I asked for matte nails they would put it on there but the whole nail wouldn’t be covered. Even with nail polish my whole nail wouldn’t be covered. Going there I would expect something but get something totally different. When working on me they would sometimes stop and work on someone else. I would always think it was rude and they had plenty of employees that didn’t have customers with them in the back that could have worked on those customers. Somethings might need to change in order for me to go back. Even my friends and family notice my nails were not finished on the sides. I would keep quiet about it because I’m not that type of person but I recommend that I wouldn’t get my nails done there anymore. The new nail salon I go to now has better service.

I just left I was waiting 4hrs and someone was put in front of me, then she wanted me to wait an additional hr for someone that walked in with her friend that skipped the line and she wasnt even there for her spot. Yes I am HIGHLY UPSET at Malissa!

I was really relaxing with good conversation. They really pay attention to details...Its clearly a new business but with style and class. The finishing product from head to toe is beautiful!

If you are a professional or care about customer service, this place is not for you. A bunch of hood people who arent friendly work here, except Drica. Just call on the phone and ask some questions and you will find out quick. They show favoritism for their little friends or regulars they are cool with. They also dont have accurate prices posted and Ive been charged different amounts on several occasions. Also the last time I got my nails done was horrible, different shapes and lengths. My nails werent even straight. Im giving it one star for their extended hours and lashes.

I waited 53 minutes in the shop to get my brows waxed. I dont mind that especially knowing youre busy. But it upset me when I was approached after waiting nearly an hour as if I was bothering someone. When the employee finished checking out her client she unprofessionally asked Whatchu heh fo?. I didnt even acknowledge her question because I thought she would come correct the second time. She didnt. I would expect after waiting so long a sorry about the wait, what can I do for you or thanks for your patience, I can get you next. Nope, not even close just some ghetto McDonalds customer service. She did a good job on my brows but thats it. I paid and tipped her and left. I went because my sister highly recommended this salon but I wont be back. I hope someone else had a better experience.

My gel nails peeled completely off 9 of 10 fingers within minutes of services. Tech seem to have problem with repair protocol.

She doesnt care if she is cutting into your skin with the drill.....she charges 5 or more for every thing she does for your nails and thats crazy to me she is not personable at all
