Went to get my nails done on my birthday. I asked for gold foil and one polish color. To charge someone $60 for this crap… never tf again

Nice enough people and clean, but my acrylic set was half gone in three days. He insisted I didn’t need a new set but they have been falling off like crazy. He glued old nails down and they didn’t stay. It’s painful I can’t get parts of them off and my nails are being ripped off. It hurts.

Ask for Tammy, she is the best at acrylic. My nails always look great, but I had to deduct a star for poor customer service. On many occasions I end up waiting up to an hour to be seated, even when I called ahead of time for an appointment. For this reason I am no longer a returning customer at this salon :/

Ill never come back here again! I went in for a pedicure one day & they did a great job so I came the next day to get an acrylic gel set. Prior to service I told the man doing my nails that my last set broke off so my one pinky nail doesnt need to drilled due to sensitivity. He replied so you dont want your nails done I said I do just dont drill that specific nail he gets an attitude. A few minutes later he drilled it down anyways and I didnt say anything because I know they need to make the nails stick but he burned my other pinky with the drill & tried to drill the one i asked him not to, 2 more times ! I made it clear to him that if he wasnt going to do my nails how I wanted someone else could finish my set so with an attitude he pushed me onto a lady whos the owner I believe. She was nice and understanding at first until I started voicing my frustration on the phone to my mother. She ended up not doing my set how i asked for at all then attempted to charge me $5 extra for coffin, mind you my nails were all uneven and some were fatter than others. Multiple times I had to show her pictures and even telling her that it doesnt look like what I asked for, and it still didnt look right. Also the same male nail tech had a similar encounter with another customer after sending me to the owner to the point where she was yelling at him because she was telling him what she wanted & he still felt like what he wanted to do was more important.

They did an amazing job I will definitely be going back gave me exactly what I asked for.

Went with three friends just to hang out (I pretty much only get manicures for weddings). It was a great experience and Im thinking about going back just before Valentines Day.Pretty much no one here speaks English as a native language, so youll want to make sure youre clear about what you want and speak up if something seems off. That did happen to one of the girls with me, but the main spokeswoman got it fixed for her. Anyways, the manicures themselves look great! I got a cats eye that looks great (even impressed my male coworkers!) and two weeks later, the biggest chip is about three times the size of this period. My other friend got a color-changing manicure which changes noticeably every time she goes outside. They knocked off the extra charge for the catseye, probably because I was already being slow to decide!But they were great and patient and we had some good conversation both among ourselves and with the more fluent techs. The most stiff people were the other customers! This is also the first time Ive gotten a manicure without a raw spot or scab the next day (my cuticles are horrendous).Photos are two weeks after

I did go there a couple of months ago to have my nails done and that poor guy dealt with me I have neuropathy in my hands and I couldnt hold my hand still I gave her $10 tip for his patients with me. But I can no longer get tips and all I get now is get a gel polish and a Manicure. Tips I can I have cuz my nails turn black underneath the tips they got infected and I didnt know why it was because of them it was because of what I have but the service was very good there and he tolerated my shaking of my hands I feel so bad for that man I think his name was Joe. But whoever he was he did a very good job and everybody loved my nails and I love them too but unfortunately I cannot do them again like that I have to do them without tips and let them grow in naturally. Take your time there and theyre very good at what they do

Went here today as a walk-in when we arrived there was nobody else in the salon. I was passed around by three different nail technicians, finally finishing with a gentleman who was extremely rude and acted like I was a bother the entire time. he was drilling underneath my actual nails and I kept saying ow and please stop and he ignored me completely rolling his eyes at one point. He then used the cuticle trimmers to try and get off a piece of hangnail and ended up cutting my skin so badly that my thumb is now red and inflamed and was bleeding. Overall the whole process of just getting a manicure took three hours from start to finish, no exaggeration. Don’t go here even if you have the time.

I absolutely love it here me my daughter and sisters new favorite spot. They’re all very friendly and I love TAMMY I would highly recommend Deluxe Nails

Man took two hours to do a simple gel set. Did not do the shape i asked for, in fact i don’t know what shape this is. Cut me multiple times and made me bleed twice and still was not being gentle. I told him i wanted long nails and he still cut them short asl. I wanted this certain off white color and he said he would do regular white with an attitude. Maybe i just got bad luck and got the worst nail tech in there but i will never come back. Charged me $40 for a simple gel set and one of my nails broke that same night. These nail salons charge too much and do not do nails good enough. I recommend going to a personal nail tech.

Actually after manicure mu all fingers and areas around got infected. I wonder if NYSOH ever checked these places and enforced to use for each customer individuals equipments. Who will pay expenses lead to that? Band aides, antibiotics, transportation expenses to pharmacy, discomfort for 2 weeks and low confidence because of swollen fingers? Deluxe Nails and Spa, NYSOH, COVID-19 emergency fund or FEMA recovery funds???? Dear IRS and NYS TAX AND FINANCE, can you advise what category will these deductibles belong gambling loss like Rivers Casino in Schenectady, NY or educational experiences?😀😀😀

Visited 8/19/2020 and they have all guidelines and Covid-19 certification up to date. I felt comfortable going here because they are clean and take appointments. They offer various services and are averagely price about $45-$65 for manicure and pedicure.

I went to this nail salon to get ANC powder with nail extension. While doing my nails the nail tech cut me with the nail drill which drew blood. When so left the salon the finger that was cut was tender to touch and throughout the week the side of the nail hurt and became swollen. Turns out I got an infection and the side of my finger was swollen and yellow around the cuticle area. I went back to get the nails soaked off not even for a refund but they refused to do it for free even though I got the infection from them cutting me.

Trammy is always my go to person for my nails. No matter what I ask of her...she delivers. All of the staff are professional and very courteous...I love them...THE BOMB SERVICE!!!

The first time I went was great..the man took his time and made sure that my nails were exactly how I wantef them. I went in again today, hoping that same man would be available (he was and I sat down with him for a second but was switched to a different male tech). The man who did my nails today was extremely ROUGH and would not listen to me at all about the shape that I wanted even though I kept confirming with him that I wanted almond (he would mutter yes). I picked out a color and he said “no not that one”...TWICE. I ended up going with a similar color..just really disappointed with today’s visit. Probably won’t go again and definitely won’t allow the tech from today to do my nails again.

It was my 1st time in the nail salon and I had a great experience with my acrylic fill-in and gel polish manicure. This will be my go-to nail salon while in the Albany area. Very hygienic and they have good products. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Great and prompt service!

I made an appointment with Trammy, they took me right in and a gentleman started prepping my nails taking off the old ANC and tips. I showed her a picture of what I wanted done and she did a lovely job. I got black and pink ombré ANC, Which I had never gotten before and it was so labor intensive... then she did designs on all 10 fingers, of the moon, stars and constellations. I thought the price would be outrageous but it was super reasonable. So I tipped her more seeing as I was planning on it being more expensive. I’ll definitely be back. Also, my nails aren’t super thick and none of them look crooked.

I love this salon! The owner pays great attention to detail and i am always satisfied with my nails and she has the most affordable lash extensions around. My experience here was horrendous, they were cutting me up on my cuticles, not being careful. They were arguing with me with my opinions. Many flaws in nails such as dips, pieces that still showed my nails, and not evenly shaped. Yet they still argued that it look good.

I love this Nail Salon! Ive been coming here for more than a year & I refuse to go anywhere else. I never wait long (if there is a wait) to be seen. Very clean & beyond polite staff. They are familiar with my children when they come too! They always have the newest colors! 😍💅

I have been going there for some years now for a manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax and I have never had an issue. The customer service is great, any nail technician Ive had has always been attentive and nice. I really love Trammy shes the best, my nails always come out great and shell go the extra mile to make sure I have a great service and shes the only one I let wax my eyebrows!! She did my lash extensions for the first time and they came out great. Ive been going there and so does my fiance, he gets his nails cleaned because hes a contractor and they do a good job cleaning his dirty nails! Weve been going there and well continue to go there!!!

Please save yourself the money and the hassle, do not come here. Not sanitary. Multiple employees seemed unengaged and borderline rude. Quality of work was sub par. Bubbles left in nail polish, and unpainted gaps (basic mani), and he cut my cuticles (healthy and not unkempt) without asking me, leaving countless jagged pieces of skin to wake up to the next morning. Couldnt even be bothered to use cuticle oil, so not only were they cut up, but they were dry too. Im sorry, but the whole point of paying for a service is to get higher results than you would get doing it yourself at home. This was absolutely not the case. Please learn how to be sanitary (towels had fresh stains on them from other clients) and learn how to treat nails and hands in a healthy manner. And for gods sake, communicate with your clients. These are basic salon rules, people. Not difficult.

I have been a long time customer of Trammy of 6 years. She is very talented and professional. Always willing to help. The staff here are all nice accommodating people. They are all talented and open. They ask you open ended questions to find out exactly what you need and then provide it. This level of respect comfortability Friendliness and talent are what keeps me coming back to them. I went here after a horrible experience at Top Nail. They were very excellent at removing the gross work and re-doing my nails. I LOVE the work they did and it took less than 2 hours..!! I didn’t have to wait. They saw that I was almost in tears and that I was in pain. She was really careful and gracious.

After pemdemic super lazy not worth the 85$ a trip! Attitude from trammy same place and tech Ive been with since 2018 . I started going upstairs to Angelina and wow does she finesse!! Appointment only. Loved trammy but shes over worked. And the only one who knows how to do anything other than regular! If u come here in need only other tech besides the one man next to her i never used coco is good too. But upstairs from them is way better more techs that can do better than deluxe nails. My opinion tram needs more good techs than she has . It would provide be the best place. She is over worked mu opinion. Love her tho💔

I was charged $40 for an acrylic set! I have been with this nail Tech for several yrs and I followed her when she moved to this place. I asked her not to rip the acrylic off my nails like she had done in the past but rather soak it off. I guess thats why I was charged $40 to do it the correct way!!😏 Im have become very disappointed in her quality of work lately and attitude!! 😒Not to mention I tip her very well. 😡Lets just say, she lost a valuable customer!!

I just went to this establishment and I will say that I am NEVER EVER coming back! I got a Cats Eye fill, in which they charged me $35 for and my nails were lumpy. The manager Tammy told me that it was the nail polish making my nails lumpy, and after showing it to other workers, who might I add saw the same thing as me, she refused to do my nails over, saying that if she did the Cats Eye over it was wasting her time.My daughter, who is 13 yrs old, got a full-set gel, with coffin shape and was charged $55. From someone who has been getting their nails done for years, please listen to me when I tell you, STAY AWAY FROM HERE AT ALL COSTS! I will not be back. I will stick to Lovely Nails in Troy, NY.

Im literally bleeding. The guy doing my nails was bored and complaining the entire time. At one point he walked out of the store for fresh air he came back and starred buffing my nails and they were getting really thin. He stepped on the controller too hard and the buffer slipped down my finger and it hurt rrreal bad, but he tried to hide it. Then I started bleeding. Not to mention that that buffer has probably never been washed. He finished all the rest of the nails and then told me to go wash my hand with ONLY water. Im honestly scared I might get an infection. My mom stoll had to pay $40! And tip the man.
