Locked my keys in the car early in the morning called mikes towing he was there fast an he was nice an i had my keys in like 3mins

I was given a 120 minute wait time and then when the time came, they canceled and my insurance had to contact another provider. Very nearly missed my service time because of this. Dont rely on this company when youre in a pinch.

Mike’s towing guy was not only driving like a complete maniac, but he followed me and tried to fight me after pulling an illegal U turn in a residential area. Extremely nasty individual and started the whole thing out of no where. Do not use his services

I would give no stars if i could. very unprofessional. didn’t inform me of being a cash only company. tried explaining where the car lot was that my vehicle was currently in. was looking for him for at least half an hour. called multiple times rejected my calls over and over. then here’s the best part of all: sent me a nasty message over my texts. it reads “call someone else, i’m not driving around looking for a car in a haystack.” down right rude. i was trying to give my business and i get treated like dirt. thanks a lot for your help!

Very unprofessional. He moved my car without tags to block myself and neighbors drive way before i arrived then refused to put it back. When i called him he kept hanging up.

Got a tow from Mike. Very good guy, honest, trustworthy and reasonably priced. Had car on flatbed in 3 minutes.

This guy just sold me a mini van thats jumping time. When i called him to have him tow it to shop becsuse it wasnt running he had nerve to ask for 50 for the tow knowing he just sold n assured it was a good rumning vehicle only needing a muffler repair. This guy is shady i will be down at small claims tomorrow he tried to get over on the wrong one. He owns a business so needs to get up to date on refund laws.
