The rentals for college students are distgusting and the management was poor. Had to have the appartment cleaned twice for move in and still not clean. Waited 2 or 3 days to have problems fixed. Floor in kitchen was sticky, tiles popped out in the bathroom floor and your feet turned black if you walked barefoot on the carpet. Fixtures fell off the wall and the toilet had to be fixed several times. The ceiling was caving in at 2 different areas and was never addressed. Leasee Beware!!

Good property, quick to respond and fix issues, overall enjoyed the whole experience

House got broken into twice by an employee who had a master key. Nobody was notified about the missing master key and the house wasnt re-keyed to prevent the break in. I never paid late, found a replacement tenant when I left, house was in good condition, and I still didnt get my deposit back.
